My dealership sent me. The desk lady gave me an estimate. Unsure at this point if I will have the work done there. Seems a little high, but I will get a couple comparative estimates elsewhere. My father always said to go with the middle price. His words of wisdom always paid off. The location is also very far from my home. I always try to give local businesses the work.

I got estimates from 2 other reputable places, Walker Tech Autobody in Butler and Wilson's Autobody in Woodland Park. The two of those were comparable in cost. However, neither one could get parts and were also too busy to get me scheduled until a month later. So I decided to try Walos. It happened to be the week before Thanksgiving Day. Not only was the estimate lower, they were able to locate the Chevy parts immediately and got my bashed up car done within two days. The work was impeccable and I'm still happy months later. I should have taken before and after photos.Customer service was great. I love Jeanette who handled my calls and accommodated me immediately.

I highly recommend this place no nonsense estimate. I got three estimates and they were the lowest. They work closely with the local Honda dealer so anything Honda is a no-brainer. Didn't have to wait around dropped the car off and they offered to drive me home for free. Car was ready when they said and the job was perfect they even touched up some little nicks at no charge . And the toll money I had forgotten and left in the car was all there when I got home . They are a great shop with great people courteous and friendly .

Bad Attitude when already has taking your money. also changes the price when already giving a quote and has taking your deposit. in addition keeps adding more time to the work. a promises to do it in 1 day might go 4 days to week to charge more money. save time and money and go to a more professional dealer.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Walos makes a stressful process much more pleasant. I've had the misfortune to be in several accidents and need extensive vehicle repair and every time, Walos has kept me posted on the progress and does a beautiful job. You can't tell our vehicles were ever damaged. They were even kind enough to remove additional scratches that were unrelated to the collision. It's a relief to feel taken care of when going through something so stressful. Thank you Walos! And extra thanks to Jeanette, always very personable.

The high level for standard of customer experience and professionalism is all displayed to the greatest degree at Walo's. From the grade A professional auto body work to the individualized treatment and care you get from Walo and the staff, this place is what every auto body shop should emulate to be like. I would take my car here again any day over any other auto body shop. Highly recommend.

The most unprofessional group of individuals in ever encountered. The auto body shop was paid directly from the insurance company and this could have been the worst decision ever made. They took the money and slept on my car for 2 months on a simple week and a half job. During the end of the process I was told 3 different dates in which the car would have been done but for all 3 times never had "enough man power" to compound and paint a car mind you( a one man job) anyways I called on its last day to assure the time I was told to pick it up it would be ready. Nothing new I received the same speech "nothing is know on the car I have no idea stop calling, I will call u when I know"... With an unprofessional presence like that it's honestly a disgrace that these people actually have customers.... Don't worry I'm not one anymore and I would hope others read this before they do what I did.... "These people couldn't find there *** from a hole in the wall" -Yours truly, The Man you decided to hang up onbtw I would have given no stars and inserted a nice emoji but it's not possible
