Joe at Parisi Auto is absolutely amazing. His staff does a great job as well. He is like a doctor for cars. He explains the issues of the car and pricing in a way that is clear and understandable. He is genuinely a nice guy who cares about your car and good service. I do NOT take my car anywhere else. I have gone many times, and Parisi Auto has never let me down.

alternator died on the parkway on a busy Friday morning. my car was totally packed to drive back to the Catskills 3 hours away. Joe Parisi called 4 different places and finally found me an alternator that fit my Tacoma in 2.5 hours I was back on the Parkway heading home. Joe, you are unbelievable. All my family cars will be coming to you for repair when we are in Jersey ( witch is a lot ) Thanks again Joe.

Joe Jr is fantastic. Car was making grinding noises, Joe told me what it could be and the plan of attack. Offered various solutions, he even sent pictures of the parts and progress. Car was done in less than a day. Doesn't lie or cheat you ( well at least he didn't to me) prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend, I'll def be going here for any car troubles I have from now on.

They do good work they honest about the work they do. Joe is not going to steer you wrong they let you know what the real deal is if it can fixed at his shop. If not they recommend that you go to a dealership. That's why he's the best auto repair shop Parisi!!

Joe Parisi is the best auto repair in the area. He is honest, thoughtful, always makes time for me. He has good mechanics they are not perfect but who is. If they make a mistake Joe will chastise them but not in front of the customer. I never worry about him charging me to much or for something that was not done. Joe and my Dad were good friends my Dad was a good man and so is Joe Parisi!!

Great place and reasonable prices. We broke down while on vacation and he had us fixed up and back on the road quick. We definitely recommend this place.

The only shop you should let touch your car , unless you have deep pockets! . The owner's name is Joseph he is one of the nicest persons you'll ever meet he is very informative too. I took my car there once and he became my mechanic forever and the prices are very fair but most importantly a mechanic you can trust and God knows we all need that!!

I respect this guy because he shows you the pieces of the cars that he fix or took off so that you won't have any doupts that he didn't change them. But then there's the odd things happening like everytime after they fix something on you're car then something else gets mess up or damage so you be going back and forth paying money. Is either he's doing this by mistake because his mechanics fix the cars too quick or hes doing it in purpose so that you can go back ans spend a few more hundreds. I brough my car because it needed new brakes and then i went like 3 times in just a week bceuase the car starter overheating and then the car had like a noise coming from the engine and it's kinda hard to believe that it's just a coincidence whwn everything happend just after he fix something.
