The car tires were changed before the scheduled date. Great job on everything.But two comments on pricing - just provide a full per tire price instead of breaking out down into 3 different categories - if I don t have a choice on picking those categories, what s the point? Costco (for sure) and Mavis (pretty sure) don t do this. Plus please do NOT say that a wheel alignment is always recommended !!! It s not. It could be if the drive was an issue. Lastly - $45 is a bit steep for a puncture repair. I know I have a choice not to bring the car to your shop - and although all went ok with the replacement of the tires, I m seriously considering going to Costco or Mavis the next time I have a tire need (I have 4 cars). This pricing strategy backfires in my book. Provide the full price per tire including all fees that I have to pay please!

They used to be fantastic, including staying open as they were supposed to close to replace a battery for me, but I stopped going to them after I noticed my car was leaking oil. I got it checked out at a local dealership, and was told that the oil pan was completely cracked and that it had likely happened when I got my oil changed the week previously at Mr. Tire. Thankfully, the dealership made a temporary repair that held up for over a year, but I'm still upset that I could've easily had that car for another 3-5 years if the oil pan wasn't so expensive to replace.

I was a little sceptical at first. Because I am used to bringing my car to the dealer. Jim assured me. It would be ok and if anything happened, he would take care of it. I Left my car overnight and picked it. Very happy with the tyres and my car goes straight As an arrow.

Extremely positive but for the OneCard financing scam. Jimmy and Janice are gems that i have dealt with for decades now. I have never had an issue with either of them. 30% interest rate for a 15% discount? Blurring the lines between no interest for 12 months and deferred interest for 12 months. Buyer beware, but never thought I had to look out for financing sharks at my local auto repair shop.

Please, whatever you do, don't waste time. This is my second time there, which I dealt with racist and rude front desk people. Trust me, they don't care and will rube it in your face. This was my second experience with them, and it was not nice at all. My car needs were so simple, but it's the people I interacted with. Once, it was pouring cats and dog, and my taillights went out, and I was there about 30-40 minutes before they closed... something that could have taken simply 5-10 minutes, they told me no! The weather was nasty, and I could have gotten into an accident or something thanks to the rejection

My Stabilitrak Service light and Check Engine light went off and I thought it was something I had to live with. This shop serviced me well and informed me with confidence that the issues causing the lights to go off were taken care of....they certainly were taken care of and even though my car is a 2009, it feels and drives like brand new. I could not get any better service from any other shop. We all need our cars and want them to last. This shop does everything you need to have done.

Went there to change my tires using online special. They added a realignment that they made me pay. The reason for the realignment was a .... 0.02 degree deviation from spec. On top of that realignment added 1 more hour of waiting. Always say NO to every extra service they add. Those with a Costco membership go to Costco.

I had a terrifying experience here and I m certainly never going back. I got two tires changed and two days later somebody stopped me on the highway telling me that I have a flat tyre, it was extremely dangerous for me to keep on driving. So I went back to the store to ask them about it, and I received no apology and no gesture of sincerity, i was left with we ll look at it . When I went to pick up the car, they told me there was no problem with it and gave me no explanation, and they rejected my request for a new tire in extremely harsh manner. I cried that night because my English is not good and their attitude was so unkind. Another two days later, my car showed a warning about the tire and so I inquired them again. Once again I was met with impertinent attitude and impatience and the issue was not resolved. I felt very uneasy about it so I went to the brand dealer instead and was noticed that the tires are damaged and cannot be used no longer. I got no refund and no apology. I genuinely advice everyone not to come here, they are very irresponsible in my experience.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE.My car recently broke down in Skillman, NJ. This is an area I have never been to and know absolutely nothing about. I live about 45 minutes away and my car broke down on my commute home from work. I got a tow to the nearest shop that was recommended by an officer who also helped me out greatly (shoutout to that officer I never caught his name but he was truly amazing)At this location dealt with Jimmy and he was honestly the nicest guy in the auto business I have ever came across. I always thought mechanic shops were shady but he gave it to me straight. He even saved me money. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his staff. Amazing experience with this shop thank you again Jimmy !

Friendly service. Able to order specific tires I requested at a great price. I made an appointment for tire purchase, install and alignment.Promptly began work after I arrived. I waited while they worked on car. Within a reasonable time, perhaps an hour and a half, car was ready.Highly recommend for courteous, quality service.No surprises with price. Will be returning for other automotive services they offer. Job well done.

Terrible experience. I told them to replace the tires in my Tesla thinking it would be cheaper than Tesla dealership but they charged me $1500 for 3 tires, when I argued with them they reduced it to $1200. If I had gone to Costco which I called would have been $800. Never trust these people or go to them. Horrible experience. They showed me tire rack prices where as they are the most expensive.

My wife & I have been customers for at least 20 years now. They have serviced our various cars over that time. The Shop Desk Managers, Jimmy & Janice are very friendly, neighborly-like (assuming you have good friendly neighbors!).Their time quotes are realistic, will always confirm costs before service work is done.Service is done well and at a reasonable price (car repairs still can add up).Highly recommend!

I just had 4 tires installed on my car. The whole team is amazing. I am very picky with my tires and they helped me pick the best tires for my car and my driving habits. On top of that they found a 300$ rebate for me (more than the cost of a tire). The appointment time was convenient for me. They finished the install in less than 2 hours. The quality of work was perfect!! They are all very friendly, honest, and loving people !!!

Best place for service. Period.They know their regular customers by name as soon as you walk in, do great work at a fair price, and the biggest thing....they DO NOT oversell (ie make up stuff that 'needs repair') like many other places do.Jimmy and the crew are friendly, knowledgeable and keep a nice clean environment to visit. If you need service in the Montgomery area, this is where you want to go.

Friendly, fair and like family.... Jim is the manager and his whole team from Janice and the guys In the back take great care of me and my truck... From everyday oil change to major work on my explorer they have Always been upfront and honest with work that needs to be done vs. work that I will need in the upcoming future... This is a place I have trusted the care my last car and current truck and my wife's car as well for over 14 yrs. great service, honest and friendly all the time... I will be always grateful for the great care they give me and my truck..

I have been a faithful customer of Princeton's Mr. Tire's for over 10 years! They really care about their customers and providing excellent service! Any time I have ever needed to have my car repaired, or serviced, I am never pushed into repairs that are not necessary, although suggestions for future needs are always given. I am always pleased with the work done, always in a timely manner!

I have taken a number of cars to Mr. Tire in this location for fifteen years and the team always does a great job.Jimmy and Janice in the office are great. Eric is super knowledgable and honest about cars and their service. They tell me at the end of an appointment when something they are watching, like tire wear or brakes, may need to be addressed in three to six months. I was concerned about a transmission issue I noticed and they took it out and road tested it. They did not find any problems but explained why what I was encountering occurred. They did not try to create extra billable work.When looking at new cars, I always ask about their experience in maintaining certain vehicles. I have recommended them several times in the past

I recently brought in two cars for servicing. Both required new tires, brakes and general servicing. I was advised of cost as well as timeline within a very short time. The team was amazing and completed both jobs within one day. I greatly appreciated being kept informed throughout the day. Janice is a rock star!

I love this place. A real neighborhood repair shop. Janice at the front desk is a gem. We've used Mr. TIre on 206 in Princeton for 10 + years. They are efficient, work is well priced, they are honest about whether repair is necessary now or can be deferred, they stand behind their work, and are a pleasure to work with. What else could you want?!

So after some service I discovered that my lug nuts had been over tightened. This caused the wheel lock to break.**I went back and they didn't question it and solved the problem and replaced the lugs. Every company is going to make mistakes but not all of them own up, they did. Customer service is not dead**Fair warning to all motorists, specify your wheels to be torqued to factory spec, all dealers and shops tend to over torque. Don't want to be stuck on the side of the road and unable to remove a flat tire.

Went for a new tire, got the one I wanted. In & out on the scheduled time booked online. All excellent so far. Went back home & checked the receipt.They charged me for a tire disposal fee even though I got the old one back with me. Called up their store, the guy at the reception told me "You do understand that we are a big company. So, such complaints will take time to resolve. Typically, 2-3 weeks"It's been over 4 months, not heard from them. Also, registered couple of complaints on Monro Inc website. Nothing!Don't want the tire disposal fee, it's peanuts. But, when a customer highlights your mistake at least acknowledge & be apologetic about it.

We got a flat tire on the Christmas holiday weekend. Not only were did they make sure our car got to their center, they sheltered it inside one of their bays for two days when no one was there, helped us acquire the wheel lock from the manufacturer (not their fault), and fixed the problem in one afternoon once the part arrived. Total cost: $80. Janice and her team were professional, courteous, cooperative, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Mr. Tire consistently offer fine and friendly service. I have been using them for all my auto service needs since moving to the area 5 years ago. I recently had an issue with my car that I considered something the dealer could only handle. I got the work quoted from the dealer. I called Mr. Tire to see if it was possible for them to do the work. It wa,s and they completed the job for half the cost of the dealer!

They're ok if you can stick to their rules and schedule, but even if you want to give them a lot of business, don't expect them to go out of their way to help or accommodate you, they are too busy and can't be bothered. I tried to ask Janice if they had a particular tire in stock or how quickly they could get it before I took the time to come over there, and she wouldn't answer this simple question, said she had other people to wait on and I had to bring the car in. After my insistence that I would like to know how fast she can get this tire before waste my time to come over there, she reluctantly asked for the tire make and model, and then almost immediately cut me off and said she had no idea, maybe not for 4 days. So instead, I took my car to another local dealer and had everything taken care of that morning.

Had a flat tire late in the day near closing. Stayed late to see if they could patch. Kept the car over night, ordered a new tire, replaced, balanced, etc. No complaints. Very professional and accommodating. Janice and staff were great! Will now be going back.
