I always come here to buy parts for my cars,and if I can describe this place compare to their counterparts competition, I will say this place is affordable, and they have a great customer service, I meet bosslady, and she is communicative,which is good.Give them 5 stars for a lack of bad experiences,

Nicely stocked store with nice employees.Had an unpleasant experience at AutoZone when returning some items and decided to go down the street instead to buy what I needed. Found what I needed easily and while paying Omar was able to sort out an account issue I had on their system. Would recommend

2 weeks ago i have a employee fixing something so simple,that it took (him) for ever to do,i got tire of waiting so i decide to come back.today was the day that i decided to come back,at least i was Expecting to be Welcome the most,but instead,All i got was a "Negative Actitud"towards me,and i don't think thats the "Actitud" any Advanced Emoyees Should have towards there Customer.Regarless of the Situation,this type of Employee needs to go back to basics tranning of how to handle Customer Service and be MORE PROACTIVE.(at least you Can Still have the Actitud,WITHOUT the Negative.)Unfortunated i wont be Visit this Location for as Long as i can remember..

Got my car towed here with their phone service and they popped a new battery in the next day. The service was excellent as well as communication and final cost. Honestly, it was a really easy transaction and I was very pleasantly surprised. If needed, knock on wood, I would use their services again for sure.

This location is amazing. The two guys that installed my battery were very professional and took their time. They made installation look like a breeze in no time. I would certainly come back due to the level of service they provided.

Shout out to my man, Andrew! He s such a good salesman and know what he s talking about! He explain everything clearly and understandable. He give us advice and show us options of parts that is good for our car. Very nice and friendly man. He helped me more than anyone else in the store and I would totally recommend everyone to ask him for help! He s very professional and know what he s talking about.Thank you Andrew for all your help! I use to work there, it's a great place. Some people don't understand they don't keep in stock all parts for vehicle but you have the option to order the part you need threw them and of course it will take a few days depending where it's coming from it's not a over night thing. Example: ordering online it does take a week the minimum with them a few days.

Pleasantville store is a longer drive for me but ever since the new manager, I like it there more. Nicer people, massive on knowledge and help .To Mark R. Thank you for all the answered questions. You and you staff are awesome.

if you have the option of avoiding this parts store I would suggest you do. the manager is rude and doesn t have any kind of customer service skills. his attitude when dealing with customers is boarder line offensive and i m suprised the company allows it. I bought a starter for my car from here and it was the wrong starter so I went to return it and the manager would not let me. he was very annoyed that i showed up with my issue so he told his employee to figure it out because we still want to make a sale right? amazing. then he said so it looks exacly the same, but it s not the same? crazy wich was insulting to me, we in the automotive world know parts can look similar and not be even close. then he told me I was installing it wrong ( wich again i tried to ignore) and that s why it didn t fit. this was not the case. so I decided to try to install it one more time as he suggested. did not fit. so I went back again and he acted like he never saw me before. told me I could not return the part again and went on to say you had to install it to find out it was the wrong part after he told me to do so the first time. then he went on to say we do not rent parts as if I used the starter and tried to return it wich again is not the case. and in the end he walked away without saying a word and left me and his employee standing there confused as to what to do. his own employee said but he didn t even say anything and didn t even tell me what to do it was not his fault nor his issue so I can t fault the employee since it looked like he was new. it is the managers job to manage in the end. and if this is how they treat the people who come into they re store I will definitely never come back to this place. or any advanced auto for that matter after this. extremely disappointed in the service here. rude, disrespectful, and arogant. I can buy parts elsewhere.

I placed order on line, called and confirmed.....and they STILL don't have what I ordered!! And they have some rude employees (unfortunately)....Will Never, ever order from store by Sam's club ever ever again!!

Always helpful. And a lot of freebies in terms of minor services. Refilled the coolant in my car. I didn't know where to put the coolant. So, glad they refilled it for me.

the staff checked the battery for me was so unprofessional, he burned the engine when he tried to unscrew something. And didn't make an apology. I should go to autozone at the beginning.

When in to get a part for my car did not have it , the other store didn't have it ,I was told that it will take four days to get the part , OMG that is really crazy never go to that store or any of them
