A+ and 10 star repair shop. Mavis Discount Tire in Princeton NJ is a local gem. Let's first start with how much I love my SUV as we have been together since 2007. I came here for an oil change, rear brake replacement, windshield wiper replacement, and tire pressure check. This is the first time that I did not get these services done at my local Lexus dealership. If you value friendly knowledgeable customer service and high quality repair in a timely manner at a fraction of the dealership price, then Mavis in Princeton NJ is the place for you. The only thing better than the high quality repair service are the talented professionals that work there. All round all-star crew. You won't find a better group of humans. Matthias, Abdul, Brandon aka "Barbie", Clint and Nick are kind, respectful and patient. They answered all my vehicle questions and even fixed that weird rattling sound, which was a loose heat shield. I came to the repair shop having a bad day and left with a perfectly working vehicle, a smile on my face and a few laughs to brighten up my morning. These amazing guys also support families fighting breast cancer. Thank you for being a blessing for our cancer fighting community! Check out this cool pink toolbox at the shop.

I had an amazing experience. My tire pressure went down to 11 while my babies where in yeh car. They took my car in right away, We re super thorough and very nice. They found nothing wrong in it because the air was very low. Such an amazing honest place. Will come here for all my car needs.

Since I ve always had good experiences here I had my mom go and get her car serviced there as well as she was having a lot of issues. She is deaf so I had called ahead and spoke to Brandon, he set up everything so well that when she arrived and was taken in by Nick everything was so seamless and they were so kind. Every concern was taken care of with explanation and efficiency. She picked the car up feeling at ease and cared for. Very happy to have somewhere I can be confident in sending family.

I made an appointment for 9:00 am. When I got there they told me that they called me but I never received a call from Mavis. I was a new customer. They have a problem with short staff. I understand those situations because I work with customer services. I told his to cancel because they offered to help me at 11:30 am. To drop the car and come back later. I was unavailable for that. I gave 3 stars because i never received the call, but they offered me other options

Highly professional staff, and fast service. Josh worked on my car, and he did a phenomenal job. It runs like brand new, I couldn t have asked for better. Clint went over lol the details with me and was very patient in explaining what needed to be fixed. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I can t recommend them highly enough.

Bradon and the crew here are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable have visited this location twice and prefer it over not just the local competition but also the other Mavis locations in the area. You are in good hands with these dudes, they are fast and go out of their way to handle requests.

The service at the Princeton Mavis Tire is great. Clint, the manager, and his staff provide excellent customer service. Whether your car needs tires or maintenance, they do quality work at a reasonable price. I have been coming to this location for many years because of the service the staff provides.

Brandon is amazing! He was so nice and very patient with me. Ask for him when you go again. He is very understanding and knows his tire information very well. Overall everyone is nice and has good hearts. Best tire spot I have ever went to.

I had been to Princeton Mavis Rt 206 to take care of splash guard recently. I was pleasantly surprised when the tech fixed it and did not charge anything. The crew and managers there are all honest, know their job. They are mostly busy and hard to get a walk-in. Take a prior appointment, you will not be disappointed with their services.

This is hands-down my go-to repair shop. Mathias and Clint are absolutely outstanding at managing the shop, and always do their best to accommodate their customers. They provide excellent work at very competitive prices. My father and I have been coming here for years, and have always been very satisfied. I live in Brooklyn now, and still come back here for work on my cars when I'm in the area visiting family. I can't praise them enough! Great job guys!

Highly impressed with the service. Went in to get a air leak checked in one of the tires. I was helped immediately by one of the store technician and he figured out the issue and fixed it in just few minutes and that too free of charge. Never expected this quick and fast service.My experience with Mavis has always been good so I would highly recommend them for any car related services.

Discovered this place today. I was in Princeton dogsitting and got a flat tire. I desperately called with an hour left until close, and they miracously said they could get me in. They gave me a really good deal on my tire, and explained everything to me as they were doing it. I will definitely make the drive back here when my other tires need to be replaced because you don't often come across honest mechanics. Thanks!

Recently, my tire pressure light went off in my car. Me being a college student, I did not know what to do. My dad and I walked into Mavis and were immediately greeted and helped. We did not wait even a minute. They were quick to help us and filled the tires without charging us. We of course left them something to show our gratitude! Honestly, with how easy the process was and how nice the staff was, I am never going to another shop ever again. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for your generosity!

Had a mystery rattle. They diagnosed it perfectly, found the problem (a missing heat shield bolt), came up with the part, and best of all, did it without a charge. Yes I ve been a loyal customer for years, but certainly wasn t expecting such generosity. Thanks for being there when we need you.

Stopped by unannounced to ask if I could schedule a tire rotation, they got it in immediately, done in less than 30 minutes, air pressure checked and a new valve stem cap put on as well. Great service.

When you care about your safety, and that of those who ride with you ( my toddler ), you always want to feel confident in the technician servicing your car. I live 1hour 30 mins away from this location, but made the trip as it came highly recommended. Ryan was my technician, not only did he get the job done quickly ( maybe 20 minutes ), he was thorough and efficient. He gave me his repair recommendations, but didn't push for them. He did let me know which were bigger priorities and which could wait. The managers out front Clint and Nick were very friendly and fun to chat with well I waited. All and all I'm very happy with not only the service I received but the friendliness and honesty of the staff. Don't waste your money anywhere else go see the boys at Mavis Princeton!
