I went last year, and just remembered I wanted to leave a review. Took my car in to fix three problems. The car would cut off randomly (even while driving) and had trouble starting (especially in the cold weather). The third was a simple fix - repair the suspension or shocks or whatever was causing it to sound squeaky with even slight movement. I took it in once, and paid almost 2k. My car cut off on me literally the next day, and was still making the sound. They charged me again (a little less than 1k) to do some more repairs, but my car still had trouble starting and still sounds like it'll fall apart with the smallest bumps. They told me after charging me twice that I'd probably need more work still, which irritated me and made me feel like I was being scammed. I refused the work. I understand if you miss something once, but don't tell me you know what's wrong and make me pay to fix it only for my car to leave in the same condition.I will say the customer service was polite, but I would've appreciated it if they said "we aren't sure how to fix it" and let me go somewhere else. I don't have expendable money to waste.

Brought my BMW in for a rattling by my muffler. They inspected and came up with a fix that was way cheaper than I expected! These guys were very courteous and made you feel in good hands. Meineke in South Plainfield - they are reliable, honest and operate with integrity.I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great mechanics.Chris, Michael and Paul always take the time to answer any questions I may have and provides me with all the options available from repair to replacement.I have trusted them with all my vehicles for the last 10 years, I'm so happy to have them as my go to for car care!! This location always goes over & beyond with their service. They always evaluate your vehicle with integrity & never charge you for service you don t need. Paul & Henry is always super nice at the front desk making the experience more welcoming. It s no wonder I drive over 40 miles to this location while passing several other Meineke s on the way.

Family owned business since the 80's. Provided excellent customer service. Took time to show me the problems with my car and detail explained what was necessary to fix my car problems. Worth every penny. Good price for car repair. All staff just took the whole Friday, Saturday, Sunday to go to Texas for a Mechanics wedding in Texas, they all get along and support one another. Excellent

The service was "exceptional". From the moment you walk in the Service Rep Paul is very kind and extremely helpful. Also the Mechanic Mike was very candid and trustworthy regarding my car services. Their professionalism speaks volumes.Thanks so much ... I will definitely be a return customer !!!

I recently took my 2004 Toyota Sequoia to Meineke for a muffler issue. Prior to this, I had my Toyota dealer gave an estimate of about $1.3k to have it fixed. At Meineke, Mike who assisted me this visit gave various options to address my issue after patiently listening to my concerns and clearly understanding that as much as I love my old car I dis not want to put in much money to keep it going. I am very impressed and grateful with Mike s sincerity and honesty . My muffler issue was fixed in a solution Mike offered at a fraction of the cost! It is rare to find a mechanic that truly works with you and for you. I experienced that with Mike at Meineke.

Amazing ability to adapt and overcome hurdles where parts are not even available. Fuel system leak on my 2008 Ford Escape fixed and running like new! I made a last-minute appointment on Saturday. Within an hour of arriving they had my Acura s exhaust repaired and ready to drive for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Anyone gets extremely good services from them with a very reasonable price! Also they are very good in keeping their words. I had a work done for my exhaust system of my 4 runner in last May, when there was rupture in that system, which happened this month, they immediately fixed without charging a single penny! I would recommend everyone to go there to do the service if they need any for their cars/ trucks!

It s always a concern when it cones to auto repair. You do not know much about it. There is always the feeling of getting rip off and getting pushed to have things done. Where they tell you it is dangerous if you don t get it done.But this is not one of those places. Managers took the time to explain and you do nit feel any pressure.

The service here was absolutely amazing!! I was so scared and being the drama queen that I am, I had no idea where I was and what to do.I was driving on the road from visiting an account nearby and got a flat tire.I walked into Meineke because it was the first place nearby and they assessed my car and the tire. Chris was so sweet, efficient, and fast! I blinked and was out the door with a repaired tire! In addition to that, he was honest and told me to get a new tire and made some suggestions about doing so as well as balancing my car.Super sweet guys at this location!!I wish I lived closer because this would be my go to shop for my car.so thankful to God that I found this place and I m back on the road safely.Thank you to Chris and Henry for the amazing energy and superb customer service skills!Service: Tires

Best Customer Service Ever!They were able to squeeze me in at 5:53pm; even though they close at 6pm. I got my headlight replaced which takes some time and they were willing to stay pass their time to help me. Special Shout Out to Chris and Paul, for welcoming me with open arms even though I came so late. The men here are awesome! 10/10 recommend Service: Brakes

A follow up service on tires from a previous purchase and incredible maintenance. They even did a drive for a separate appraisal. Then serviced the engine and brakes. Went there for brakes. Received estimate. Approved the work and truck was done as promised for the exact price quoted. They were transparent and did not try to add things to drive up the bill. Service was great. I'll be bringing my vehicles back whenever needed.
