There are so many electric bikes out there! One of our determining factors was to buy from a dealer who could service it should it need it. We settled on the Heybike because of the many top pieces in its puzzle (750w motor, blinkers, auto headlight, hydraulic brakes, etc.). On their website we discovered Joe's Repair shop and ordered our bikes through him. He did a great job! He assembled and charged them when he called us that they were in. We got the Ranger S models because of their step-thru design, size of battery, etc. We've ridden them a number of times now and love them - and love the care and expertise Joe has demonstrated throughout the sales process. We highly recommend that you check out Joe's place - we drove 1.5 hours down to his shop and it's been well worth it.

All-I was seeking an individual to fix my son's relatively new e-bike and nobody would touch it b/c we purchased it online.....Not Joe!!He hopped right on the job for me ASAP & got it working in no time.He truly is the epitome of customer service, efficiency and loyalty. I live in Philly and made the trip to see Joe and it was totally worth the drive. He fixed my Ninebot Scooter rear flat in 2 hours so I didn't have to wait around. If you're having issues with your scooter or e-bike and need it fixed go see Joe!

After calling all the local bike shops and even looking back in Philly, I came across Joe s shop. From our first call, he was super helpful and wanted to know what was going on with my scooter. When I arrived, after a quick 18 min drive from Margate, he went over everything again and what he planned to do to diagnose the problem. He was able to fix my battery and all worked out well. I can t praise this place of business enough.

Joe was extremely helpful assembling an electric bike that was delivered without directions in obvious damaged packaging. He also advanced troubleshooted critical tuning and calibration issues regarding the manual shifting components, and also identified other parts that may have been damaged during shipping. His attention to detail was par to none in addition to the superior customer service that was delivered in the utmost professional manner.

Joe s electric bike repair is the only all electric bike repair shop I found in the tri-state area. I was ready to confirm a purchase of a.Heybike and I saw a button at the top of the website that said dealer I opened the window and saw that Joe was a dealer for Heybike but also fixed all electric bikes. Pass this information along to your friends if they need electrical repair on their bikes. Joe is very professional and helpful in taking care of your bike needs.
