The staffs at Auto Glass Now are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a water leak on my rear windshield and needed to re-seal the sides of the glass. The technician from Auto Glass Now performed a check on my vehicle and offered me options. Long story short, I got my rear windshield replaced for a very reasonable price and they did a great job!

The service was very quick and professional. Waiting room was very clean and complimentary. Kris was very friendly and also patient with me being as though I had to reschedule my appointment at the very last minuteI would definitely refer them to anyone and everyone. And don t forget every new windshield deserves new wipers.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Auto Glass Now after someone broke into my wife's car. Scheduled an appointment for 8am and it was done in less than 40 minutes at a very fair price. Very happy with everything and will absolutely be giving referrals

Just had my windshield replaced and Chris Musket did the install clean wick and perfect, Alesha in the office is amazing and professional very helpful, I would use Auto Glass now, not any other service. Did the whole hi on at my house even recalibrated my entire system and vacuumed I ll glass from my interior if I could give 20 stars I woulf

Excellent and efficient service from friendly folks who actually seem to care. An interesting side note: the most beautifully decorated waiting room/office with free coffee and snacks shows the pride they take in their business. I highly recommend.

I needed a rear window for my wife s car due to storm damage. Auto glass now was able to get my hard to locate replacement glass and install it in my driveway. Excellent customer service.Thank you

The place is surprisingly very cozy and clean. They don t overcharge. If you happen to be near Pleasantville NJ area and you need an autoglass replaced this is the place to go. Highly recommended

These guys went above and beyond to get the right glass(x2) for my vehicle. They came out to the vehicle the same week and did a good job with the installation. Real people answer the phone and are capable of making an appointment without going to a website. The woman who answered the phone clearly explained the process, the limitations , and what results I could expect. The technician called the morning of my repair and verified my appointment, he showed up on time, and again explained the process and what results I should expect. Terrific service, great communication called me in the morning gave me a window tech arrived in the window stated. Drew was knowledgeable and friendly, installed it quickly and efficiently. Price was way less than Safelite. Received OEM windshield for hundreds cheaper than competitions prices.. recommend using. Price quoted was price when finished.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called, received quote and set up an appointment for a Friday. All was good. Then, Thursday at almost 4pm I get a message to call them with no details as to why. I call and am told they don't have my windshield. So, I ask, when will it be in? I'm told they're canceling the install because they can't get the glass. Really? It's a newer chrysler mini van, not anything exotic. What kind of company is this?? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Not happy with the person that I made my initial contact with and with the rescheduling of my appointment. My appointment was reschedule twice. However, the person that came to replace the windshield was prompt, courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. I recommend Auto Glass Fitters for two reasons, first is the person that came and replace my windshield and secondly the price can't be beat.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The installer did not know what he was doing,He broke my back door on my vehicle that works perfectly fine before and I have to take my vehicle to Chrysler and get it fixed that is going to cost me close to $1000 now to get fixed. The installer wanted me to give him five stars and lunch, as he was working, even when he broke my perfectly fine vehicle beside the broken glass window. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone at this time.Thanks Richard Goltsch

We were in from out of state for a baseball tournament and had a baseball shatter my windshield. Had it done in 2 days and would have been one but for the weather. Dave came out to our hotel and had it replaced within 35 minutes!! He was very courteous and ga e us the peace of mind that it was done right and prompt. Very good job and made it back home without a hitch!!

They came to my work and were really good about not taking up much of my time, as I am a teacher and couldn't leave my classroom. Also, when I received a better price quote somewhere else I called Auto Glass and they gave me a better quote on their end! Hopefully I don't need any glass replaced in the future, but if I do, I know who to call!

This place is terrible. My first appointment was rained out, perfectly understandable considering its a mobile appointment... I call in and ask if there is a shop i can bring the car to...Kelsey tells me no, we don't have a shop, we are mobile. OK great we will have to reschedule, someone will get back to me. Waited and finally sent an email since I didn't hear back from them... I wrote in the email that i needed a Thursday because it was the only day i would be in that area. I got an email back telling me I had been scheduled for Wednesday... really? she obviously did not read my email...I then called in and by this time was really starting to get frustrated, spoke with Chris who seemed really nice and trying to help out with things. Scheduled me for Thursday, (today) and all was well....or so i thought. Thursday comes and its noon, i still have not heard anything from these people... so i decide to call and find out whats going on .... i get told that due to the storm, they are unable to make my mobile appointment. WHAT??? There was not even an inch of snow fall the previous night and the roads were clear... i get asked if i would like to bring the car into the shop...uh what shop? I question Kelsey about this shop that didn't even exist last week....she was very rude and continued to talk over me not listening to anything I was saying. I'm starting to believe shes the same one whom replied to my email.... Needless to say, I cancelled and asked for a refund. I called Diaz auto glass in Absecon and he is coming out Monday to replace my windshield....no upfront payment, and at a discounted rate. I suggest before going through what i did... to just call Diaz auto glass. William was very helpful and did not mind about having to drive out to Wildwood Crest. Auto glass fitters will not travel to that area. Save your money and your sanity and just call William.

Don't waste your money!! Owner was rude and does not stand behind the work!! I had a problem with my windshield whistling and leaking. The owner stood me up twice before he actually showed up. Then he never fixed it and drove away without even telling me. I tried to call to get someone else to fix it but was treated very poorly. Now I'm stuck with a windshield that whistles!!!

After windshield was installed my alarm stopped working . The technician said it was my problem ,that I was lucky he stuck it back on my windshield . I called to complain and they brushed me off .
