Max was very friendly, excellent customer service . He did well in explaining to me what exactly was going on with my vehicle. I felt that he was very honest. He did a great job servicing my car. I would recommend him for sure.

my truck was making a loud ticking noise my uncle referred me to max auto turns out it was the lifters Witch is an intense labor job taking off the whole top of the engine basically max and his team of the best mechanics in Atlantic county took care of it within one day car drives and sound beautiful again first time meeting max and I want to say they do incredible work and their very honest about what s wrong with car I would give them 10 stars instead of 5 if it aloud me to job well done I ll be using them from now on

I started taking my car regularly for an oil change and they damaged the drain thread. I took it to another place to check and I found that it was glued, when I returned to complain they did not want to be responsible for any damage they caused.

I gave these guys a lemon and now i have a beast of a truck.. I bought a lemon a few months ago, I thought it was a reliable work truck. Turned out it needed an engine. This shop is the best privately owned mechanical repair garage I have ever been to. They replaced my brake line on my Range Rover at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Then they lent me a car to go to Home Depot while the car was being worked on.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !Service: Brakes

A few words I will use to describe Max and his shop are honest, reliable and great prices. My Nissan Maxima has over 200k miles and it's in great condition all thanks to Max. I can tell you from first hand experience that he does not charge what the Nissan dealership charges. Also, every recommendation I have sent to his shop has been pleased with his service and prices.

The service and communication is phenomenal . I've had issues with my vehicle for several weeks. I took it to two other mechanics and they just guessed at what possibly may be the issue. A few hundred dollars later and several new parts, the issue persisted. I found Max's Automotive online and Max new exactly what the issue was. He repaired the vehicle and had it running properly in no time at all. I found my new personal mechanic.

GREAT SHOP, GREAT PROFESSIONALISM, GREAT COMMUNICATION,5 STARS!!!This is a very good shop. I came in with a very difficult job, I had asked them to do a custom JDM Performance engine and transmission swap. I talked to Max and set up a plan and had everything required for the job shipped to the shop. I have a 1992 Celica ST which originally had the 4A-FE engine pushing 98HP, I had brought them a 20v Silvertop engine ordered directly from japan nearly doubling the horsepower increasing it to 180hp. They did a perfect job the engine and transmission is running perfectly, I had minor issues here and there but it is expected from a difficult job. At the end of the day everything got sorted and everything is running perfectly. I had custom gauges, custom ecu, custom wiring harness, custom motor mounts, custom power steering, and so much more done by them to get my car running. The only downside I have to say is the 4-5 month wait but it is expected for a job like this. Also the heatshield for exhaust manifold, a radiator bracket, and small plastics went missing and I had to reorder those parts myself but once again not all shops are willing to take a big job like this. At the end of they day I can recommend this shop for JDM Performance Engine/Transmission swaps. I give 5 stars on google 100% best shop around for big jobs, 10/10Services: Transmission, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning

This shop fixed up two separate problems my car had in a day. These guys work hard and understand that other hard working people need to be able to afford this kind of thing. That s what makes them special. I ll be back again soon.

Top notch auto repair. Had my car towed in with broken axle he had it fixed in two hours. Reasonable rates. Very professional

a terrible experience on two occasions they wrongly diagnosed the car I ended up paying for parts that my car did not need they tell you that they changed parts to the car when in fact they did not change anything honestly I would not recommend this place

Beware this shop Charges dealer rates and does not even do half of the work they say they do. Shop also charges for temporary fixes and permanent fixes that alone should scare everyone away.

I took my car to get new breaks, but when I got my car back it made a terrible grinding and squeeky noise..so I took it back and they fix the problem.
