Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Ryan and Mark and the whole crew over there are amazing. My car is as good if not better than It was before accident. Work was excellent and incredibly fast. 100 percent recommend the Pleasentville Maaco shop. The best !!

I ve had 4 cars painted by Maaco in the past and the 1st 3 turned out great. This time I took my car there and yes I prepped the car myself and there are a couple spots where you can see sand scratches in it. I took it and got the estimate and was treated like gold picked the car up when it was complete and noticed when I got home the hood had light and dark spots all up and down drives side of the hood. I took it back a few days later and they almost acted like they didn t know who I was. The man came outside and looked at the car and said no problem we can take care of it but gave me an appointment date for almost 3 months later because he said the paint needs to be cured first. I had no problem waiting. In the meantime I ve noticed as the paint has cured a big fisheye on the drivers door and excessive amounts of orange peal and dirt under the paint on my trunk lid. So today was the day for the appointment and I went there and told the sales rep I m really not happy with the way the car turned out and he gave me an attitude from the start. He came out side and looked at the flaws I m speaking of and said it happens. I said well I d like it fixed and he said they aren t gonna paint the whole car. He said that the dirt and the fisheye are normal and because of it being a single stage paint job that it is more prone to orange peel. But the cars I had done before were single stage and didn t have orange peel. Then he blamed my prep work. I know I have a few spots where it wasn t sanded as good as it could have been and it did show through the new paint(but that is my own fault and I can accept that) so he basically continued to tell me that the flaws done by them are acceptable and said if I want them fixed I have to pay them. He wanted to go back inside and wrote up an estimate for repairs on work that they performed. And to the guy I do apologize for my behavior and language that I used only because of the way i was being treated and the way he tried to make me feel stupid. Needless to say I left and didn t get the hood done either. I m not happy with this paint job at all and I m the customer. So if you feel like having dirt and fisheyes and excessive orange peel and made to feel like you are not important to them than go for it get the paint done by them. I ve also already made a phone call to corporate and waiting for a return phone call from them to see how if this can be resolved.Update . I m not really sure why it had to go to the extremes of me calling corporate (which unfortunately is just a mediator since Maaco locations are privately owned) I m not the type of person to leave a bad review unless I ve been done wrong. As a matter of fact this is the 1st bad review I ve ever left. I wish things could have gone differently. If you want to make things right please contact me then I ll know you mean business. Otherwise I ll move on and chalk it up as a loss and do business elsewhere

I went to Maaco to have a dent removed from my car. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday evening of the same week. The entire experience, from start to finish, was smooth and easy. If I ever need work on my car again, Maaco has earned my repeat business.

The repair I needed finalized right at the estimate. I was unable to get it serviced correctly until the part came in but in the interim what wobbled was firmly secured. Very pleased with the service

Superb experience! Gary carefully assessed rust/dents, provided several options. All options were very reasonably priced and we went with what suited us best. My car had lots of sun spot damage on the roof, hood, and trunk as I live in Sunny Florida. Maaco did an excellent job of removing the damaged areas and repainting my car. Looks great! From the beginning of this process till the end I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received at Maaco. Mary was so professional and helpful getting this whole process started. Gary was patient and explained the whole procedure as this was my first time having a vehicle painted. He helped me to make decisions by providing me options and explained the pros and cons of each one. Mark also provided valuable information and follow up throughout this process. I was completely satisfied and thrilled with the beautiful results when I picked up my car. It was also completed on the timeframe that I was told. Wife took our Infiniti FX35 there for an oil change about 4 months ago. Today I popped the hood to look at something that caught my eye through the front grill on the radiator. Turns out the oil cap was missing and oil was all over 1/2 the motor (the right side of the engine) and the surrounding area. I looked all around to see if I could find the oil cap stuck somewhere and I found it sitting on top near the windshield wipers. They obviously forgot to put back the oil cap and it sat where they left it. Not only were they expensive because they told her they used 'synthetic' oil, but the geniuses forgot to put back the oil cap after they 'supposedly' changed the oil. Obviously we'll NEVER take our vehicle to them ever again for anything.Service: Oil change
