My experience now with the service department was great as well!! I rushed from a local garage place that wanted me to pay around $2000 for work that I didn t even need, and Honda s Service team met my expectations and confirmed what was wrong with my vehicle. And I ve been using them ever since whenever my vehicle has an issue or just routine maintenance. I really feel like the advisors here and the techs. are wonderful and they don t try to give me the extra fluff other places do of work that I don t even need. Thanks Honda!

I want to commend the OUTSTANDING customer service I received by Ed of Princeton Honda Service Department. I cannot thank Ed enough for all the time he and his wonderful team spent taking care of my car and trying to figure out the issue with my tire. He is honest, thorough, professional and kind. If I could give Ed, his team and Honda of Princeton 100 stars, I would. On top of that, I didn't even need to make an appointment for the type services performed -- which are considered Express Services . The dealership where we purchased the car does not offer this convenience. I will only go to Honda of Princeton where there is a climate of kindness -- thank you Ed and team Honda of Princeton.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I got an oil change + car inspection was in and out in around an hour on Saturday morning despite there being a full waiting room. Docking one star because I also requested my tires to be rotated, but they didn t do that, so I ll have to visit again.

Broke down more than 100 miles from home. They had the parts on hand so it didn t take long. Based on the invoice, they kept the alternator core refund, but they gave us a 15% discount on a $2184 charge that maxed out at $200.I guess it evened out but it s hard to tell.

Seriously? It s not the first time I found that the armrest so dirty when I pick up my car after service. This time even door handle and chair Is it just something very easy to avoid?

Way long wait time - when you see your car is done, service rep doesn't call you! You have to approach them! Also, find lot of unnecessary problems and when you are done with service, you get more lights on dashboard then you go in! Don't use this facility for service!

Very slow service, no clarity of cost for anyone in the service center. Waiting time is a lot. But service was good overall

Was there for service recall. They created work order and told it takes 3 hrs for fixing. 2hrs my car was parked outside and no one attended. When I checked back, they said they are going to work on it now and will be completed in couple of hours. Not sure how long they are going to take now.Don t want to visit this again.

I have purchased new cars and had them serviced at Honda of Princeton for over 20 years. The service department at Honda of Princeton makes getting your car serviced as easy as possible.Honda of Princeton s service manager, Mr. Chris Luberto, is top notch. He cares about every customer and their vehicle. He is professional and trustworthy . Chris makes certain that cars are well cared for in the shop, that work is done in a timely manner and that when completed, the customer is completely satisfied. I worked closely with Mr. Luberto recently on a service issue with my Honda and I was astonished at his commitment to excellence. He provided for vehicle pickup and return to and from my home, personally oversaw the work and called me when it was completed. The work was done to perfection.I have had exceptional experiences with Honda vehicles over a long period of time (over 30 years) so I am obviously very brand loyal. But a large part of that loyalty has come after my experiences with the service department at Honda of Princeton and service managers like Mr. Chris Luberto. They have made owning my Honda vehicles effortless and a joy. It doesn t get any better than that.
