bought an. f30 n20 mishimoto cool air intake during this pandemic they where the only company that actually helped me to obtain this intake as mostly all the stores took more than 3 days to deliver they provide an excellent service thank you

My purchase on ZNM's website was smooth, the free shipping was prompt with the order going out the same day. When it arrived, the packaging had sufficient packing to prevent damage to the bearings. ZNM was very easy to deal with on a return of the bearings due to an unforeseen change of direction on my end. Will definitely use them again on future purchases!

I highly suggest ZNM performance. Their customer service is unreal. They go above and beyond to assure that their customers are satisfied. For example, I recently ordered something off of them and there was a slight hiccup and they helped me to figure out and fix the the problem was. After it was all said and done, I got my order within 3 days and after I received the product, I was more than happy with what I ordered. I ll definitely be ordering from them again.

The most helpful and caring motor parts supplier I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Since the beginning when I first ordered my rod bearings the folks at ZNM did everything they could to help me with my project. Unlike other suppliers that can take days to answer, the ZNM support team was very fast and responsive even past their business hours. These folks really went out of their way to help me get the right bearings for my BMW and for the best price. I can honestly say the world would be so much better if every business treated their customers the way ZNM does. I really hope to do more business with them in the future, as I have nothing but good things to say about ZNM.

I personally usually NEVER leave reviews, but this time i just must. Everyone at ZNM is great and incredibly knowledgeable. Elyse was assigned to help me grab a few parts for my BMW and recently purchased an intake from them and i can honestly say i d never buy another part from ANY other seller or company. The customer service is nothing short of excellent, they respond fast and give you realistic and honest opinions without treating or hurdling you to purchase from them which usually would make anyone uncomfortable. Most companies would just give bias opinions or provide unnecessary details just so you can buy parts, never really caring about the customers. ZNM is far from that. The knowledge+customer service of the people at ZNM deserve an award :)

They had a very difficult to find part, available on hand immediately and even shipped it to me within a few days of ordering, which keeps my project on time and moving forward. Will definitely recommend them in the future, and keep them at the top of my list of preferred, parts providers. 2 steering wheel grips up to them

I would avoid this renamed shop aka ZnM performance at all costs. They are very amateur and do not know what they are doing. Had them install lowering springs and they never connected my front passenger side end link. Spent driving my car for months until I went to get my brakes changed by a much more experienced and truthful shop and they found it disconnected. Always felt like my car would sway at high speeds but finally found out why. There are a lot of bad experiences online and they are scam artists. Don t fall for the cheap labor it will only cost you more down the road. Avoid at all costs do not give this shop any money.

I would definitely recommend ZNM performance. They came in handy when I needed pistons & rod bearings for my 135i . I was very impressed with their customer service & communication. I was constantly in touch with them & they had no problem informing me & giving me updates on my package. Every thing came exactly when they said it would . If I need anymore parts I would order from here again !!!

Great service as always. They have done some performance parts upgrades to my BMW and i have been very happy each time. Very professional. Work was done in a very timely manner. Some other shops wanted me to leave my car there for 2 days to get the work done, and ZNM was able to do the work in less than 3 hours each time, while i waited. Pricing is also very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The folks at ZNM Performance helped me tremendously. These people are honest, offer great prices, and are always helpful and patient. I'm really picky because I've have been taken advantage of in the past. I found ZNM and will never go anywhere else. Great company and great people.

Elyse and Matt over at ZNM are very knowledgeable, and go over an above for their customers! In fact, when a part arrived they will even follow up to ensure there wasn t any problems with the order. Lastly , I want to personally thank them for always going the extra mile.

Great customer service. I was looking everywhere for an M Performance parking brake handle/boot for my car that had been discontinued by BMW. ZNM Performance went out of their way to put hands on the part before placing my order. Will definitely check with them again the next time I need parts.

Unbelievably fast and knowledgeable customer service. Consulted with them twice with questions regarding upgrades to my N20 engine and received prompt responses and recommendations. Two purchases so far and I received my items within 3 days. They re bookmarked now! Keep it up guys!!

Let me start by saying working with Matt was a breeze. He was able to answer all of my questions, and Gave me different options that would've met my needs. When i finally decided on the product i wanted he was able to give me a discount on that item. I would recommend ZNM Performance to my friends and family anyday!! Honestly the most helpful group EVER! I recently purchased my first BMW and wanted to add some more HP. I messaged ZNM on their Instagram page they responded quickly and gave me a ton of answers. I placed my first part order last week I received it yesterday and installed just tonight and couldn't be more happier that I used ZNM performance! Thank you, Matt and Ellie, for the help!!!

I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was timely and Matt was very helpful in answering my questions. He went out of his way to try and make a dealine for delivery so i could install my injectors before the next work week.

If I could add another 5 starts I would !! ZNM PERFORMANCE literally found everything for me from suspension to engine, to even my carbon pieces all at a great price.. EVERYTHING was a perfect fit with all hardware and it couldn t have been any easier to deal with the customer support they have. I highly recommend them for everything !
