Monique was a pleasure to work with, very pleasant on the phone, she was able to help me right away, as soon as I called there was no hesitation even though I never rented from HK before.She emailed the necessary paperwork and explained over the what was needed, once I arrived all documents were ready to be signed and did a quick walk around of the truck, I was on the road with my wife.The truck was clean, worked great no issues.You can tell they take care of their trucks here.I would not hesitate to rent from HK again and plan on bringing our Hino truck here for service as well.Thank you Monique and HK for your help.

The crew over at HK Truck Center are one of a kind! I serviced my Fuso here and has been worry free since-- Charlie and the other gentlemen were always available anytime I had questions and even treated me to some lunch while waiting. Keep doing your thing fellas!

Victor and manny are the most knowledgeable Informative patient and friendliest staff you could ever ever wantna deal with they have from and they can tell you everything from a to Z about that 1. Particular project they work as a team and I walked out of there today smiling because I felt. So appreciative and I felt doubt the questions that I did have and they satisfied every single aspect of my visit. Just wanted to say thank you from me Melanie & from Wares recyclables. The Hino wouldn't be what it is today without them!!!!!!!! No other company could ever have made this possible!!! Thank you so very much with the utmost respect & professionalism!!!

Best experience I've ever had at a dealer, ever. Thank you guys! I just had to add to my previous review, these guys have restored my trust in a dealer where I know work is backed up with a warranty and they're not going to take advantage of a "my fault" situation. Charlie and Don were two of the most professional service writers I ve ever dealt with and I ve managed truck fleets for years. They truly seem like they didn t hate their job and never tried to rush me off the phone. Charlie remained friendly, helpful and was extremely fast and communicative. HK didn t try to add on stuff that didn t need to be fixed, they gave me a straight answer and got my truck back on the road.If I could copy these guys and bring them to Atlanta, my job would be a breeze. Nicely done gentlemen. Five stars

Went here to pick up side truck mirrors for my boss. As you enter parking lot. You park to left and entrance is on right. Victor is the guy who helped me, he was proficient with getting me the mirrors and the were the correct model. The prices are a bit high, but the location is clean and inviting. If you ever need truck parts this is the place to go to, call first to make sure they have the right part.

Awesome dealer. Straight forward pricing no bargaining no let me talk to the manager. (They all work like a team, service, finance, seller) Great team work!!!!Highly recommend these guys Bill and Henry treated me like family. Owners humble and friendly. I have purchased plenty of vehicles and do LOTS of research before pulling the trigger.HK Truck Cemter a dealer you could trust!!!!

The company I work for was referred to HK by one of our customers. He gave us a fantastic recommendation and I am pleased to say that HK has proven to be more than worthy of a great review. Our truck has had some major and minor issues, all of which were swiftly taken care of by the gentlemen in the service department. Not only do they work quickly to get your vehicle back on the road, but the process is incredibly stress-free. The only thing I know about vehicles in general is how to pump gas; but the guys in service, mostly Charlie, don't mind taking the time to explain in depth every detail of what is going on with the truck. What I love most is that they do all the leg work, too. They handle the paperwork for the warranty and the long phone calls to the manufacturer. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for great service, friendly interactions, and lower blood pressure. :) Our company is so satisfied with HK, that we are looking into buying a new truck from them. Hopefully, I'll be able to say the sames about their sales department as I do their service department.

We began working with HK Truck Center in 2018 on creating the specifications for a new truck specific to our industry. Their staff during this process was diligent, detailed, asked all the right questions and were professional. During this time, we also began renting trucks from HK. Just like the sales & leasing department, the rental department has been and continues to be professional and a joy to deal with. When we received our trucks they were delivered on time and to the exact specifications. Upon delivery of our trucks, we began coordinating with HK's service department. As expected, the service department delivers the same phenomenal customer service as the other two departments. HK Truck Center has redefined what a caring transportation partner is!

Highly recommended service department!Don is great to work with all services are maid easy. What separates this place from other service departments is how don actually reviews the layout of all trucks and give realistic approaches on affordable repairs our fleet of trucks are well maintained thanks to there service specialist wouldn t go anywhere else !!

For me the most important thing is to get the truck back quickly and they always do.Unless there is some parts that need to be ordered but that is almost never. Also love the loaner car options too. Bunch of good guys.

I just want to say HK Truck Center A-1 Service all the way around!! I m not from New Jersey I just came in from Los Angeles been in the Landscaping and Construction business for over 20yrs driving the best trucks in the business Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Hino. I Came in for some parts a couple wee ago and this guys where on top of it researching, and giving on time results.I want to say Thank You to the whole HK Team,Particularly Jimmy who was on it since I walked in the door. He knows his stuff and Hk Truck Center has a Superstar on there team.Great work Jimmy and Thank you so much for saving me time and money from running around town. My favorite place to do business when I m need of parts, mechanical work or in need of a truck or two.Thanks Again Hk Truck Center! Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Electrical, Brakes, Battery

This truck center is dishonest and quite frankly they ripped me off. I took my truck here for 3 reasons. I had an overheating issue, the marker lights switch was sticking and the driver side vent window needed repair. Before I even left the office a mechanic told me exactly what the problem was. When I recieved the estimate via email they were asking $1875. $100 to power wash a clogged condenser and radiator, $133 to change a switch, $795 to replace the vent window and they added another $724 for breaks and drums. I said wait a minute all we need to do is unscrew 4 Phillips head screws and replace those clips on the window. They lied and said it's all one piece you have to buy the whole window. After that I knew I was dealing with a shady dealership. Since the truck was already there I gave them the go ahead to do the wash and switch at $233. I called a parts place and fixed the window myself for $34. When they finally called me to come in to pick up my truck 7 DAYS LATER. The price went from $233 to $450. I protested but was told "we have time in".. I asked the night manager how come the time in wasn't on the written estimate you provided me with. He said the other guy is fairly new and he made a mistake.So I paid and called the head manager the following morning. After some back and forth he agreed to refund my money. He told me "at $1875 I could've overlooked the time in. I said what about full disclosure. After I agree to repairs and you guys do the work because I didnt get the big job done, you double the price that's criminal. Finally he agreed to refund my money. I never recieved that check. I guess the check's in the mail. They take advantage of the fact that you need your truck for your livelihood. In there words, " everything costs when your in trucking". That's a scary mindset for the customer. They may have good mechanics here but your gonna pay above and beyond and maybe they won't pad your estimate. You go here you roll the dice.

I have been bringing my Fuso and Isuzu box trucks there for 20 years, always took care of issues in a timely manner at a fair cost. Very professional, courteous and helpful. They really are out to make a difference by supporting and helping customers being there initial intention vs just tying to sell u anything and make money. My experience with them was that first they are they to help n contribute. I am looking forward doing business with them again.

I ve been bringing my hino & izuzu trucks to hk truck center for years . We have all our pm services done there and they check the entire truck for any issues . Don the service guy is amazing he calls me and goes over everything. Great place if you have big trucks needing service . DON IS GREAT & responsive !!

We have a 2015 Mitsubishi Fuso which has been breaking down all over the country. This time it was on the Jersey Turnpike. Keith at H.K Truck Center is akin to Excedrin because he has relieved all the headaches associated with breaking down far from home. He took care of getting my truck off the Turnpike, and to his shop which is a major hassle due to the Jersey Turnpike being a private road.Moreover, Keith at H.K probably talked with the Mitsu representative a million times trying to resolve not only the issues with the truck, but also the costs of repair which I'm happy to say was COMPLETELY covered. I'm not sure what Keith said or did but finally the truck is fixed and free of charge.Breaking down is a pain in the bum. If you're on the Jersey turnpike or anywhere near NYC, look these guys up. You'll be surprised at the service provided. I cannot express how happy I am that I found this place on google maps.

Just bought a Mitsubishi fuso... gas powered truck here. Could not be happier with the sales staff and service department for getting me up and running asap. Also looking forward to using the new additional location in parsippany NJ

They misdiagnosed the isuzu s. N series !! I was charged $1161. For a job that they done it ! And i still have check engine light on ! Still have the problem unsolved! They dont know how to work with isuzu s. Not happy with it ! If they dont know how to fix this trucks ! They shouldn t take customers money like that ! I will like my money back ! They lost a customer because of this !

H K truck center goes above and beyond in making sure the truck you bring in stays on the road they always check the whole truck each time you bring it in to service to put a stop on breakdowns down the line A-1 service. would not recommend going to anyone else but H K .

More interested in selling you parts and service hours than getting your truck fixed! Brought in a 2006 Mitsubishi Fuso for some Miner running issues. Was returned with an estimate of several thousand dollars. Truck was taken to a different Mitsubishi dealer and all issues were resolved for around $500. Also service reminder stickers were made of glue backed paper and place on a difficult to remove surface inside the truck as opposed to the standard window corner. Will not be using HK Truck Center for any service or repairs again. Also beware of Mitsubishi Fuso trucks and feel free to search for truck engine settlement from Fuso
