This was an easy out of state purchase. I contacted Joel about one of their certified pre owned vehicles and he talked me through all the nuances of the purchase including recommending where to travel into. My appointment was at 9am and I was out of there in under 2 hours with the vehicle. Mike was a breeze to work with on the paperwork and Nolan helped me with all the technology. It was really a piece of cake. I d definitely do business with Land Rover Princeton again.

5 stars is not enough for this business !! The level of service and professionalism is an understatement. Frank the manager is the best and so available at all hours. Andre, sweet and professional. Karen, fast in getting things done and just a sweetheart. Nolan so awesome at explaining the car features. I am so so happy to have gotten my beautiful amazing car here !!!!! Love this dealership and all the people in it. I live in Long Island and drove 3 hours to get my car from them. That says a lot !!! Best service ever and I have had cars for 30 years and will never go any place else !! Love you guys all so much and thank you

First time buying a Land Rover and we are already fans. What an amazing experience was to simply go online, inquire about the used Land Rover Discovery 2019 we liked; then immediately Alexander contacted us via text. Sent me a link and few hours later informed me the vehicle was approved and was ready for pick up.. I was wow this s awesome.. The experience at the dealership was incredible too. We recommend Land Rover in Princeton NJ. We ll be back for for a new vehicle soon.

Our car buying experience at Land Rover Princeton was exceptional. We had been dealing with many dealerships in the tri state area, and none came close to the customer service and ease of buying a car that we got here. Karen was amazing to work with and was able to answer all of our questions and help us make our ultimate decision in which car to buy. Jimmy was able to get us a deal we felt was extremely competitive and Andre made the handling of all financing and contracting a breeze. Just purchased my new Range Rover. The sales team service was beyond my expectation; Karen my sales agent was amazing! I have an older Land Rover. Service Director, Walter Lopez, gave my vehicle personal attention and with his team diagnosed the "check engine light issue" quickly, fixing it at a reasonable cost. I took it to other dealerships before bringing it to Princeton. They are the best - honest and efficient - not out to make a quick buck like many workshops.

Regrettably, my experience with Land Rover Princeton has been deeply disappointing and distressing. My initial order with James Erlihk faced complications post his departure, leading to a lack of acknowledgment from the dealership. A subsequent representative, Jeff O Brien, promised a March delivery, prompting the sharing of sensitive information. Shockingly, O Brien called on January 17 to cancel the order. As a loyal customer for over a decade, this abrupt cancellation, coupled with the mishandling of sensitive data, raises serious concerns about the dealership's integrity. Currently Urgent investigation with LRJ Corporate and NJ Consumer affairs regarding obtaining sensitive information and having no intention of delivering ordered cars after a year wait.

When we prepared 2 mm and the other 6 mm. The auto has 20,000 miles on it. The caliper and pistons are fine so obviously the brake pad at 2 mm is defective. Despite this I think Landrover Princeton could ve worked harder to get this covered by corporate. I used my one time break extended warranty to replace the brakes and spent over $1000 on the rotors. If someone can explain to me how I can get such uneven, brake pad, absent, a defective batch of pads I would love to know.

I've been lucky to have purchased several cars in my time but non that could compare to dealings with Wali Baba & Range Rover Princeton! Professional and friendly atmosphere ... answered my text inquiry promptly ... gave them the Range Rover I was interested in and my trade in information, along with my monthly payment target. They hit my target monthly payment and basically closed the deal via text! Thanks to Wali, Frank & Mike for making my purchase experience enjoyable!

I always bring my Range to the Princeton Range Rover. They have worked on all 3 of my older RR's and have been awesome in resolving the issues and reasonably priced. Have been to other RR's in NJ and they have not been friendly since I drive older models. Will always bring my Range to Princeton and will continue to purchase a RR since Princeton is great at fixing them.

It was our first time purchasing a Range Rover and Wali made the experience super easy and efficient for us. He reached out to me to go over the process and was extremely responsive. He went the extra mile, even responding and handling the insurance card updates on his day off. He helped us coordinate a pickup time so that I could get the car in time for my wife's birthday. And got us in and out super quickly as well by having the paperwork ready to go. I would definitely recommend people to ask for Wali when visiting the dealership.

I'll tell you a little story, what a scammer their main manager .when I arrived at the dealer, the seller showed me a completely new car, which the buyer did not take away from them, and I agreed to buyI left a $2500 deposit on a completely new Range Rover Land Rover.the next day I was about to pick up my car when they called us and said that your company cannot buy car , that we have no right to buy a Range Rover in America they gave the reason that it was as if we bought another car and took it out of the country, it was a complete lie .since I love this brand very much I was very upset and for almost 2 days I was worried and nervous.I already thought I would never be able to buy this brand in America2 days later I found a completely new Range Rover from another dealer NJ Ray Caten Marlboro and without any problems they approved me and sold the car.I don t was born in America, but I am an American citizen, they noticed that I was an emigrant and probably becauseis .they thought that I had no power, but I want to tell you that in America, everyone is an emigrant, if you know the history.don t advise anyone to buy a car there Princeton.. Go Marlboro nj they will serve you very well

So I totally LOVE my Land Rover that I purchased at Land Rover of Princeton.I scheduled my first maintenance and had the best experience at my dealership and I need to rave about it. (3/2023)As some of you know, I had the worst experience when I had a slight issue with my car last year (2022) and I had to take it to the Allentown dealership! What a difference - took it to Princeton and it was like night and day. First of all, Princeton had a courtesy car that was waiting for me so I was NOT left for 30 days without transportation! So kudos to Land Rover of Princeton for that! They put me in a little Range Rover sport.Secondly, my service manager, Jim was fantastic! FANTASTIC! From initial contact to picking up my car after my service was complete - there was contact and discussion of all services! No hidden fees, no major surprises, and even some discounts that he went and found for me! I'm telling you if you are in the market for one of their many high-end vehicles, then consider this dealership! They have been voted the top dealership in the nation for the last 5 years for a reason. Just the service alone is worth it - not to mention how pleased you'll be in your new ride.

My 2nd purchase from this dealer was a 2018 Range Rover Velar. Being in the car business since 1989, I know what to expect from a luxury brand as I work for another luxury brand. The folks at Land Rover of Princeton are at the top of their class. Joel Mironov has been my sales rep for 2 years now and has always been patient and willing to help with my buying decisions. Stephen, their General Manager is a familiar face from my Aston Martin cars and coffee meet ups as he managed an Aston Store previously. He brings a great add to this team. Mike, as always makes the delivery and finance process go as smooth as possible. Julia who is also new to the team is a pleasure to speak to when you have questions about all the new technology in these Range Rovers. I highly recommend this store when you are considering a Land Rover / Range Rover. They will treat you like a friend rather than a customer as some of the other stores have done. They are very patient and accommodating and provide a low pressure consultative environment when searching for the right vehicle for you and your family. I HIGHLY recommend the Kalafer owned stores in Flemington and Princeton and am a loyal customer for the Jeep, Porsche and Land Rover stores.

Joel was phenomenal to work with; in this day and age of information at our fingertips transparency is more important than ever during the car buying experience.
