Absolute disaster! Drove 6 hours from Ohio to pick up a car I bought on Ebay, only to find out that the car had front end damage that was not disclosed. The bumper was not attached to the right side of the car. The hood did not align with the fender and the front grill due to an obvious front end accident. I could slide my hand under the hood of the car when it was in the closed position. I asked why the front end damage was not disclosed or pictures taken of it. Wasn't given a response.... I left. The salesman yelled at me as I drove away "you will not get your $500 deposit back from Ebay."....I posted some responses to my email stating they misrepresented the vehicle...In regards to the owners response below, I did not want a new car, I wanted honesty about the car I was buying. A car can be old and have a lot of miles BUT it must be a safe car. This car has front end damage that was not disclosed and as an "$1800" car is not worth the time to invest to have it inspected to determine the extent of the damage and if it is safe to drive. Maybe your in the business of letting your wife learn to drive in a car that has a front end damage that was never repaired properly, I on the other hand, am not.

Very friendly and helpful. Car was accurately represented- entire deal conducted on line- and they had everything ready to go when I arrived. The paperwork was a breeze, and the woman helping complete the deal was very personable, making the whole process a most pleasant experience. Embarrassingly, I can't remember her name, but her smile I won''t soon forget! Thanks Highlands!

Bought a 2004 acura tl from these guys around 6 months ago. Car runs strong. I waited till now to post since its a car were talking about here. The car is great. Everything works well. Had to change a couple things but thats the norm when buying a car with 178000 miles on it :)I reccomend these guys! No foolin around just straight fair buisness!

The sales transaction was beautiful, and the used auto sold as is was favorably maintained. I live in another state, the process was completed online and by mail. I am grateful the auto salespersons conducted their business honorably.

Bought a vehicle here via an online auction site. Worst vehicle I have ever owned, Seller lied completely about condition of vehicle
