If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. The owner was a pleasure to deal with...super polite, professional, and kept things simple while staying in close communication with me. As for our driver, Tony - Well, he was just a master. I'm a huge stickler for safe driving (when I'm not the one driving ) and I have NEVER felt so safe with a driver before. On top of his safe driving skills, he masterfully navigated his way around traffic and took shortcuts to be sure we made it to our show on time, all without breaking a sweat. He was cool, calm, collected, polite, and professional. I cannot say enough about him. Thank you for making our family holiday show pleasant and memorable!

I have been using H&H Limousine Services for many years now, and this is due to their utmost professionalism and superior quality of service. I have never felt safer in a limousine than when riding in one of H&H's beautifully maintained vehicles. Most recently, I had the pleasure of being driven by Edward, and he made sure that I had a comfortable and safe trip to my destination. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for limousine services.

We just had service to Manhattan cruise terminal. This was the best experience ever. From booking to drop off to pick up was flawless. Such professionalism. Having to be dropped off and pick up in the middle of Manhattan couldn t have gone any smoother. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and definitely will book again.

DISHONEST GO ELSEWHERe! The initial receipt showed a charge for 5 hours. I d very clearly asked whether, if the trip took less than 5 hours, the charge would be adjusted and I was told in no uncertain terms, YES. However, the final bill was for 5 hours and when I questioned it how long the trip had been, I was told 5 hours is the minimum and denied I d been told otherwise.

They took great care of me! From taking me to the airport to picking me up when I got home was an absolute breeze. Right on time and very professional. Would recommend them and use them again for future trips.

I have been using this car service for many years. They are excellent. Professional, on-time and reliable. Cars are very nice and well maintained. Drivers are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend for travel to or pickup from airport.

Excellent service from start to finish. The reservation process was easy and efficient! Drivers picked up my family in Hamilton and transported them to our family wedding in NYC s Greenwich Village. The return pick up later that evening at the Bowery also smooth all the way back. Reasonable rates and great drivers! Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

I am grateful I decided on H&H Limousine Services. H&H Limousine is the best transportation service I have ever used. Going to and returning from Newark Liberty was flawless. H&H provided sterling customer service along with a very comfortable and safe riding experience. Will definitely use them again for my limousine service needs.

Outstanding experience. I picked H&H based on other online reviews, and they delivered in every respect. Pick-up driver was there waiting for us at Newark airport -- even though our flight was 30 minutes early; driver was friendly and courteous; vehicle was immaculate; driver was careful and safe driving us to our Princeton destination. I have just booked our return ride. I highly recommend this group.

The most reliable & professional transportation car service company in the Princeton area by far.The team gets back to you promptly with quotes. Drivers are punctual and courteous. Highly recommend and will be booking H&H again in the near future for all my airport transportation.

This company has been outstanding. I've used them for a few recent business trips and more recently for a personal trip - all from Princeton to Newark Airport. They're communications are timely and the service has been great. I highly recommend H&H Limousine.

I had never taken an airport car service before. It was a great experience. H&H was there even when my plane landed early. The drivers was very professional,the car was clean and spacious. Will I give them my business again? Absolutely!

I have used Tony several times for pickup and drop-off for both business and pleasure trips. Always on time, always professional and always good service. I would highly recommend to anyone needing car service for any trip. We used a sedan that fit 6 of us from the airport in the late evening and he accommodated our needs for a few multiple drop-offs and the worked great.Service: Limousines

Tony always confirms with us to reassure us of pick up time. He always allows enough time to get to the airport and arrives early. Super friendly and helpful. We used H&H to get to and from the airport. Highly recommend!! I'd originally planned to take an uber, but am so glad we found H&H. The drivers were very friendly & professional. They assisted with our luggage and wore masks the entire trip. The Lincoln crossover SUV was new, super luxurious and clean. The driver showed up early to our house to ensure we had plenty of time to get to the airport, and was there waiting for us when we landed (despite our nearly two hour delay sitting on the tarmac and waiting for our baggage) - no waiting around for your uber to show up. The driver was also in touch via text before we landed to provide his details and ensure we knew where to find him. He even offered to come into the airport and meet us in case we needed help with our luggage. Booking and payment were super easy - they even fit me in for a same-day booking. For not much more than the cost of a regular run-of-the-mill uber, this is definitely the way to go given the high quality drivers, cars, and service H&H provides!Service: Limousines

We have had absolutely phenomenal experiences with Tony and his team, so much so that we recommended them to family (who subsequently used them and also had great experiences!). We travel with kids, carseats and lots of luggage and have found the service to be clean, dependable, friendly and so professional. Thank you Tony!

I have now used H&H 4 or 5 times and they have always been on time, polite and helpful. This week on a trip from Newark airport to home, I left a small case on the back seat filled with a few things of value to me. When I called two days later to see if by chance they had found it they said yes and returned it to me intact within a few hours. Tony and his team provide old-fashioned customer service. The kind that seems to have gone out of style but is actually what customers want. I have used their services for the past three years to transport me back and forth to Willseye Hospital in Philadelphia as I went through several surgeries and countless appointments.I knew Tony was an usually kind and considerate person on the first trip back from the hospital. I had just been told I had a 25% chance of cancer. I became nauseous on the return trip (each way is an hour trip). He found a safe place to pull over so I could get out and walk off the nausea. When I told him the reason for the nausea (fear of cancer) he was empathic and supportive and I've never forgotten that simple act of kindness. It's just who he is. For the past three years he and his team have been rooting for me and I'm happy to say I'm doing very well. I was always early for my appointments and surgeries because Tony and his team bent over backwards to keep on schedule.The team is always dressed professionally (in the old fashioned classy sense, which I find reassuring and professional). The cars are spotless. They show up at least ten minutes, if not more, ahead of time and are in constant communication. I have also used Tony to drive our oldest to his first day of college since I was still in the midst of eye treatments and could not see clearly to drive.I cannot fully express how well he and his team have taken care of us. But for Tony and his team, they don't consider what they provide extraordinary service (which is what it is) - they view it as how every customer should be treated.We also use Tony and his team for trips to the airport and to ferry my kids to and from afterschool events. Further, as a female customer, I feel 100% safe using their services. I cannot say the same about Uber. In fact, Uber simply doesn't compare to H& H. We are fortunate to have such reliable and trustworthy car service available to us in our community.Service: Limousines

I am a return customer, and I will definitely be using them again. As always, the driver is prompt, courteous and professional. The car is clean and well-maintained, there is always bottled water and, now, hand sanitizer. The ride has always been smooth. It is a real comfort to know that you can rely on these drivers to get you where are you need to go safely and on time. Highly recommend.

I smiled when Ed picked me up today, and recalled that he had driven me before. It was probably May 2019 - I had a text message from the service dated then. That was the beginning of a 45 minute drive that passed in a minute. What a pleasure! Ed was 15 minutes early and helpful with my bags. He not only knew the route, but noted airport construction that I had missed. He was the driver I needed to ride with today.

Last week was my first time using H&H and I highly recommend their service. Ed arrived promptly and handled the NYC traffic like a pro! The drive was pleasant, comfortable - and Ed could not be more accommodating. (@Tony - Thank you for setting up the transportation. H&H will be my "go to" on future trips.)
