I had a great buying experience at Princeton Volkswagen. I was test driving every subcompact SUV I could find and the Taos was on my list. Alan was able to answer all my questions and even had a fact sheet ready to go, which was helpful in my decison making process. He took the time to consider my financial goals and tried to keep on target. The dealership gave me a more than reasonable number for my trade-in and were very helpful. Overall a very good buying experience. Thank you both!

Exceptionally pleased with VW Princeton in general, and our salesperson, Alan Geller, in particular. Every aspect of the transaction, from the moment we walked in the door through to delivery of the vehicle--a 2024 VW Jetta Sport--was pleasant, easy-to-understand, and user-friendly. Also, very pleased with the car; amazing value, comfortable, and just the right balance of bells-and-whistles and common sense utility. I recently purchased a car from VW Princeton and the experience was the best ever. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. I shopped around a lot and this dealership was hands down the best experience. As a single woman, I typically dread car buying, but the process here was great. Alan Geller was my sales agent and from the minute I met him, I knew I wanted to buy my car from him. He was attentive to all of my concerns for safety features and car options and worked to make sure I could get everything I wanted within my budget. Reza Sayani from Finance was also stellar and helped me to get a great package. I would certainly buy here again and highly recommend that anyone else looking for great service with attention to detail give them a call.

Jonathan Chan is great at what he does. I recently got my wife a Volkswagen Jetta Sport. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes, he listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. He gave me a payment over the phone and there were no surprises when we went to sign at the dealer. Delivery of the vehicle was smooth and Excellent service!

The customer service told me everything is good. But the next day I went to the tire store to check the tires. I was told that the front brakes were needed to replace, and the battery number is lower than normal (520A, normal battery is 680A). I decided to replace the battery and front brakes because I have a long distance trip next week. When I back home I found out I had replaced the battery in August 2023 in the VW service. I went back to the customer service office and asked them if the battery was in the warranty? They told me yes but I was replaced so they couldn t do anything. I asked them if I could get some credit for next service, they refused me and I felt bad about that.

Upon arrival and inspection I was told I needed a brake flush. However, after the service was completed and when I looked at my records the same Princeton VW dealership had done a brake flush 7 months earlier in July 2023. So a brake flush was not needed. I should have paid attention to my records, but the dealership should not have recommended something that had been done 7 months earlier which was not required. I will not be returning for service here.

Called made an appointment got there on time ask for Jonathan as suggested .once he was available he brought around the car but seemed very disinterested in selling us the car odd. We liked it asked to test drive. Then said he would have to ask management to test drive and said we don't really test drive this car? odd. so we decided to leave went to another dealership same car.,less miles ,brand new. Drove it paid cash.wont go back to Princeton VW

The sales consultant, Henry Chung, took a great deal of time to explain the operation of the car as it was our first time owning an electric vehicle. The General Sales Manager, Matthew Rucko, listened to our priorities and was able to offer a leasing agreement that met our needs without a hassle. The entire dealership showed a great deal of professionalism.

I'm incredibly happy with my new car and overall had a good experience in the buying process. Alan was a good salesman and was helpful with my questions.A few minor tweaks would've made this a perfect experience.-Once my vehicle decision was made, the buying process was very long and drawn out...moreso than my previous buying experiences.-The wireless charging port isn't working properly in my Atlas so I'll be returning to the dealership to get it fixed.-The dealerships unwillingness to budge on any aspect of negotiation made me leave feeling like I got ripped off. I didn't get any more off the price of the vehicle, no more for my trade-in, no added features or services...nothing.

Volkswagen Princeton provided excellent service. Alan was excellent at showing us the Taos and Jetta. He takes great care in going through all of the vehicle's features. Matt worked with us getting the exact vehicle we wanted. We greatly appreciated the friendly staff, the way they worked with us to get the vehicle wanted and the great deal provided. I also have to give a shout out to Reza for going over all the different packages provided to extend protection on the vehicle. Would recommend working with this dealership over Honda of Princeton. Honda of Princeton was a longtime go to of ours but service has greatly declined. Felt like Volkswagen Princeton at least worked with us to get what we wanted. Perhaps Honda needs to go back to where they were five to ten years ago when they treated their longtime customers better. Volkswagen Princeton is doing a much better job and look forward to a long relationship with them. Thanks to Alan, Matt and Reza for working with us and providing excellent five star service. They made us feel welcome. Additionally we never felt like we were pushed into anything. They let us feel out different vehicles and ultimately we came back to them after shopping multiple dealers.

Alan Geller is the most professional salesman we met while visits dealerships in the Princeton area. When he brought the VW Taos to show us, Alan had opened the hood, the trunk and all 4 doors to walk us through how the engine worked and all the interior highlights. He was very informative during the test drive, and did not pressure us in any way. We asked to see a Tiguan SE the next day and he searched and texted us with a great option. Alan takes great pride in his work, knowing cars, understanding the customer s priorities (and budget), doing research, and building trust with the customer. I definitely will go back to Alan for my next car, too. Compared to other salesmen in the area, Alan leads by example. I only wish they d all be like him.

The guys at Princeton VW took a great care of myself and my Alltrack when I dropped in with a couple of stripped lug nuts and a stuck wheel. Mike and Jeremy went above and beyond making sure that everything was done quickly and smoothly. Guys like that is the reason people can go to a car dealer with any problem or an issue and expect a great service. Thank you again Mike and Jeremy, I appreciate your help!

I leased my ID.4 today with help from Krishna. It was an awesome experience. I never felt pushed and dealt with warmly at every stage of the transaction. I got a great deal and whole transaction was done in less then 2 hours.
