I had a horrendous experience with Orellana's Tire Shop. I purchased a used tire from them, only to discover a hole in it shortly after leaving the shop. Not only did they sell me a faulty tire, but they also convinced me to pay $85 for a tire pressure sensor that turned out to be completely non-functional. It's clear that this shop's priority is to squeeze every last penny out of their customers rather than providing quality products and service.When I confronted them about these issues and requested a refund or proper repairs, their response was beyond disappointing. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they brushed me off and told me to go to a dealership for assistance. This kind of attitude is not only unprofessional but also indicates a complete lack of accountability.Orellana's Tire Shop clearly lacks integrity and their products are a complete rip-off. I wouldn't trust them with even the simplest of tasks, given how they handled my situation. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and avoid this shop at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers and provide reliable products and service.

I purchased used tires. Great tires, Friendly and courteous staff, very professional. They have a huge shop that can handle all you tire and rim needs. They really worked with me to make sure I was happy.

The crew here could not have been more helpful! So I called them at 6:20pm, after trying a few of the big corporate tire shops, to confirm they had tires in the size I needed. Confirmed. They told me to come down. We arrived at 6:40. Took a walk with one of the mechanics and found a nice set of 4 tires. Agreed on a price, and at 7:08(they close at 7) we were pulling out the exit and on our way to dinner. Amazing service and the car rides like a dream.

I recommend nobody goes to this place for tires ! see for yourself ! The tires won t be the same ! or the size ! Patched up use tires ! old & busted up ! They will charge you 150 to 250 ! The lady with glasses will tell you to recommend people ! I won t recommend nobody ! Look for yourself ! the worst ever ! Smh ( only in Plainfield)

Fixed prices! Used tires set of 4 starts from $300 and up. Brand name tires starts around $375 and up plus $20 taxes.same prices as Walmart so what is the point?and if you're not paying attention they'll put your tire on without balancing it because when I took the car for alignment they told me none of my tires are balanced so I had to pay $60 extra.i was their customer when they were working outdoors in South Plainfield.

GO TO WALMART FOR BETTER DEALS!! When you go in for tires the first thing they do is try to show you the worst tires. Ask for "better ones" and you might find something better. They tried to sell me pretty beat up USED tires for $270-300 - I went to Walmart and got NEW tires for $68 each!!RE: Thanks for sharing your opinions on my new tires. The beat up tires that your staff tried to sell me and the new ones I got from walmart are the SAME brand: Goodyear.

Do NOT go to this place, they are fraud. The prices displayed are not real prices. They will charge you extra tax at the end. The tires are low quality.

Good quality tyres, but even went the extra mile to take the wheel off after the lugs were stuck due to previous tyre places tightening them too much. Friendly and professional, just wish they were closer to home.

Fixed prices on used tires.mostly off brands.if I want to pay $350 to $400 for a set of cheap quality used tires I would go to Walmart.

Horrible bait and switch experience. I made arrangements the night before to pick up some Continental CrossContact LX20 tires as advertised and pictured on FB Marketplace. After having a conversation with the seller and being told the item is still available, for a price of $250 installed, and given the address, I traveled there to meet the following day as agreed upon.Upon arrival, I was told that there are no Continental tires there, only Bridgestone and Michelin. The tires that I was offered showed far more wear and use than in the picture on the FB Marketplace advert. The Continentals would have been a good value at the $250 quoted, which is about what they go for slightly used online with free shipping. On the other hand, the lesser quality tires I was offered would struggle to be worth more than $40 per tire in their condition.Please note the pictures, the three screenshots of the FB Marketplace advert pictures, and then the two photos I was sent through text message of the available tires upon arrival.After looking at their other reviews, it seems that this must be a common practice, because at least one other individual has had the same exact experience and wrote a review, at which point this company made a veiled threat of legal action for defamation.I truly welcome any and all legal attempts against me by this company for speaking the truth, and I will gladly make my case in court. No doubt this company would be facing several legal issues of their own for false advertising, and fraud for scamming via the bait and switch method.

A+ communication. Got 4 tires mounted, balanced, & aligned on my car for a STEAL of a price. Was in and out of the shop within an hour. I ll definitely be referring and returning! Thank you!!

Bought a used tire 22in Bridgestone 9/32 almost still new with the hairs still sticking out the sides for 75.00 installed. Tremendous deal! 350 new. Will buy again highly recommended ask for giovanni

Start with the owner and the rest of the stuff all 100% Totally satisfied and totally recommend to anyone .fair and pricing and the workers don t mess around they got the job done ,very happy I drive one hour to this shop but it s totally worth it. Thank you so much

I am very pleased with the service and products I got from this establishment. A couple of days ago I had an unpostponable appointment to meet out of estate, but the night before I noticed that the damaged condition of one of my tires could put me in extreme danger. I started to look online for a tire shop around 11pm, hoping to find one that had the tires that are specific for my vehicle and that would also open early in the morning. I was lucky enough to find this tire shop, but even luckier to get a response from the owner to my inquiry almost around midnight. He agreed to accommodate the working hours to help me and opened the shop earlier than usual, he got me very good quality tires, balanced them, cleaned my rims and installed them. The truth is that without his help I wouldn't have made it to my out of estate appointment, and I can't thank him enough for that and will definitely do business with them in the future.THANKS A LOT EDWIN!!!

I had a wonderful experience here and they always take care of me with my tires and additional things if needed. They truly care about clients and try to give their best price. I have gone to other tire places where the quality is not great and had to change tires constantly. I'm so so happy I found them!!!!

I ve been going here for all of my tire needs. Good company, always reliable and refer them to all of my friends with all good reviews. They even have roadside assistance that I ve used , they came within the hour after a tire blew up on route 287.

They were playing games as soon as i got there. They gave me 3 different prices for the tires i found on market place listed for 220. The guy i was talking to wasn't even there. I offered the guy 200 because there was some curb rash on the tire. The guy I was dealing with stated that yovany was crazy for posting such a price like that and it should be more actually. After going from 220 the price jumped up to 250 now. One of the employees yovanny kept ignoring my callsthen told me he went to NY when he knew i was on my way. Huge waste of time. Drove over an hour for nothing. Absolutely terrible service/experience. Nobody knows any prices and its in a shady yard in the back not even a real garage.

I purchased a spare 18 Infiniti wheel with tire for $100. Within 6 hours the wheel blew out and I had to spend another $100 to have a roadside assistance company replace the tire. Tire they sold me was dry rotted and the wheel was bent so it could not catch a good seal. I would avoid if possible.Edit: it was in fact ORELLANAS tire. They said come back to resolve the situation. Had me waiting for an hour before anyone even spoke to me. Than his employee that was suppose to work on my car gave me attitude and told me that it was be 100 more.AVOID THIS BUSINESS BY ALL MEANS. I tried to be understanding but they are terrible business man and lack any type of customer support. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Had a flat and was forced to get tires asap and happened to be right by this place. After leaving the location my car was vibrating heavy and shaking so I stopped at an STS on the way who told me only 3 out of the tires were balanced. Had to spend another $30 to rebalance after paying for balancing but were able to get tired for a great deal especially since I m turning the car back to bmw any day soon.It was from you guys, I have the receipt actually and the business card. The guys were nice etc it just that the tires weren t balance & has to pay for it again somewhere else but got good tires.

Horrible. I went to get tires which they have an abundance of but they did not have the ones they said they have. And quoted us an entire new price compared to what was spoken of on the phone on top of us beinGB treated like trash at the place. I wouldnt even reccomend this place to people i hate. Horrible horrible horrible.
