Before even speaking to anyone on the phone, I was already frustrated because none of the local auto shops had a 12v battery replacement for my PHEV, and the very long hold times on the phone only made things worse. However, when I was transferred to Hugo, the service manager, he made sure to listen to my frustrations and he did everything he could to provide me with excellent service. He was extremely understanding and did everything he could to give me a positive experience. Thanks, Hugo!

I use to like this restaurant...not anymore!! I went there yesterday and the way I was spoken to by the tall male waiter with classes was horrible..never again!! So, I've concluded that the wait staff and waiters are RUDE, and don't give me cultural difference....I use to think that until I had more then one experience with the same results. All because I requested to not sit shoulder to shoulder in the same area and instead asked to sit at a table that gave me a little more breathing room, given this is COVID season...just wanted more space between me and other patrons. Interesting enough, every person to come out from the kitchen had masks on... this place is large enough to accommodate my request, however, they wanted everyone to sit in one concentrated area. After the verbal abuse from the male waiter, I did not give in and was seated at table I requested, which allowed me some breathing room. Again, this place can seat over 60 people comfortable. COVID has taught me to be more conscious and smart about how I move and go about my every day activities. However, I will continue to go out and live my life and enjoy it. After ordering my food and receiving it, I could not eat much and I felt literally SICK to my stomach, so, I left and will never return...Lastly, the women waitress hovered around me for a tip...and I was offended to say the least. I had already decided to tip her with good intentions because I was not going to judge her because of the male waiter's behavior. Anyway, my overall experience was absolutely terrible. In the end, I left a tip..but did no feel good about it...very unfortunate.

If I could rate the service department it will be at a - 0.05 . Don t recommend anyone to purchase their vehicle here . Spoke to the service department due to a technical issue . Service person says I can t do anything for you I only have 5mins. Which I understand you wanna go home but I want a safe car to drive . If you want them to run your credit 20 plus times and not have them let you know about it then check this place out .

I recently visited Global Hyundai Service Dept. for a routine service check-up, and unfortunately, my overall experience was less than satisfactory. The most notable aspect was the lack of friendliness among the staff. I felt a noticeable lack of warmth and welcoming attitude from the people working there, which is not what one would hope for when seeking automotive services.Moreover, the waiting area was quite crowded during my visit. It seemed like there were multiple appointments scheduled for similar times, resulting in a congestion of people. This arrangement didn't feel very considerate of customers' time and comfort, as the waiting area was filled beyond capacity.To add to the inconvenience, I found it surprising that the cleaning lady was actively sweeping the floor right in the middle of the day. I approached her and politely requested her to stop sweeping due to the dust it was creating. Unfortunately, my request was not acknowledged, and she continued with her cleaning tasks despite my concerns.All in all, my experience at Global Hyundai Service left me feeling disappointed. The lack of friendly service, the congestion in the waiting area, and the incongruous timing of cleaning activities were all contributing factors. I believe that a better attention to these aspects could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.I hope this feedback can be considered constructively, as I believe that with some improvements, Global Hyundai Service Dept. could provide a much more satisfying service experience for its customers.

Absolutely horrible. I bought a new Hyundai from there in 2022. The experience was not great. I should've run from them but due to the car shortages figured it was everywhere. After speaking to many others who have purchased vehicles in the last 2 years, it's not standard. It's there. On top of that, the service dept. is absolutely horrible. They are always packed, always overbooked. I have no idea why so many people continue to use this place. A basic oil change there takes no less than 2 hrs. Expect to wait anywhere from 2-4 hrs. Always the same excuse-we're really backed up. Obviously whoever is scheduling doesn't know how to. In any event-nobody who has an appt. should have to wait 3-4 hrs for a basic car service. Management doesn't care which I assume is why the place is run like it is. Do yourself a favor and run from this place. If you want a Hyundai buy from a different dealer. If you bought a Hyundai from them go someplace else for service. The photo is from the service department waiting room. Certainly not true the customer comes first based on my experiences and talking to others theirs as well.

This is the worst service place to go to. They say it will take about 30 minutes and waited for more than hour and half every time I have been here. They give you an appointment but having it doesn t mean anything, they don t value your time or have any idea what time is.

Very poor customer service. I have a flat tire and unfortunately my wheel lock nut is worn out. I called the parts to check if they have lock nuts. They told me they dont have that but they have master lock nuts in the service department and they will help in replacing the tires. So I towed my vehicle to the service center. After waiting for 20 mins one lady came and told me that one of the employee took all the master lock nut and moved to Florida. And told me that to break it would cost hourly price which is $195. I told her good year would do it for $80 ( i called and asked before coming) . I was frustrated and then before I could process the information she wanted me to speak to his service Manger. Then the Manger says a difficult version. He told me we don't have master for all wheels. And we have a fixed price. I told him about his employee taking all lock nuts and now you are charging the customers. He is like not true we have lot vehicles and we won't have it for every vehicle. I asked him why didn't you say that on the call , I would have towed the vehicle to the Good year tire! He is like we can't provide all information over phone. It's a very simple thing I had the lock nut unique identifier. They just needed to verify it over phone. Instead they put me in a position where I had to $195 for breaking and 34 for swaping tires.If they had told me that we don't have the master key, then i would have towed my vehicle to Good year tires. And would have paid half the amount.I don't know why customers have to pay the price for lost (one of the employee stole them) master lock nut from their dealership?

I had moved to the area recently and have been having issues with my car. I had previously been made aware of a small oil leak, so i wanted to get that checked out, i also knew i was due for an oil change, and i was having a strange jumping while my vehicle was in idle and reverse. I was in search of a Hyundai dealership as I ve had good experiences in the past with them. I dropped my car off on a weekday morning at 7 AM before work. I was provided the expectation that i would hear from a service representative soon, for which i did about an hour after dropping off. She let me know they would run diagnostics and i would have understanding of what s wrong with my vehicle by early afternoon, a little after noon. I leave my phone off of silent while i am working and had not heard anything. I call them at 4 and was transferred to my representative s voicemail. I called again an hour later and the secretary took my name and phone number. I called again 30 minutes later at 5:30 (they close at 6, my rep apparently only worked until 5:30)requesting a manager, that was not available so therefore transferred to the representatives voicemail again. I had left a voicemail expressing i did not get the impression my vehicle would be there overnight. I finally received a call 20 minutes after that, that explained the many things wrong with my vehicle. She had sent me a text that included a link with explanation (which i appreciated this feature) it has included services pre-approved for a oil change and diagnostic exam I never authorized an oil change prior to a diagnostic, it does not make sense to me to do a whole oil change prior to potentially needing to fix a leak, or a diagnostic that could have resulted in me wanting to get rid of my car (which it did, so -50 bucks) However, again, i was under no impression i would be without a vehicle that night or made aware of there was any sort of delay.. aside from this my representative was generally kind and understanding. The repairs ended up being so expensive i deferred service and was intending to trade in my vehicle elsewhere. (Although already paid for an oil change lol). When i had the opportunity to pickup my vehicle, i called ahead making sure they weren t closing down a couple minutes early on a Friday. The lady said as long as you re here by 6 you can be helped.. which did not help in my expressed concerns that i was worried i was going to be there a minute or two late after stuck in traffic, having driven a half hour.. upon luckily getting there just in time my vehicle has a new check engine light that it did not before i dropped it off. It also had scratches on the hood of my car that were not there before. Which does not help me in my new desire to turn in this vehicle and get a decent price for it.. They were understanding, took the vehicle for a test drive, looked at pre-service photos with me to confirm the new issues. I explained i am turning in my vehicle and these new issues obviously do not help the value. The manager was kind and understood my frustration. He offered me a credit for what it would cost to repair the scratch at that dealership, in detailing credits for when i come back with a new vehicle. They also thought or expressed the check engine light went away on their test drive but it hadn t i find the people at this place are kind and sympathetic, however if you want to make sure your car does not come out worse than it went in, or have basic follow up expectations to be met, i don t suggest repairing your vehicle here.

Dear Angelica, I just want to personally thank you for an outstanding job on taking care of my daughter's chipped paint situation. You were kind, understanding and most of all efficient with taking care of this problem.We started working on this situation back in August of 2021. We had been given such a run around by so many other Hyundai dealerships and case workers. No one and I mean no one seemed to be able to fix this not so very difficult issue. Finally our last case worker was very helpful and did her best to get us on the right track. But it really wasn t until my daughter bought her truck into Global Hyundai and you were there to meet all her needs with this situation. I have leased over 7 Hyundais over the years for myself and my children. I was at a point where I truly believed I would never do business again with any Hyundai dealership. Thanks to your hard work, efficiency and following up with Kaila through calls and emails I have changed my mind. Thanks again for everything you did to rectify this problem. Every Hyundai dealership needs someone like you working for them. Best Regards

I bought a 2022 Hyundai Venue in March 2022. I had to take the car to global for a recall for the seat belt this Feb that passed. In March, a little bit after I picked up my car after the recall was done my global, my drain plug came out. They immediately told me that it counted as vandalism even though my car was never vandalized and is a brand new car. I was not even given the option to use my warranty. They have given my parents problems as well after we have done business with them multiple times. I do not recommend and will be looking for another place to do business with in the future.

I took in my Hyundai Tucson for a recall today, being the first time ever to visit this dealership. Everything was going great! Until I had to pick up my vehicle. The cashier Bridgette was completely disrespectful with me, giving me a horrible attitude, asking for my phone number because she could not find me on her system than asking me to wait with her hand up seriously?!? I come from working at a dealership years ago and trust me customer service does not work like that. Luckily for her, I am a very respectful person, but she does need to receive training on customer service. Even her coworkers noticed her attitude towards me. I also made sure to ask for her name before leaving because I wanted to make sure she knew this review was coming.

This rubbish place does not deserve a star , even writing these comments is a total waste of my time. but for FYI .. This place is nothing bur a bunch of third class staff , top to bottom ,, bunch of crooks. stay away from this place or you will regret. once you buy from this place , good luck getting your license plates and when you call they , they will keep hanging up on you . Total unprofessional staff including manager and salesperson. i regret going their and I can prove it.

Amazing car service. I have been to other dealerships which are closer to me be but I rather come here. Drive the extra 20mins+ and Not have items stolen from my car or wait 3hrs for simple service. I will be servicing my Palisade here all the time from now on. A+

...BE AWARE... I was going to buy parts for stearing Wheel Noise, I asked how much it costs to fix with $2.60 parts and rep Angelica gave me the price saying 46 and 66, I responded $46 is fine, she made me sign some papers and I left, when I came back bill was $466.60.. She told me I sign the papers and they took hostage my car and I was late to work, I paid with credit card and left.. These scammers stolen $400 from me.. I contacted them they said will respond back to me, but no respond back... BE AWARE...
