I've been buying tires from Crown for 6 years. Never had a problem till today. I bought 4 new tires (just under $1,000). Immediately leaving Crown, the tire pressure sensors stopped working. I brought it back and they said they didn't have the scanners for that car and I had to bring it to the dealership for them to read it. So I brought it to the dealership, and they told me there was a malfunction with the sensors. They gave me the code. I go back to Crown with the error code and what the dealership said. They had the car for 7 hours and then called me and said the lights were not on anymore it was working just fine. Allegedly, they found the correct scanner and were able to connect it to the car. I guess they made me go to the dealership because they couldn't find the right equipment. P.S. The tire pressure sensors still don't work and you can't see the tire pressure in the car. They told me it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I gave them a chance to make it right and unfortunately, they didn't. They lost me as a customer.Update: The TPMS warning light is back on 3 days after they reset it. This was never an issue till they replaced the tires.

I've been buying tires from Crown Tire for about 20 years. It's the only place I go to for tires, whether it's my company trucks, my personal car, or my work trailer. They have done them all for me.The guys at Crown are the best all around . Their service has always been top notch, professional, and they always make time to fit me into their schedule. If they didn't have the tires in stock, the very next day they had them at the shop for me, ready to go. They consistently make sure their customers are satisfied and get what they paid for.I've referred dozens people to Crown Tire, and it's always a great thing to get positive feedback from those people I've sent there.The only place I buy my tires.

Amazing service! I stopped in tonight needing to have my tire patched. It was close to closing time, I didn't want to drive far on the spare, but the two men working took great care of my car. I highly recommend!

Was traveling for work when I got a nail in my tire and luckily made it there before it went flat. My tires were a bit older so I thought I would need new tires anyway. But the person who assisted was very informative and said the tires are in great condition and still have life, they patched it up quick and I was on my way home. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

I have done business at Crown Tire for years and it has always been a pleasure dealing with them. I admire their dedication to ethical work, great pricing and great sensitivity to the needs of their customers. As I waited for a tire change, I noticed the way the man at the counter treated each customer with respect and kindness. He spoke kindly and was friendly with each and every one of them. Additionally, the waiting area is clean, supplies internet and coffee!!I highly recommend them for any needs and love the fact that local businesses like this still exist. Been using this shop for a number of years now and have never had a bad experience. Guys at the counter are always friendly and professional. I can say for certain this is a shop that does NOT upcharge you and is extremely fair in their pricing.

The guys at Crown Tire are nothing but a tremendous help every hour they are open. Especially Nick, goes above and beyond for customers on the daily. This is why Crown Tire has my family s continued business. If you have car troubles at all, I definitely would recommend Crown Tire!

If you want a good front end alignment do not take it to this place took my truck in it left worse than it was when it went and took it. Back they said that they looked at it and did some more adjusting Whitten picked. My truck up truck still pulls the same way. It did when I went in but yet they took my money and it won't reimburse me real nice rip off job from a business That's in my town The probably gonna say all we have no record of you being here Well that won't be true because I have all the paperwork

I have been coming here for year for tires for all of my vehicles. This shop is very knowledgeable, honest and they do very good work when it comes to all things tires, alignment, etc. I will not go anywhere else for new tires or tire maintenance. After being a customer for years, I just learned today that they will rotate your tires for free when you purchase the tires from them. I had always had my tires rotated when I did an oil service at the dealership. But this last time I got my oil changed at a quick lube joint who does not rotate tires. I stopped in at Crown just to rotate the tires and when it was done and I went to pay, they told me that there was no charge since I purchased the tires from them! I had no idea this was a benefit from purchasing tires at Crown! What a nice plus! I'm a customer for life!

Not happy, went here for tires balanced due to vibration in the steering and throughout the vehicle at highway speeds. Balanced the tires, still vibrating. Okay. Next step let's do an alignment. Brought it back and was told alignment has nothing to do with shaking. Well check the balance again. I asked okay can we do an oil change as well there's a filter and oil in the trunk while we're here. Go to pick up the vehicle, charged me for a full synthetic oil change, never asked what type of oil I wanted, didn't use the oil and filter so ignored me with that. And guess what, still vibrating at highway speeds. I said okay so an alignment will never cause vibration. I was told, well I don't know what it's doing...I explained it for the 5th time it's vibrating at 60mph and higher, and was told see the girl to pay. Don't ask me where did you get the car, are they new tires, has it ever had an alignment? Some mechanics say a bad alignment will cause shaking, some don't. So 50/50 I'd rather just do it and if it works, we're done. If not we'll move to the next possible cause. This place doesn't listen, they don't want to listen. They want quick easy jobs and your money. Will not be going here ever again

The best place for tires!I have come here twice for tires, and I always have great experiences, especially if you re a woman. They never take advantage of me by trying to sell me things/services I don t need. I never feel like I m being duped. They give me honest prices and work with my tire budget. I tell all my girlfriends to go here because they aren t scammy like other places. Everyone is really nice and their service is fast. They have a nice waiting area too.

My first experience with Crown tire was 1 year ago when my daughter's tire caps would not come off, I was referred by my job which is a bus company and was advised to ask for Nick. I communicated with Nick at front desk, he was so patient, honest and helpful. The past two days I sent my daughter's car back for front tires and wheel Alignment and my car two front tires, personally would only communicate with Nick, his Demeanor of respect, honesty, patients to customers are always impecable and sustained no matter what time of the day it is. Its always about customer Service that brings customers back. Kudos to Nick for driving your customer back. Its easy to find help but hard to find a dedicated worker. Gabriella and Erica

I have been to enough places, in where sometimes they take forever or are in a bad mood, but this place never fails to provide a great customer service while also being able to fix any issue fast and efficient. I have always been helped by Nick, and he is always welcoming and asks about the issue you are coming in for. Amazing mechanic shop and I go here whenever I need any service to my car!

Great bunch of guys running and working at this business. The best prices on new and used tires. It's the only place I will buy tires from. There not a big corporation so they are more friendly and knowledgeable then any other tire place in the area.

They're like family! I've been going so long that my daughter was six when I moved to this neighborhood. She has a car now and, regularly, visits them without me needing to be there. No other business I've used comes close to their expertise. I have friends who travel from White Plains, NY to get their service and storage needs met.

Fantastic tire spot! I had a flat tire and went in prepared to pay for 2 new tires. Instead, they told me it was just a nail in my tire, and they could repair the tire so honest! The employees were so lovely and super fast. I couldn t recommend this place more.

Been going here the past 20 years for tires. They're always very helpful and offer good quality tires at a fair price. Had my tires since 2018 and started to get a slow leak. I bought the car in. No questions asked, they immediately found the leak and repaired it for free. Frank was excellent. Very customer service focused and extremely nice.

No BS at this shop. Tires were in stock, took care of us within the hour after calling. Prices are very fair. We only needed two tires vs other shops that give you a discount only if you buy 4 tires. Our go to place from here on

Had tires put on and alignment done did a good job and in a timely manor this would of been 5 stars. However whoever did the job was a bit sloppy grease/finger prints left all over my clean rims and a few spots on steering wheel. I know you where busy and its minor but it would of taken 30s for them to wipe up their mess.
