I came in at the last minute and they provided the same high level of service as if I arrived at 8am. They are truly phenomenal and I was blessed to have found them. I will be coming to Mavis for all of my tire needs! I cannot compliment them enough. Brian, I really appreciate you and your crew. God bless!

Once again I was back at Mavis getting new tires. Peabo , Justine, & Brian were very professional, courteous and friendly. I actually had such a nice time speaking with them. It was such a pleasure seeing them smiling and enjoying their job. It is so nice to go into a business where the workers seem happy to help you. I wish them the best.

I came here for the very first time and had a great experience!!!! I stopped by for a nail in my tire. I called in the morning and explained the issue Noel was so helpful on the phone. When I arrived Noel also helped me from the beginning to the end. She was so honest and said the tire was fixable instead of replacing. The job was completed in a timely manner. If you do not have an appointment you do have to wait but with Noel's customer service and fast service waiting is not an issue. Thank you again Noel and Mavis Team for overlooking my nail/tire dilemma!

I came here for a very first time as walking and had a great experience. I stopped by for tire rotation for my Tesla model 3. Peabo and his staff was so helpful and he has good sense of your requirement and knowledge about car. Really honest. It cost me $26 compare to $68 by Tesla service. I can t recommend enough. Definitely come back. What a reliable place.

I got an oil change here and then went back to get my rear brakes replaced. The staff is great - friendly, informative and they do their job. They had walk ins as well as appointments and took care of everyone. I highly recommend this store. Thank you!

Brian and the entire staff are extremely helpful and makes sure his customers leave happy .I came in with a flat tire and within one hour I was back on the road .If you ever need car service done here I recommend going to this location!

I came here for a very first time and had a great experience. I stopped by for a nail in tire. Peabo was so helpful. He said there was no leaking, so he help me remove the nails and check tires pressure for no cost. Really honest. I can t recommend enough. Definitely come back. What a reliable place.

Peabo and Noel both had great customer service and inviting personalities. They were both honest and made the experience even better when letting me know that the sensor was still good avoiding extra costs. A lot places would take advantage when given that opportunity. I d definitely recommend to friends and family!

Can t say enough good things. I came in at 5:30 with a desperate need for new tires (they close at 6) anticipating I d have to wait until the next morning for them. Peabo got mechanics Gus and Casey to put new tires on last minute and they finished it in 30 minutes with team work! I m so impressed and grateful. Peabo was extremely kind to me, way kinder than he needed to be considering. Would recommend if you re trying to find a solid place to fix your car!

The whole Mavis staff is incredible. Peabo and Janice at the front were very curtious. They had me in and out within the hour for checking brakes, oil change and wiper replacement. Couldn t ask for a better service!!

It is very convenient location on stalton road by Tacobell. This location is quick with their service as they understand your time-line and does not waste your time. Store is clean and have free Wi-Fi. The manager name ANTWAIN is very good and understanding he does a test drive with you if you request and he understands your issues with your vehicle. Evalin is the receptionist, who was a bit mean on phone, she needs to learn the telephone etiquette. Met in person, and she seems not ready to assist. She was nice after the manager came to address my issue.This store is Good with prices as manager will do his best to assist and stand behind helping the customers.I had around 6 cars serviced / tires installed here of my and family members cars here. Manager will honor all coupons and do offer veterans discount on total bill.I'll definitely visit this store again for tires installation on my parents car.

I had my flat tire serviced here this past Saturday and the staff was great they able to repair the tire and had me on my way in no time I didn't catch the gentleman that worked on my vehicle but thanks to him and Justine great job!!

Just moved up near this location and the store manager TJ had to have been one of the most genuine, kind hearted people I have ever met. He didn t try to upsell me on anything in fact he tried to help me in any ways he could. The world needs more people like him.

I've been to this location before but yesterday's appointment justifies a review. Peabo & Noelle were the best! Friendly, informative, to the point & not pushy at all. I will definitely go back when they are working! Thank you! (I bought new tires & had an alignment done:)

I had a great experience here. I made an appointment online and had no issues. It took about an hour for an oil change and two new tires. The staff was very friendly. The prices are as reasonable as can be. Overall very happy.

Bought tires from there a few years ago. Didn t get a tire rotation in a while, so I stopped by and asked if they could rotate them. Peobo and the manager were kind enough to get me in and out in 20 mins and didn t charge me anything. Will definitely continue going them.

TJ and Peabo were so helpful and polite. They answered any questions that I had and tended to all the customers needs all while being extremely busy. Noone was left neglected. Great service overall.
