Same guys behind the counter for 30 years. Always helpful and knowledgeable. They can get almost any part within half a day if it's not in stock.

I ve been going to this place once or twice a year for the last 20 years and never not once,no matter what car partI m looking for, Did they not have it in stock and in my hands in five minutes.Their knowledge is hands-down, the best I ve seen at any auto parts store.

They are rip-off..Price is to high!!!And they didn't accept one return part.Trying to charge 20 percent. Restocking fee....

Been going for years here.....great prices but the service has really gone down hill. Last three parts i bought from here didn't fit my vehicle despite giving them all the info and vin about the vehicles. If youre willing to make a second or third trip during your car project, its a worthwhile spot

Store has everything you d imagine it does, at a reasonable/comparable price. My 5 stars today goes to the employees who helped my daughter put on the windshield wipers on that she bought. Helped her pick out what she needed without trying to sell us the most expensive pair, too. Much appreciated!

Some people may find them abrasive in there demener. But they are very capable and helpful. They got me everything I needed and even difficult to find things.

I've been coming here 30 years, and they've never let me down. They know their stuff, provide good advice, solid. This Sunday morning I had a flat flat tire, advised me. Where I might get it fixed, called the place, to assure they were open, helped me get air to get there. I said to them, "They are part of the reason it's great to live in Pompton Lakes" Real super guys. Thanks a lot!!! Really.

I went to buy something small for my husband and they are closed at 7 due to pandemic, I arrived at 7:05 not aware since online doesn t update hours and husband checked their hours before I went. I saw a man walking around and I see him hiding behind the counter LOOKING at me and hiding. So I wave to ask if I can still purchase something or speak to him and he hid there not opening the door. I m very disappointed since I love supporting local small businesses but I won t ever go there again. I m not one to write bad reviews but that was just extremely rude and if he d just told me he s closed totally fine but hiding there clearly making eye contact is just ridiculous. You d think they need more business during the pandemic but I guess not.

Been going here for years. Always my first stop for any of my automotive needs. Most of the time parts are in stock and if not they can get it same day or next day. Prices are always competitive as well.

Great store to shop in. Fantastic help from the counter men. Prices always on target and better than the competition. I got parts for my 1929 Ford HOT ROD , and for my 1991 Bronco, If you need it they got it. Always a great place to shop AUTO PARTS

I try to shop small but these guys can be asses only a couple of them seem willing to help and know there stuff. I recommended the auto parts source in Oakland. The son of 002 opened it and he really cares

Got the right parts at a price as good as the chain stores, (chain store gave me the wrong parts for $40 more). Called 002 and told them what I needed and the parts were waiting on the counter.From here on these guys are my parts guys!

Quick stops for parts but you'll pay a bit more than if you can wait and go somewhere else. They also still have these old school printers so you'll walk out with half a sheet of paper as your receipt.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLELies about return policy and the you cant return it 4 hours laterNowhere on the receipt does it state any of the "stipulations" for returnsThey will claim items with manufacturing marks or defects are "damaged"Part is not useable and im out $$Now i have to pay $$$ for the correct partRude peopleI see no point in going here when other stores will be more accommodating and have what you are actually looking forFirst and last time i entertain purchasing anything in this store

Great auto parts store. Old school parts guys. People who know the trade and to look up parts. Very knowledgeable staff. Not the BS you get at the chain auto parts stores. Staff is amazing.

Been driving past 002 for 10 years. Finally had a need to go in there recently and was glad I did. Great service, prices and had what I needed. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Love this place! I've been going to this auto parts store for 15 years and they always seem to have what I need. Forget the big chain store because chances are they have what you need.....Trust me!

Best parts store around. Been going there for a long time now. Im a mechanic with years of experience and Ive seen these guys help the customers through any problem they may have. Any part I need they ussualy have it and if they dont they will get it.

Nice people, However they risk their customers lives by not wearing masks in the store, Watched two of em walk in an out several times, each time without masks. Disappointing!
