Long overdue review. Was in an accident back in December. My front end destroyed. I was devastated and getting outrageous estimates from other shops...until I came here. They looked everything over, explained what needed to be done and the possibility of that changing once they open up and fully assess the damage. Their estimate was the best I received and I'm so glad I chose them. I wasn't looking for the perfect fix, just enough to get me back on the road and pass inspection. They delivered that and more, at their estimated price range and my car looks better than ever. I'm so thankful! Thank you so much for all the care you gave to me and my car. 100% recommended!

I couldn t be happier with choosing Maaco Plainfield! These guys really work fast and know what they are doing. Very professional and friendly staff and incredible competitive prices! I dropped off my car Friday morning and the next day it was ready for pick up, fresh paint finished, and new fenders too!! I highly recommend choosing these guys for any auto body repair work

The dent on the door had been completely removed, as if it had never been there. The paint job was also very well done. The staff were very helpful and provided me with various options for repair and pricing. They were able to complete the repairs quickly, and I had my car back within three days. I am very impressed with the outcome.

I took my Mom's car to Plainfield Nj Maaco for a whole body 2 color painting. Mr. Omar, Kp and his office team gave me an excellent customer service. They were so helpful and attended to my concerns about fixing some small dents on the car. I HIGHLY recommend this branch for any vehicle needs. Thank you for making my Mom's car come back to life. It was my birthday gift to her since I couldn't afford to buy her a new one right now. You guys have a great team and very good service. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Maaco did such an Amazing Amazing Job!!! I am so thankful for the honest quality work , and honest fair prices. Also I must mention all the respect and care shown to my Mom as she brought my car in for repair as I away on travel. My Mom hasn t stopped raving about what a great job they did. This was my first and last time I get my car serviced at this specific shop. Not only was my vehicle handed to me late but was returned to me with various flaws; primer splashed on my tires and rims, poorly resealed fender flare, stolen/misplaced valuables located in center console, and white paint dust residue scattered amongst the entire interior. After calmly clarifying my frustrations with management, we were received with the upmost negligent, discourteous, impolite manager, Umang Soni. He presented no accountability or care for our resentment towards the condition that my car was being returned. His justifications lacked solution and belligerently refused any further service to resolve the defected areas. My disappointment grew greatly, that because of this so called manager, I will disassociate myself with this local body shop entirely. They even seemed to be more worried about clocking out and locking up the place, than taking liability and ownership for my dissatisfaction. Nonetheless, I was still charged a full price even after being disregarded and disrespected by Umang. I plan to not spend another dime here.

i would like to start off by saying that the car came out amazing, the color came out really good an extremely accurate to what i wanted, one thing i wish was better was just communication but besides that you guys did great and definitely look forward to having more parts/cars done by you guys!!!

Mario and team did an amazing job. 2004 Lexus looks brand new now with the paint job. Mario did an excellent job in explaining the pricing and options. Team was friendly at the shop. I am very happy and will choose Maaco at Plainfield for future paint jobs.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Brought in one of my pre-sand blasted house steam radiators to be painted. Not everyday request. They color matched paint sample perfectly. They did an excellent job in a very short period of time. I took my Tesla Model Y to Maaco after an accident. #teamMaacoPlainfield is very responsive and friendly. We had delays from Progressive for approval, Tesla for parts as they were back-ordered, #teamMaacoPlainfield kept me in the loop and updated every step of the way. They did excellent job with my car and ensured I got my car within 3 days after they received all the parts. I brought my car for repair work.Umang was very helpful in providing accurate estimate compared to other dealers nearby. The repair time was 1 -2 days compared to other dealer mentioning 3-5 days. I made a good decision to send my car to Maaco Southplainfield . I got excellent service and my car is brand new.

My car's front bumper had scratches and damage to paint due to a car hitting it..MAACO gave me a reasonable estimate and has a great turnaround time of 2 days to fix the paint and mount new grille!Definitely recommend. Very friendly staff as well.Service: PaintingService: Painting

The paint job on my car came out really good. It only took less than a week for it to be completed. I was advised that detailing came with the package which was an additional charge. I couldn t tell if it was done or not. When I picked up the vehicle it was dusty and the tires was dirty even though I was told that my vehicle was taken to a car wash. I would return back to this location and recommend.Service: Painting

Very unprofessional. Car took long time to repair. Needs to repair 2 times after complaining. Actual work was not more than 1 week took more than 2months. In final checkup found parts loose, indicator lamp not connected and some bolts were missing. Needs to make every day trip to check vehicle for 3 days to tell them what to fix one by one. Quality of work is worst. never recommend to go back again. My car still has problems. Costly due to double work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had bought a used minivan for moving music equipment but the paint was peeling all over. I took it to the Plainfield Maaco. Not only did they have the best prices compared to other Maaco dealers, but the van came out looking like band new. The paint job came out better than I expected and they took the fog out of the headlamps, which I didn t expect. It took a bit longer to get done than initially said but I was in no rush to get it back. Just something to keep in mind. The people working there were great to work with and we re very accommodating. I would definitely use them again.Service: Painting
