After two long years my device is coming out today. I ve been coming to the Pleasantville office over the two-year period and I have always received great service. I ve always been able to get in and out within 10 - 15 Minutes. Matt is taking my device out as I write this review and if you put yourself in a situation where you have to get the device installed these are the guys that you want to come to.

Great rate for a service I need to get back on the road. The installation took a little longer than expected but the technician was friendly and helpful. Over all it was a good experience

The install was just as quick as the removal. Every issue was answered promptly and they were always cool people when I came back to update my device. ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN FEES!Gladly I hope to never see them again though lol

I ve had the interlock since last June. First started out in N. Jersey and now down in Pleasantville location. Although all the techs have been great, fast service, pleasant, so on. It was not until this past visit at the Pleasantville location that I met Matt. Well, I was informed of a couple of very helpful points. Thank you Matt!! You are the best

Unfortunately I have been going there for 2 years, Kevin is always pleasant, Always there at least 20 minutes before they open since I always get there for the first appointment an 1/2 hour before they open and Kevin was even there during the snow storm in the winter. If you have to get this device installed - well, Live & Learn but make sure you choose a reliable, reputable Device company. Interlock Device Of NJ is just that. Kevin, You Rock!
