I live 4.5 hours from this area, but I was coming to the area to buy a vehicle. I called the day before to Campbell's to see if they were able to look at the car since I wasn't able to take it to my personal mechanic. I read the great reviews, so I felt I could trust this mechanic.When we arrived with the vehicle, the shop was out of power due to a recent storm with power-line damage. However, the gentleman at the garage (I am assuming the owner) was wonderful! He did as much as he could to look at the car and talked to me directly without the dealer around to tell me his thoughts on the car. He was incredibly trustworthy and very, very nice. I wish I lived closer so I could take my vehicles to him. Such a great guy and a great place!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Five stars is not a high enough rating for Joe and his son Chuck. They are two of the nicest, most qualified, reliable auto mechanics I have ever come across. They've worked on many of my cars (multiple brands) doing various tasks from minor oil changes to complex repairs and I have never ever been less than totally happy with the results.Nicest guys, communicate well, fair prices and expert mechanics... What more can you ask for?Give them a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Let me explain something. I am a swindler's dream. I know nothing about cars. For all I know, they run on magic baby elves and hope. SO when i went to my local Midas to get my oil changed and they gave me the laundry list of things I MUST have done or face certain death, a laundry list that totaled somewhere north of 2,400 dollars might I add, I was overwhelmed. I stared at him. He stared at me. I knew something fishy when I saw it, what I didn't know was just how close to death I actually was, due to my limited relationship with the magic baby elves and my perpetually high level of hope. Willing to gamble a bit, I left and mentioned my plight to my coworker who recommended I stop at Campbell's because they were honest. Fantastic. So I went. FIRST. Let me just say that Joe and Chuck are delightful. They were so warm and nice to be around, it was so different than like... 90% of my human interactions that day. I explained to them what happened and they took my car right away and looked it over, and while I was waiting a bunch of people came in to do business with them. You know how you can tell when people are regulars and trust people? All these people were super confident about this place. I was like, great. This was a good choice. Ten minutes later, guess what was wrong with my car? NOTHING. There were a couple of small maintenance things that I could do as needed and the issue that was going to cost 2400 dollars? fixed in a couple of minutes by cleaning off a seal... or something...again I'm not sure, maybe he fed the elves, but still. FIXED. Just like that. SO take my advice and if you have an issue just go there, they will be honest and take care of you, and it will be a nice experience in the meantime.

Joe and Chuck, are great mechanics, the best in my opinion. Have been going there for years, I can't say anything bad about them or there service. Always get the job done right the first time

I have had several repairs done by Joe at Campbell's. Completely honest and fair and does a great job in a timely manner. I will go to no one else. I know nothing about cars and I feel that he will be honest with me and only repair what is necessary at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Campbell's.

IF I EVER HAD TO RECOMMEND A MECHANIC IT WOULD BE JOE AND HIS CREW. IF I EVER HAD A PROBLEM IT WAS FIXED PROMPTLY AND COURTIOUSLY. NOTHING BUT STARS.
