The guys work there, probably part-time are nice, but the owner is always very unhappy and angry at something idk. Gets angry at simple questions. Normally, shouldn't it be the other way around?

Was charged $50 for pending payment when I only needed $5 In gas, I asked the employee why I was charged and he just gave me a dirty look and stared at me and he said go inside I charged you $5 don t talk to me, I was stunned and he kept staring at me like he was going to do something. Went inside to speak with the manager but apparently he wasn t around and the $50 charge is a hold apparently like that is necessary. So I decided to complain about how aggressive and rude that employee was, a few moments later that same employee came to argue his case about the charge. I said that s not what I m complaining about now I m complaining about you. And he just kept giving me a dirty look like he wanted to fight with me. I told him to walk away or do something if your going to keep giving me dirty looks and sizing me up just for asking why I was charged extra money. Worst gas station I ve ever seen in my life. If your looking to get charged extra money for no reason and have some employees size you up then this is the place. Otherwise I would never recommend anyone going to this station even if your out of gas. Trust me you d be better off pushing your car.

Great rest stop with CLEAN bathrooms. 5/5 gas station. Not much to it.

Avoid this gas station!! They overfilled my friends gas tank which then caused to overflood her engine. Her car completely shut down on Route 1 and this establishment is unwilling to pay for damages. The manager is incompetent. Police are involved and a report was made. My friend almost got hit by oncoming trucks onto route 1 because of the negligence since her car completely shut down. There is also video surveillance of what happened. Please please avoid at all costs.

Bought a bag of beef jerky that anywhere else has for about $5 or $6 these guys are charging double. Doesn t sound like a big deal but when I gave the dude $10 bill and only received a penny back it threw me off and I then asked how much the one bag of jerky was he said $9.99. Something small but ridiculous. Highway Robbery, No pun intended.

This place is horrible. I have a few kids and I explained that's why my car is messy. When I was coming back in to pick up my car, I heard them talking about me and mocking my situation. On top of that, I overheard them oinking as if to make fun of my weight. They also ruined a friend's family car and now they refuse to take responsibility. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Horrible Management, friends car engine was overflown with gas and gas attendant assured her she was ok to drive. Her car shut down in the middle of route 1 and hasn't been able to get it fixed. The police was involved and yet management is not willing to work with friends family. Please do not use this place for any type of service

As I just came to find out, this gas station has repeated history of gas attendants filling up your tank instead of the asked amount. For me, the offending attendant was a hobbit. I complained and everyone shrugged it off and became aggressively defensive. Looking at the review comments, it seems this is a regular practice. Steer clear from this dishonest establishment.

Avoid Larry s Sunoco at all costs! My friend brought her car there to get gas and the gas attendant was negligent. He over flowed her gas tank and completely damaged the car. She has a police report with the damage and Larry s Sunoco still will not own up to what they have done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment at all costs! I ll take my car to Raceway or Wawa!

Do not ever take your vehicle here. Had a broken a/c came out with a broken A/C. Told me it would take 2-3 hours of work for 300. Finished in last than an hour and didn t even run a diagnostic to tell what the actual problem is. They over charge they are rude he laughed in my face while talking to him. Thing got so escalated police were called. This not the type of business you want to deal with. Just go to Pep boys up the road they actually help.

This is the 3rd time the attendants have given me regular when I have asked for ultra. I've even said by the the octane number, 93, and they still get it wrong.I'm literally trying to spend more money at your place but your attendants don't let me.This is the first gas station I drive by, leaving for work in the morning, but now I just fill up at a different place after leaving work.Fast service, but give the customer what he/she wants.

I asked for regular and they filled plus. Watch your receipt before you leave and don't throw it away. It wont do you much good though, even if you keep it. The manager i.e. Mark said he cannot do anything as I already have the fuel in my car and he doesn't know if I am lying or not. So watch out as they like to make money by upgrading you at no cost to themselves!

If you have a large truck even if you dont it's very tight fueling up.park too close to the pump and wind up with a nice scratch in your side panel like I did with my brand new truck.there not careful.the scratch definitely was from them just hand washed and looked for Mark's and polished one out.2 days prior.it wasnt there til I fueled up I noticed it the next day below the fuel door.they hit it with the pump nozzle.not very safe pulling in or out. an accident waiting to happen.and they always want to know if you want a recipt.thats strange practice.

Yesterday 08/15 I gave $10 cash to fill Premium gas as I usually go to Costco to fill up but I was low on fuel so stopped at this place. Attendant filled up the full tank and said sorry and he cannot do anything and I ended up paying $40+. It clearly looked like a deliberate strategy in place to generate more revenues by deceptive practice. NEVER GOING BACK. BEWARE.

I go here a lot. It s very clean, the coffee is fresh, and the counter attendants are always prompt and willing to help.

Worst customer service at the a plus store . They are rude . I bought cigarettes and they dnt provide match with it. He told me u need to buy a lighter very rudely . Horrible customer service

DO NOT GO HERE THEY SCAM YOU AND OVER CHARGE YOU!!! Judging by other reviews this isn t the first time they try to scam people for money! The OWNER over charged me 11.40 for gas when I asked for 30$ cash he put over 30 dollars when look over and notice it s going up to 40$ and said excuse me I asked for 30$ I am holding 30$ and he said you asked to fill up! I asked you twice! Mind you he just said OK when I asked for 30$ regular never asked me twice to verify didn t even repeat what I said! I asked him how 30 dollars even sounds like fill up? Then he was yelling at me and he said i asked for 40$... if I asked for 40 you still charged me 41.40!!!! I will never go back here. I didn t even have enough cash to pay 41.40 I only had 40$ on me so I charged it to my credit card and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. What a way to treat your customers !!!! Horrible customer service I will never go back here and I will tell everyone to avoid going there!!

Not nice. I went there today and practiced social distancing and the gas station attendant was nasty. They don t care and think it s funny. Very uneducated attendants that could harm the population by spreading the virus. They think we should act like 2 months ago. Stay away especially if your older. Good luck.

Pulled in for gas at 11pm, no attendant in sight. Waited a minute or two, and an attendant walked from the store to the booth, completely ignoring me. Waited another minute or two. Honked, and he still ignored me. Walked over to him. He said he was ending his shift and that I'd have to get an attendant from inside. Headed towards the door, and another attendant tells me they have to close for technical issues. Thanks, did you plan on telling me or just letting me sit there?

Poor customer service. I was there last week and just asked for the receipt of my transaction. First I was told that I have the cc receipt but I needed the itemised pos receipt. After perusing the gentleman rolled his eyes and gave me one grudgingly. This was there service amidst COVID 19 lockdown and the store was empty. Unbelievable!

Verbally assaulted by a gas attendant and management did nothing. LADIES bring your pepper spray because there's no consequences for misbehavior toward customers here. God knows what could have happened if there weren't people around. The man tried to physically intimidate me by invading my personal space and yelled in my face. IN FRONT OF HIS MANAGER. Get your gas from somewhere else.

The manager Dan is amazing. I caught a flat pulled into Sunoco with just enough money to make it back home to NYC. He was nice enough to give me a jack and tools to get the job done. Thank you Dan the world needs more people like you.

Pulled in late yesterday to get gas. Handed the attendant a twenty and said to fill. Attendant filled it normally, then flipped the handle upside down to over fill, turned his back, and ignored it to watch the numbers tick by while gas poured out of the car until I hollered at him. Refused to refund me at all for the gas which spilled out (probably a half gallon or so). Stay away unless you enjoy giant fireballs.

My credit card statement shows that I I went there on April 17th; it also shows that there was a fraudulent charge to Amazon for $915 on April 18th. Coincidence? I think not. Beware.

When did $25 Regular turn into fill it up? Instead of misunderstanding, the attendant would rather insist I said fill it up. Open your ears to hear the correct request.

Horrible, the boss doesn't want to help me out by sending my inspection receipt to my insurance. He asked me to go there again to find it myself. How stupid can you be? I can't imagine they are any good at fixing cars if they don't even want to help you out for little things.

Overcharged me for my hot dogs 2/$1 turned into 1.79 each plus told me "we dont do refills" for coffee after i already did it and gave me attitude but im not from around here so maybe thats the norm

This gas station is a scam. They overcharge. Just go to the shell down the road, you ll save $1+ a gallon.
