I had the unpleasant experience of a deer running out in front of my vehicle and causing nearly $10,000 worth of damage. I contacted my insurance company and Point Collision was the the highest rated collision service center so I booked a drop off date. The very next day I spoke with Patrick and he took care of everything right away. I dropped the car off that day and within two days the quote for repair was done. The supply chain was backed up for parts on my new 2023 Jetta, but Patrick assured me my car would be a priority. Once the parts were in, it was about a week and the car was done. The whole time Patrick was in touch to keep me updated on the progress. I should also note I had a rental vehicle that I was paying for out of pocket. The daily rate was quite high and I relayed my misfortune to Patrick. He went out of his way to contact the rental service (enterprise) and was able to get me a little over a $100 discount on the total rental. A little bit goes a long way. I received my vehicle better than new. It was cleaned, washed and looked just as if it was when I drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend them and would use again in the future (but fingers crossed I won t have to). 5 stars!

I am SO happy I chose Pt Pleasant Collision. I became skeptical once the original 4-week timeline kept growing to 7 weeks, but my skepticism vanished as soon as I saw my car looking brand new. Like nothing ever happened.The car was replaced with all genuine parts - which was the hold up as some part(s) had to be fabricated and came from overseas.The job overall was extremely intricate. I was so grateful and lucky that this was not a total loss.Patrick, sorry if I drove you insane with all my phone calls. :-)I am hoping to never need to see these guys again But if I need to, I ll know who to call.PS- I posted pics of these on a Volvo webpage, and all the fanatics were amazed with the job and said it looks brand new!

I had damage to my front fender from a Drive Thru. It was my fault and I didn t want to use my insurance to pay. I was quoted a fair price and was promised the car back in 3 days. The job ended up costing them more but I did not have to pay a cent over the original quoted price. The car was done in 3 days as promised and can t even tell there was damage. Patrick and his Staff are amazing!

These guys are great! Very talented -- they have made my car look like new twice. They stick to the schedule they give you, first class cosmetic work, and they always give my car back clean and sparkling. Very competitive pricing, great communication, and just a really great office staff.It is such a pleasure dealing with this company that I almost want to go out and smash up my car just so I can use them again!

Highly recommend! Patrick was so quick to respond and was able to get my car in with all parts ordered within 1 day and had it all fixed 3 days later. He did a great job fixing it at a fair price. He even cleaned my car when I picked it up! I normally hate going to car places because they all try to take advantage of you but Patrick at point collision is honest, quick and does a great job !!!! Will always go back to him!

I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is at Point Pleasant Collision!! I had what I thought was a fender bender two-car collision and was recommended to Patrick at Pt PL Collision. Both myself and the woman I hit went here to get estimate.Both vehicles were able to be buffed out. They look like new! They did not charge either of us. WHO does that?! ( I did leave them something!)They are so HONEST, professional and yet friendly. Go here first, you will love them.

Someone had backed into my car and caused enough damage to my front bumper that the whole bumper had to be replaced! I was worried that Point Pleasant Collision would not be able to get the color to match because Subaru makes it difficult to match their colors, but everything was spot on! I just picked up my car, and I am so happy with it! You cannot even tell that it s not the original bumper! Anything I need externally for my car in the future will be done here at Point Pleasant Collision from now on! And, even though they do not do work for the inside of the car, they helped me find the seat cover to replace my seat cover that has a tear! They are fantastic and so kind to their clients! I highly recommend them!I included before and after shots so you can see that the only difference is that the damage is gone and that the new bumper looks just like the original!

Amazing work done over at Point Pleasant Collision! Pat, the owner is extremely effortless to work with. From taking care of the insurance company to working with the car rental place to get me a ride to their property, he was attentive to my special requests, and got the job done in such an efficient and timely manor! So glad I chose Point Pleasant Collision for my recent hit-n-run repair job - my car looks better than it did before this all happened. They helped me handle everything from start to finish - my insurance claim and my rental car arrangements, extending the rental during the repair process, making sure everything being done was fully covered within my claim, and keeping me informed the whole way through. Patrick is the best - very nice and thorough, he even ordered parts from Germany to get the job done right! When I got my car back the paint job was as good as factory paint, perfect looking without any sign of it being a repair - now the car looks better than it did before. Hands down this place was worth it 100% and I now know why my mechanic had recommended them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Amazing work ! I was worried that the colors wouldn t match because the it has glitter but Pat was awesome and made sure everything was flawless. He got it in and out very quickly especially for the amount of work that needed to be done, also while keeping me updated along the way. It Looks brand new , highly recommended !

BEYOND excellent service. After incurring damage to my bumper and tail light, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my estimate for repairs was nearly HALF the price of other auto body shops in the area. Patrick and his team are incredibly professional and down to earth- and within less than two days my car was ready to go!! Point Pleasant Collision completely lives up to its reputation- and they even shined my tires! I couldn t stop smiling when I saw my restored bumper and tail light cover- it was as if my car was brand new. Definitely look no further if you need work done on your car, these guys are the best! Had a great experience with Patrick at Point Pleasant Collision. Called in for a front bumper and headlight replacement, and was able to get the parts over a weekend. The body shop did a great job with the fit and paint. Pat and his crew of professionals are phenomenal. I brought them my new Mustang which needed the whole front end replaced and new headlights. Pat was able to get all of the parts in and on the car in under two weeks. Even when i dropped off some receipts the staff were very friendly and personable. Thanks for everything Pat!

Point Pleasant Collision is amazing and Patrick is the best! He is super friendly and always goes above and beyond for his clients. Me and my entire family go here for everything including small dents to big repairs. Point Pleasant Collision always does an incredible job and makes our cars look better than new. They are also very fast and time efficient. I don't live locally anymore, but I drove over an hour and a half just to come here to get my car fixed. I can't recommend this place enough for your auto repairs!

Had an accident and was given Point Pleasant Collisions info for my car repair by my insurance co. From start to finish, Pat was awesome! Answered all my crazy questions, picked my car up, kept in touch through out the repair process, and brought my car back to showroom new! My Mercedes is gorgeous now! Looks brand new, inside and out! John the tow driver was also great, and so kind! Def recc: for any body work, fix ups or unfortunate accident repair! Thank you guys!!!

What a great experience. Pat and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and fast. Pat answers every call himself and was completely factual and transparent throughout the repair - No cost surprises and the job was finished early ! All I can say is just WOW! I am so glad I chose Point Pleasant collision for the work on my car! I had just pulled off the lot getting my new 2022 Bronco, and a few days later I notice a major scratch and large dent on the right side bumper and wheel well! I was devastated! In tears! He was BRAND NEW. However, I knew just where to go! When I arrived at PPC, Pat so quickly took the time and patiently explained all of my options, broke down prices and affirmed me that he could fix it - no problem, no questions asked! He explained in detail the work his team will put in to fix my new ride! I was so blessed! My Bronco came out looking even better than it did on the lot! A Sasquatch Beauty! Wow! Pat is very nice and I very proudly recommend this place. their work is outstanding and their prices are fair. the only knock I have on them is the amount of time taken to finish the work and get my car back to me was longer than estimated. I feel like this is due to the amount of business they have and the size of their facility. But I will say it was definitely worth the wait. The car came out absolutly gorgeous.
