I was in an emergency situation, my previous Subaru Imprezza was involved in a 100% total loss. With only minimal time time, I arrived, tearfully, to our Pleasantville location.I was met, immediately by Joel. I was very fortunate. Joel knew the most affordable replacement vehicle. Joel jogged onto the lot and located it, all in under 5 minutes.I am just a "regular" gal. Financing was secured. Insurance was secured. All in the complete privacy of Joel's personal office space. Very professional AND truly => kind, very compassionate as to my tricky financial situation! Joel brought various past Sales friends, from my other two previous vehicle purchases. Was an all around pleasing experience.I recommend Pleasantville Subaru, Joel AND all of the fine staff that have tirelessly tended to my needs or questions.I have a very "sweet ride". A brand new, 9 miles only vehicle. All of the modern things that this very Smart Car communicates & makes decisions on, amaze me.Thank You!Mary Ann Kane

Amazing staff! Nick helped me through the entire car buying process, answering any questions I had promptly, and making my Subaru experience 10/10. Service was efficient and timely, as always. I was recommended additional services that will have to wait a few months. I m not sure if the new tire cost estimate includes labor (I m saving up for that!) Please let me know, and thanks for your help!

Bought a Subaru Crosstrek today! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle like this and I was nervous going into it. Literally every employee we dealt with today calmed my nerves and made the whole process a breeze! Everyone was so nice and patient with us asking so many questions and everything! We had a great experience here and will recommend them to everyone we know.

This was my first experience for service at Subaru and i enjoyed it. They were prompt, efficient, and sent me a video of my inspection. I was skeptical of being charged for something i didn't need, but that didn't happen. I feel confident i can trust them with my service needs in the future. Thank you.

Josh in the service center was extremely helpful. After requiring a jump on the side of the road due to a battery power failure they were able to bring my car in for analysis within 30 minutes of my arrival. They identified the problem which didn t require any immediate repair. Not only did they send me on my way without any charge for the inspection, but they washed my car as well. I will be back for future maintenance. Thank you!On 2/29/24 I returned for routine maintenance. Once again, Josh and the service team were pleasant, thorough, and efficient. Thanks for your excellent service.

Nick in Sales was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Enthusiasticly spending the time necessary going over all the features while also demonstrating the intricacies of the cars' technology. Easy to deal with through the entire sales process. Highly recommended.

They were really fast and courteous! I had to bring all my kids (one is 11 months old) they had games, water, coffee and opened the doors for us! Very good experience. Very nice people and great service!George was my service expert and he was great!

Good service. Fast and reliable. I had a problem with the pricing tho. Called a day ahead And got a qoute for 87$ for full synthetic oil change. Paid my bill and it came to be 115$ for full synthetic oil change. I didn t make a big deal out of it, but it would be nice to get the price that was quoted to me the first time. Overall a ok good experience.

Amazing customer service. This was my first time at Ciocca Subaru and I will never go anywhere else! Professional, pleasant and extremely attentive since I was anxious. The car was completed in 45 minutes. Josh Junk, my Subaru advisor was outstanding.

The team at Ciocca treated us very well. Joel was my salesman and was very hospitable and answered any and all questions I had and made the whole process seamless. Tyler showed me all the ins and out of my new 2023 Forester Wilderness Edition and made sure I left knowing how to use all features it came with. Buying at the end of the year is always a good move, but they were able to get me a deal I couldn t pass up. Much thanks to the whole Ciocca team.

I worked with Nick McDonald to purchase my vehicle. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I usually dislike the car purchasing experience but not at this dealership. Everyone that works there is extremely kind and answered all my questions and helped me with every step of the process. I definitely recommend Nick and this dealership if you are looking to get a Subaru.

The service department is fabulous. Very knowledgeable and attentive. But when I had an $1100. repair required when my vehicle would not start.......not my fault......4 years old, 14,000 miles I was shocked at the price I had to pay. They explained that I should have had an extended warranty......but WHY??? this is a Subaru. This is my third Subaru and my last!! Sorry!!

Totally satisfied. Needed some overdue work on car and everything seems to be running well. I would have loved the diagnostic charge omitted after $1500 bill completed there but it is what it is

The staff at Ciocca Subaru was very pleasant and accommodating. I went for an oil change and a multi point inspection on my Subaru Forester. Staff mentioned I was due for other work done but no pressure. Needless to say I had the work done. Very pleased and will return again.

Pulled into service, Josh came out to greet me and checked me in ..sat in the comfortable waiting area.. 45 minutes later the 6 month service on my Crosstrek completed!! Efficient and very professional service.

Short wait and comfortable area to wait in.The check - up diagnostics are helpful to see his the car functioning.Smooth riding after oil change.Always appreciate the car wash with the service.Josh is the best at explaining any car issues. Josh you were correct about the windshield blades. My husband replaced them today. Thank you mentioning that

Always great service. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They texted me when the service began and even send a video that includes what was worked on. They also texted me once the car was finished. I highly recommend Ciocca Subaru!

I have been to Ciocca Subaru in Pleasantville, NJ twice for routine service, since purchasing my Subaru. The service team is awesome-they are friendly and get you in and out quickly. The waiting area is very comfortable and all of the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville.
