Mr Lloyd provided timely service. He explained everything to me in language I could understand, his fees were transparent and he asked me if the cost was feasible. I don t think any service provider has ever asked if the cost for their services was feasible for me to pay. Thank you Mr Lloyd for your service and care!

I used Lloyd's Auto Repair shop for a few of my truck and was very happy dealing with him.His prices are fairAnd he gets the job done on time!Gonna definitely use him again. I highly recommend his shop.

Lloyd is the best and most reliable mechanic we ve had. He came highly recommended through family, and we ve been going to them for years. The new location is now 30 minutes away from where we live but it s well worth the trip. The turnaround time for the work is always quick as well.

#1 feeling i felt from getting a diagnostic tune up from Lloyds was that he was in my camp. He understood where I was coming from and evaluated and communicated my cars issues in order of necessity. Before any work was done he was on the phone with me explaining the labor being transparent. I wish more mechanics would be like this.

Excellent mechanic and fast repairs. Worth every penny for the peace of mind provided. After the Ford dealer was unable to resolve my issues Lloyd's fixed it within 72 hours... and this is a 1997 Mercury Cougar! I have been going to Lloyd for years since he was in East Orange. My parents have also been going to him for years. We are very comfortable coming to him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, reasonable, honest and trust worthy. As long as he is in business I will continue coming to him.

As someone who doesn't pay the most attention to what's really going on with my car, I really do appreciate Lloyd and his business. He always brings things to my attention, and let's me know that he's available to fix it "whenever I am ready." On multiple occasions, Lloyd he made time to accommodate me the same day. I am grateful to have found a professional and reliable mechanic!

The lady that works there was great! but the work done was not. good at all, I left there with more problems than I came with! and the wheel allighnment that was done on my car was so bad I has to have it redone the next day! and the prices are much higher than avg...Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I walked in for an alignment and Lloyd asked me a few diagnostic questions and based o my answers indicated that I likely did not need an alignment. He did not want me to waste my money if there was a different issue. However, I asked him to do the alignment and he did make the minor adjustments needed. I am very pleased with his level of service and business integrity. I will continue to use his services and I strongly recommend his business.Service: Wheel alignment

I don t know where to even begin. Lloyd was professional and informative. After taking my vehicle he checked it out and in less than 3 hrs, he called me with the problem and price. I drove my car early morning and later on in the evening and IMMEDIATELY saw the difference. Overall, you will not regret the service.

Excellent customer service! My car broke down on my way to work and I had it towed to them. They called me and let me know the issues and had my car ready within the same day! They explained everything in a way I could understand and my car is now as good as new! They are definitely my car s PCCP , Primary Car Care Physicians!

Lloyds Tire & AutoHey Lloyd , I just wanted to let you know that I am very excited and happy about the repairs you performed on my BMW,Most importantly for you resolving the cold start problem I have had for years.Over the past several years I had experienced difficulties in starting my car in cold weather andmany times I would just park car for the winterNo one could figure out why it wouldn t start or did not know the symptoms of the problemMy car was taken back to the dealership in Edison with no success , I took it to local mechanics specializing in foreign cars still no success.For the first time in five seasons, the problem seem to have been resolved .I also had a complete front end repair job done. ( New struts, shocks tire rod etc. Completely satisfied.

Wonderful!My Jetta had a warning, ABS, and passenger airbag lights on. My heater and my wipers did not work. Then, my battery died.I called Lloyd and within 10 minutes he went out of his way to jump start my car and get me to his shop. With all the issues my car had, he replaced everything within a few hours the same day.I am new to New Jersey and it is a relief to find a RELIABLE and FAIR mechanic. If you're like me and having automotive issues taking a vehicle in for repairs is more often than not a dreaded spin on the wheel of Good, Bad, or Totally dishonest mechanics. You never no who's hands you'll land in. Well believe it or not there really is a place were honesty and customer satisfaction is the golden rule. Let me be clear!!! Perfectly!!!I had no affiliations with Complete Car Care prior to having my vehicles repaired there.Just by circumstance did I find them. Being local to my area I came across these fantastic gentlemen and aren't i the lucky one. Lloyd and Pratt's dedication to there craft and to customer satisfaction is seldom even rarely heard of these days. I can't say enough about them. If you want it done right pay them a visit like me you'll be happy you did.

I have been working in this area for nearly 12 years and it's safe to say that I have had a need for a good, honest mechanic. I drive 85 miles each day (on a light day). He is honest, fair and sensible. Many mechanics can fix a car. 90% of the mechanics that I have used have fixed my car but I kept looking for honesty and professionalism. I had a very positive experience with Lloyd. I developed an oil leak in my car and after going to the vw dealership I purchased my Eos from I decided to google some local mechanics rather than spend thousands of dollars as i normally do. I found positive reviews about Complete Car Care on google and decided to give it a try. The neighborhood is obviously not the greatest but if you are looking for someone whose knowledgable, honest, and won't break the bank then I absolutely reccomend Lloyd. He did not talk me through the issues with my car but actually showed me. I have always gone to VW dealerships as I am a female and have been ripped off numerous times by local mechanics; however, I'm more than pleased with my experience and can say they've found a repeat customer in me.

Worst place ever. I came to this place to install aftermarket tail lights for my car and the guy who installed them did not do so properly. So, I told him was going on. To my surprise not only he refused to take a look at the car, but also he was in a defensive mode and was just saying that the lights were damage and he had nothing to do with it. This guy a arrogance was so high that he said the only solution was to install the original tail lights back again. Therefore, in order to avoid any conflict I went to another place, and guess what?? he just forgot to plug in two cables that were hanging. That was the big deal. A received no help and I was treated like $&!@. As a result of this, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.Service: Electrical
