Excellent buying experience. Jade was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. The entire purchase process was smooth. There was no pushy add-on sales when it came time to sign the paperwork. I highly recommend Princeton Audi. We drove 90 minutes to get there, and I wont hesitate to do it again for my next Audi.

Though the facilities / location, and the cars themselves are nice, our end-to-end experience at the Princeton Audi was quite poor - from the initial process of buying our car to the experience post-purchase.1. On the day we initially went to pick up the car, which had required some repairs to be in a sellable condition, a part of the front bumper crumbled and fell off after prodding it with a finger. It then took another 2 weeks for it be repaired, during which the communication was not very clear on when it would be available.2. A couple weeks after finally getting the car, we were informed that it needed to be recalled. The recall ticket had been opened before the car was sold to us and should have been disclosed as per law (the representative from Volkswagen group who contacted us initially about the recall also admitted that this should have happened). When we asked the dealership about what happened, our concerns were brushed off, which seems very callous considering we could have been driving around a car with a serious safety issue without our knowledge.3. Finally, the customer service during the recall process was very poor - the person who contacted us from dealership was both aggressive and pressurizing. We were called by the dealership that the car was fixed and the person asked when we were available to pick it up and return the loaner. After informing the person that we couldn t the next day but were available on the following days (the weekend), he responded in quite an aggressive tone: how can you help me get this car back because we want to loan the car out for other people? , making it sound like we were at fault. Considering we didn t even want of course to have the car recalled in the first place, to put the responsibility on the customer for not being immediately available to return the loaner is such poor customer service and made us so uncomfortable. He then proceeded to say: you will get a survey in a week and I NEED you to give me 5 stars rating for my customer service. Ok? You got that? , which was audacious considering the situation.This whole experience has been disappointing.

My husband and I leased our second car and first electric vehicle from Greg Sconzo at Princeton Audi. Greg and the whole team at Princeton are respectful professionals who treat you the way you would love to be treated when making such an important purchase. As someone who always has to brace myself when negotiating a purchase of a new car I am so happy to have found Princeton Audi where no games are played.Greg just gives you the best deal possible. Greg and the whole team made our purchase of the Audi Q8 Etron so easy. Greg connected us with Andy who explained all about EVs and helped us with charger installation. Audi even has a professional to sit and teach us how to make use of all the electronics in the car. And lastly Greg is a genuinely nice and personable professional who makes the whole process so easy. I cannot have asked for a better experience.

Princeton Audi is a complete breath of fresh air. This dealership is the MVP in the big leagues compared to others. My entire purchase experience was pleasant, the staff was knowledgeable, and the pride the employees take in delivering a first-in-class experience with those extra special touches truly made an experience I usually dread a pleasant one.I spent the last week looking for my next vehicle. The Q5 was on my short list, and after a rather terrible experience at another Audi dealer, I decided to travel a little further to Princeton Audi, and I am so happy I did.My salesman, Greg, was a true delight. Having only been through the car buying process once before, I had quickly grown tired of the pushy salespeople at other dealers who I felt were trying to take advantage of my inexperience. Greg felt more like a guiding family member than a salesperson. He was patient in answering my questions, he made every touch personal, he gave me his own opinion, and he worked hard to earn my business. I genuinely enjoyed getting to know him. From helping me get better quotes on insurance policies to ensuring I would see my new car freshly detailed with a bow on it, Greg is the epitome of an exceptional salesperson. He will be my first call whenever I am looking for my next car, and I cannot recommend him enough.Thank you to the entire staff at Princeton Audi. We just picked up our vehicle from Greg Sconzo at Audi Princeton today. It's our second lease through Greg and I cannot say enough good things about him and his co-workers. The pricing was an easy process and Greg was able to get us a terrific deal that was far better than what we were offered elsewhere. More importantly, he is a gentleman and good to his word. Michelle S. is an absolute professional! We have acquired 6 new Audi models with her; having owned other premium German and Japanese models, we found the performance and technology of Audi to be unique. Michelle has excellent knowledge, is very detail oriented, and makes each transaction a pleasure. There were a few cases where I traded a late model vehicle and one where I wanted to end a lease early - typically a disaster situation. Michelle quickly researched and presented options and was our advocate to obtain very fair pricing. As a lifetime auto enthusiast who has owned many cars and suvs, I strongly recommend working with Michelle, she is outstanding!

My wife and I do most of the maintenance on our vehicles but there are many jobs that we don't have time or specialty tools to complete. My wife took her A5 here today with a list of things to have checked. The largest known issue and reason for bringing it in was a missing and a loose engine mount bracket bolt. She was repeatedly told "they are fine". The cute inspection video shows the driver side engine mount brackets and they explained the bolt holes this model doesn't use but after a conversation in which she insists it's the other side was told no, that's fine too. The other issue we asked to check was clutch chatter, often caused by a bad clutch or loose engine mount. They confirmed the clutch chatter but the clutch was in good shape (hmm might be worth a closer look at those engine mount brackets guys!) I crawled under the car in the snow at night after I got home to take the pictures the tech failed to see on a lift in daylight after being told what to look for. Oh yea, they missed the rear axle seal leaking too... $250 inspection to tell us nothing, thanks! My free Toyota inspection was far more thorough than this. Between missing the things we asked to be checked and unplugging the dash cam, zero trust in this service department.

We had a great experience at Audi Princeton. Firstly it s always a pleasure to do business with Lauren especially if you are looking to lease or buy a car. My family has bought two cars from them. We were helped by Saurabh who is a thorough professional and knows every bit of detail when it comes to features or any other technical aspect about Audi cars. He patiently explained us all the features as well as answered all our questions. Best thing was he didn t push us on buying like other dealership. Highly recommend Audi Princeton and Saurabh Dewan if you wish to have 5 experience in buying your car.

Had an excellent experience with Princeton Audi. Placed an order for a new vehicle in January for anticipated delivery in May. My salesperson, David Rojas, went beyond the call of duty and located a vehicle in the USA with my exact specifications and delivered it in March. David is a very knowledgable car guy, not only was the entire process very easy, he also had all the car settings upon delivery set exactly the way I would have set them.

The experience at Audi Princeton Service felt like the dreaded trip to the dentist where you have a horrible doctor with a pleasing receptionist.I took my car for regular service as a waiter and after 3 hours of waiting, they had to tell me I have to leave the car with them. Tam helped and got me a loaner.Their system is pathetic, because they gave an estimate $4k more than what it s supposed to and I had to call the Audi customer care to find that my car s CPO covers most of the work.I had to call back Audi Princeton to flag that and they reduced the bill by $4k.Bell Audi in Edison confirmed that their prices are cheaper than Princeton.Finally, took my car and drove it out of the parking lot and saw that the check engine light was on. Called Audi Princeton back and they wanted me to bring the car back and told me I have to leave the car and gave me another loaner. The service that had to be done and that was reported to me that it was completed and test driven, didn t seem to have had happened.I am hoping to pick my car today.Overall Tam helped a lot and he is so personable and professional. If it was not for him, I would have given this place a 1 star.Based on my experience, I recommend other Audi service centers like Bell Audi.Not worth the headache and not a returning customer.If you have no other choice but Princeton Audi, please ask for Tam- as he is the only positive in the entire experience.

We had a tremendous experience purchasing an Audi A6 at this dealership for the first time. Adam Friedman, the Salesman, although new in this industry, performed a marvelous job from the beginning to the end. Not only did this gentleman take an adequate amount of time explaining the features inside and out the car but also took us on a road test for as long as we wanted to test drive the car. Most salesman these days wont do this. After being offered a lower number for our trade-in, they were able to match the higher number we were getting at another dealership (after providing proof). When it came to the numbers and paperwork, he did not rush us or pressured us at all and explained us everything item by item. At the end we were very satisfied and left happy. If you don t want to be rushed and be explained everything thoroughly, Adam Friedman would be the guy to work with. We took 2 trips there from New York City and have no regrets. Good Luck Adam!!

I always find car shopping to be stressful but I m pleased to say that my experience at Audi Princeton was (dare I say) fun. There was a lot going on since it was busy but I met some really nice fellow car shoppers and had many laughs.Greg, our salesman, was kept busy with all of our questions and he was a good sport considering how much I teased him. He kept everything moving forward and we all ended up in the cars we had chosen. I did not feel any pressure to buy a car and no one rushed me to make a decision. The sales manager Larry , Morgan at the front desk and Shree in finance couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. My compliments to Greg for his wit and humor since I had an endless stream of questions. And as he would say hello . Thanks everyone!

With only a few very minor exceptions, I have also found the service department to be capable and resourceful. First off I usually dont write reviews but this deserves one for sure. I was looking for a sports sedan and came accross an Audi A5 Sportback at Audi Princeton online. I didnt want to go through all the sitting at the dealership waiting games. I just wanted to handle my purchase over the phone and email, leaving me to just have to inspect the car before signing everything, then take my new car home. I had tried this with many dealers for the sport sedans I was shopping for. Most did not listen to what I wanted as hard as I tried to explain to them what I wanted. They just kept trying to get me in the door with zero thought for my time. From the moment I called over to Audi Princeton I was directed to Greg Sconzo. His friendly greeting and patience with what I was telling him (the same I told other dealers), made me feel like I was respected and I was able to tell Greg what I wanted. Greg is a professional in every way. He listened to what I wanted, made my deal over the phone explaining what was needed from me and what was not. Greg took care of me in every way a sales person could with respect, patience, and great service. Even when I opted to purchase a different car than the one we started with, he gave me the same discounts and made the change easily. When I went to see the car it was beautiful and set up for me. Greg explained the car from top to bottom and had everything set so that I learned about the car, signed the paperwork and left without a hassle or a hiccup. The final price was even lower than the contract he sent to me as some fees were estimated and came in lower. That was a nice surprise. The people at Audi Princeton were all friendly and attentive. I highly recomend anyone wanting to buy an Audi to go to Audi Princeton and ask for Greg Sconzo. He is a man of honesty and respect. We purchased a used Audi A4 from Princeton Audi. This was our first experience with this dealership and we worked with Adam Friedman. I have bought several Audis over the years, but working with Adam was the least stressful buying experience I have had. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle as well as the technology, especially Carplay, which was a must have feature for us as we traded in a much older Audi without this technology. He answered all of our questions and did so in a respectful manner. I never felt "talked down to" as I have in other dealerships. I traveled 75 miles to work with this dealership and I would definitely consider buying future vehicles here, specifically from Adam. Thanks for a stress free car buying experience!
