Very happy with this dealership. Moe and the guys are awesome. Answered every question we had and helped me with a small exhaust leak I noticed a few days later. They Paid for it all. Im thankful for their patience as I was buying the car for mom who couldn't be there. I will definitely be back for another car when it's my turn.

I m guessing the people that leave positive comments are people who can t get approved credit elsewhere, but if you have good credit and money to spend, stay away from this dealership, Worst dealership and salesmen I ever dealt with. Salesman Moe will lie to you in your face or just ignore questions, goes the extra mile to rip you off. He will lie over the phone about the final price and in person, not show you documentation by making you sign on the computer, all the grimy work of a schemey dealership but extra. Beware of the fine print which is very misleading I posted pictures of the very misleading numbers on the fine print that read (1990) and (1495) those should have dollar signs or something. I read the fine print before buying so I had an idea of the fees but then they did a classic bait and switch on top of that. I got sold a car advertised for 11000, Moe said with fees it will be 14000, I trusted Moe, which was my mistake, car turned out to be 17000 before interest. That s a whopping 6k+ with the financing, they re trying to rip off big. Beware of a salesman like Moe who argues with people on google reviews, in my experience a business who argues on google reviews is a red flag, also as soon as I had a problem all of a sudden Moe is not in charge, he kept beating around the bush and lying when I complained, then just refused to help, was nasty, the whole nine yards, I think it s just in his nature to rip people off without an ounce of shame.Check pictures below for the fees they charge and review the documents, don t trust Moe. Unless you can t get a car elsewhere, they will go the extra mile to approve you but it will be top dollar.

I just bought a vehicle from them yesterday. They are great people very friendly and They get down to business they don't Waste your time at all.Everyone should come down there and check out their vehicles. I'm very happy that I bought a car from them.

Never buy a car from here. They will take advantage of someone who is not familiar with cars and sell them a piece of garbage that is constantly breaking down at an obscene price. My husband hasn't even had the car for a year and already has had to put $4000+ worth of work into the car. The car did not have OEM parts and they would not return our calls trying to figure out who did the work on the car because the non OEM parts caused major issues with the cooling system causing the car to overheat. The car couldn't even pass inspection after we bought it and apparently that wasn't their problem. Shameful and predatory.

The sales team was nice enough, but they wanted to charge $3500 service and certification fee. This broke down roughly $2000 for service and $1500 for certification. They explained it as a fee that is to service the car for any issues it might have and then make it a certified pre-owned. This car was a 2015 Ford Explorer with 108k miles on it, there s no way that would qualify as a CPO car. I test drove the car and it seemed fine. When I asked what the service charge covered they said: oil change, brakes, and anything else that s a safety concern. Can t imagine what they re doing that will cost $20000. They said it s an average based on all cars but $3500 fee on a $12000 car is a 30% mark up, let alone the taxes and other fees. The final price came out around $17000. That s $5000 in hidden fees, which they kept defending as not a hidden fee since they told me. Kinda just a waste of time.They car also was also in pretty bad shape cosmetically even for a used car.Didn t buy, wouldn t think about going back.

!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! !!!THEY SCAM COSTUMERS!!!Moe the financial manager does not try to help you. Purchased a 2017 Honda from Lux auto sales and not even 2 weeks later we were having major electrical issues with the car. We called him and let him know what the car was having issues and he told us to go the Honda dealership and get it fixed he will cover the costs. Upon return to the dealership he refused to pay the costs and say the warranty company will fix it. That was 2 months ago. As of today s date I still haven t received a payment of reimbursement. This dealership will be hearing from my lawyer. No one deserves to purchase a broken car especially when the dealership knew there were thing wrong with it.If this dealership decides to finally reimburse me I will update my review.

I came here to finance my first car ever a 2015 S55O Mercedes Benz and my experience from start to finish was very satisfying. The pre-approval process was quick. They found me bank that qualified me for a reasonable interest rate. ( I shopped around to credit unions as well) We negotiated on the purchase price of the car and the warranty. I got a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty at any Mercedes dealership in the US. (better than car shield insurance ) Moe the owner even had his mechanics service the car the day I picked it up to make sure the car is running smoothly. The staff even feed me and my friend as we waited for the car to get detailed. I must say they make buying a car very easy. I brought a luxury car for the same price that some are willing buy a used Honda for. Moe s prices are unbeatable. I d definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to come here first. You won t be disappointed. I m definitely going back to get my Benz truck in a few months I need the matching truck now. Lol . Once you own a Mercedes there s nothing else that compares to it.

They took a $500 deposit, then raised the advertised price by adding in a CPO warranty that we did not want. They said we could get a refund within 7 days, we requested the refund and were ignored. So 1. beware that the pricing you see is not real, they require you add the CPO warranty (and its not even a real CPO), and 2. they dont refund deposits.Edit: this is a reply to their reply.1. For privacy please remove the other persons name. That is uncalled for.2. Your prices are 100% misleading. Glad you think they aren t but the website shows one price and you can not buy the car at that price. You force a CPO on your purchases.3. The man in question emailed (in reply to your emails) asking for a refund with zero reply. If you want to be fair, refund this man his money.

Recently purchased a 2016 Buick Encore after going through a number of dealers. Overall, it was a good experience. The salesman, Mo, answered all of our questions, showed us multiple options, and ultimately worked with us to settle on a price that fit our budget. The car itself, while used, was in good shape and performed well. Carina was also very pleasant during out test drive.The only reason I'm deducting a star is because the price quoted to us after getting pre approved online did NOT include warranty and gap insurance. You'll be paying more than that initial price if you opt for pre approval.. Ask for this information UP FRONT, so you have a better idea of what you're spending.Otherwise, I highly recommend the dealership and their staff!

I messaged the dealership that I wanted to buy a car that I found online. It seemed like a normal conversation and we ended it with, I would come next Saturday (a week later) to look at it/ buy it if my husband and I liked it. Long story short we drove close to two hours, with two babies, to this place and they didn t even have the car ready AT ALL. The staff didn t seem like they knew what they were doing (once we finally found someone). The car didn t even start, and then once they switched out the battery there was an engine code, the passenger door didn t open, and other things that were listed as working in the online post. It was laughable (although we were not). We wasted a Saturday and learned that we will never buy from here due to them not being trustworthy.

Got this little Gem, an 09 red new vw beetle convertible from Moe at Luxurious auto sales. Needed it for a birthday surprise for the missus. Moe whent out of his way to help me and not just to sell me a car but to "help me" make the surprise happen, just the way I planned it. Car was and is, in Excellent shape for a used car. He took care of a couple small issues. I was completely satisfied 100% with the purchase, Moe was the man!!

Beware of prices! Fine print from their website: All advertised prices listed do not include government fees, taxes, any finance charges, any document, dealer (495), destination(699+ may vary), service & prep(1990), acquisition, any emission testing charge, registration or title fees. Not honest pricing. I don t deal with dishonest pricing.

Don't bother wasting time here, I made an appointment to test drive a car. Drove over an hour only to be met with they don't have a record of an appointment or the car they advertised. I think they just want to get ppl in so they can try and sell them a car 20k above the bait car price. Very unprofessional business.

I definitely recommend buying from here. They have gone Above and beyond the call of duty to put me in my 2017 Nissan Altima. Each person I dealt with was very patient and understanding. ABOVE THAT THEY BROUGHT ME LUNCH WHILE I WAITED. All jokes aside they are great people and have really nice cars. Get there fast to get in your new car.

I just bought an 07 dodge charger from them and they made sure the car was in good working order before I left the dealership. I wasn't able to offord the initial monthly payments on the car but Alex worked with me well after hours (closes at 7 and they stayed until 8:30) to get me a car payment that worked for me. I really enjoyed my car buying experience here and am definitely going to check this place out the next time I'm looking for a used car! Thanks Omar and Alex!

Alex was very helpful. It was my first time financing a car. He went over all the numbers and explained to me the terms of the contract before I signed any paperwork. I traded my car and they paid me $1500 more what other dealers wanted to offer me. I highly recommend this dealer for a seamless experience. Thank you again for all your help of finding my new car. I love it!

These 2 gentlemen will help with all your car needs. Their inventory varies from Nissan to BMW. And the prices are great. I strongly suggest this location,for those looking to build their credit. Be very cautious with this used car dealership, drove from the bronx with wify on a snowy stormy day last March, we purchased a beautiful 2012 buick enclave, the milage was a little high but was promised the world by our sales person, good price thought we had a good deal, was told the front suspension needed a little work but our warranty would cover the cost, well we've been to 2 dealership and 3 auto shops trying to get the frontend work done, 9 months later still have the same issue and stuck with a $3500 repair bill. They were very friendly, but after we purchased the car they went ghost. Be VERY CAUTIOUS WITH LUXERIOUS AUTO SALES!!!!.
