Maui was the tow operator who picked up my BMW 750Li. He was not only thorough but he was Extremely knowledgeable. The car was parked in a difficult spot and he was ingenius and creative about getting this luxury vehicle onto that flatbed. All the while maintaining the highest level of safety. Maui was a true professional Who Performed above and beyond the call of duty! Outstanding job!Service: Special vehicle towing

I just wanted to thank A-1 Towing for being so awesome, I was getting a shipping container from China, but I had to take it out of the truck myself because it was 6000 pounds and trailer driver was not equipped to take it out and put in the ground, I called every towing company in Atlantic County and everyone of them said no and some even hung up on me.A-1 towing was the only one who said they can do it, they are the most professional and experienced towing company in south jersey, The owner "Rich" was very helpful and "Donna" the lady who answered the phone was super kind. The driver "Chris" who took out the container was very professional, he told me that he had done these many times.I am so grateful for A-1 towing for saving that day, because the tractor trailer would have left with my shipment and I would have lost thousands of dollars in freight charges.

I had a trailer in my driveway that was a real eye sore. I contacted A-1 Affordable Towing, and Rich was able to coordinate having the trailer towed & disposed just in time for my daughter's graduation party. Marvin did a excellent job very friendly & professional . Arrival was right on time & fast for a late night tow and works very fast & intelligent with his work. I highly recommend A-1 Affordable Towing. Donna was fabulous- she knew I was having a really bad day and was very patient with me. Donna kept me updated on my wait time. She was extremely friendly and personable which made me relax in my stressful situation. I forget the driver s name who picked up my car but he was great. He called me after I left to come back because I forgot a few things. It was a hot day and rush hour so I know he easily could have just ignored the belongings. He waited for me smiling and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. Both employees went above and beyond with customers service.Service: Car towing

Went above and beyond Support small time businesses This gentleman thought there might have been drugs in my elderly relatives car that was towed and vacuumed the car before he would let her get inside!!! Who does that??? Rich you will go to heaven PS .If your car is getting towed you must of done something wrong, be responsible people

Saved the day. Was quick, effective, and reasonably priced. Couldn t be happier Richie came to helpUPDATE:A year ago I locked my keys in my car. Richie helped me out. Today, I did it again - I locked my keys in my car. I immediately knew who I would call. I did not wait long at all for A-1 to arrive. An associate of Richie s came out of the truck and he was extremely pleasant. He worked efficiently to retrieve my keys and I had them in my hands in no time. He had all the tools and knowledge to get the job done right. All around it was such an easy and enjoyable experience. While I m not happy that I lock my keys in my car, I am happy to know A-1 Affordable Towing can save the day again and again.

This is the second time I use these guys for my daughter who keeps locking her keys in the running car they came out very fast they were there in less than 15 minutes these guys are awesome I will definitely be using them anytime I'm in trouble

My vehicle was located in Hardrock garage and no truck could fit in the garage . My man Jake pushed my car down 6 levels out the garage to get it on his truck . Much respect

First time here and Richie is a trust worthy tech, he fixed my old land Rover and got me back on the road for cheap. Really nice guy, I'll definitely utilize his shop in ths future.

This tow service has the most professional staff. Always courteous.. also best price for tow in the area. Other tow companies were charging over $100 more for in same town tow.

Fastest I've ever gotten a tow truck. Driver was friendly and fast and got my girlfriends jeep home quickly and safely, for a reasonable price. Thank you!

The guy quoted me a price of $150 for a 5 mile tow. Absolutely ridiculous price.

Extended pickup time 3x. Driver looked like it was first car he towed. Pulled my car with it in park and e brake on. Said it did not matter.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE WAITED OVER 5HOURS FOR ASSISTANCE THAT NEVER SHOWED UP. CALLED BACK A FEW TIMES FOR THEM TO MAKE EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY STILL WERE UNABLE TO COME...ENDED UP CALLING GUNTHERS IN PLEASANTVILLE AND THEY WERE THERE WITH IN THE HOUR...I WILL NEVER CALL THESE IGNORANT BASTARDS AGAIN AND I WILL BE SHOWING UP TO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT IN PERSON!!!
