I had a new bumper, wheel, and tire installed to my FIAT. I am not satisfied with the overall experience. Because of the way they conduct business and the labor they did l would not recommend this place. Here's a few reasons why:First, l dropped off the vehicle on 11/29 and was told it'd be ready by 12/5; it wasn't ready until 12/19. They did not bother to follow up as it delayed further and did not bother to justify it either.Second, at the time of pick up l noticed a deep black smudge on the newly installed bumper. If l hadn't showed it to them before l left they wouldn't have scrubbed it off. This lack of detail came through as an insulation and inconsideration of my time. It's not acceptable that they took much longer than expected only to deliver the vehicle in such condition.Here is why l further stress this point: they also left residue from labeling stickers they used on the inside of my door. Clearly we are just a number to them rather than customers who trusted our vehicle in their hands.The third and worst reason is that the bumper was not properly installed as the chrome part of it popped out within a week of it leaving the bodyshop. When l called them to let them know of the issue and also bring up the fact that my vehicle felt unbalanced after they supposedly aligned it l was advised to come in after the holidays. There was no sense of urgency or follow up whatsoever from them so I popped the stupid thing in myself and so far it's been ok, but l will be stopping by if it comes out again and refer to the warranty that comes with the labor they did.

Jennifer was great with updates. Due to Covid there were delays but Coury's made sure I was able to maintain a rental and upon completion do the exchange with ease. Everything was professionally handled and friendly as well. My car was returned very clean as well.

Check Engine light was on after the accident, they returned me with check engine light on. Only fixed the exteriors and repeatedly kept on saying that it was an issue that was not because of the accident.Being in business for 30 years doesn t mean that they are always right. They never fixed mechanical issue because of the accident.They kept on undermining me and just being sorry for me and my situation.Took it the dealership, they pointed out what was wrong immediately and it fixed in a day. But have to wait to get my car since have to go through the insurance approvals cycle again.I regret taking my car to them in the first place.

The service was great, the owner came out to meet me when I dropped my car off and thank me for choosing his shop. When I went to pick it up I noticed my car was washed and the inside was vacuumed as well. All the loose things I had lying around had been put in a box for me. (This is what made we want to put up a review). And not to mention the quality of the repair.

Bought my 2011 Honda Accord with both front and rear damage. Since I'm a Geico customer, it only took 20 minutes to meet with the adjuster, sign the papers for the repair and get my rental from Enterprise. Took them about two weeks and my car looks new again! And they give you a lifetime warranty on their work. I'm very satisfied with the with the outcome.

Always a pleasure getting my vehicles needs addressed by Coury's Auto Body Shop. The attentivenes to detail, the courteous staff and the quick turn around is what I find to be exceptional! Keep up the great work!

Had my vehicle repaired in June 2016 due to a car accident. Needed new tires due to normal wear and tire and a wheel alignment. The place said they were unable to the wheel alignment because I had frame damage. Since I had not been involved in another car accident and Courys was the last place to work on my car, I went back to them. I spoke to Richard Coury, the owner, detail about the issue and he took no accountability. He never even look at the car in his shop. I spoke to my insurance company and took the car to another shop. They found work that Coury didn't do but he billed my insurance company stating that he did do. This shop caused me to have problems with my strut, endangered my family and inconvenience me. They use to be very reliability a few years ago but they have changed for the worst. Very unsatisfied.

I would not recommend this shop to repair your car. I had cosmetic damage to my car from an accident so the car is driveable. I brought my car to Coury and they told me leave my car and it would take a week to fix it. Now it is 2.5 weeks and the car is still not fixed. Everytime I call there's an excuse. The parts didn't come, the paint booth is broken. They now say my car may be ready in 2 days and I don't feel confident that it will be. It has been nothing but problems. Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else!

Manager guy very disgusting and disrespectful. Receptionist asked him how long it would take to repair my car. He came out threw my papers down on the table and said it will get fixed whenever it gets fixed. And walks away never came back. Hope this business gets shut down because they seem to think we re asking them for a hand out. We re paying for the service. Plus the place is filthy and location is damn near on the street. They have so many cars in the yard that look like they won t start fixing any time soon. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place is the go to shop for all bodywork and collision needs. When an accident happens the only place I trust to go with my cars. They Repaired and painted many cars for myself, my family and friends. The best finishes, and always a professional shop. I say this as a car enthusiast who demands the best work. I highly recommend Courys work!

I recently had to bring take my car in for body repairs after getting involved in a fender bender. They have an express Geico office as well as an Enterprise car rental right next door, so the entire process of the insurance adjuster appointment, car rental, and repair was fast and seamless. If you are a Geico customer, I highly recommend this place!

DON'T DO IT!!!This place is a hack job from top to bottom! The owner, Richard yells at employees in front of customers and his employees run around clueless. We were told our car would take two weeks, a month and a half later we finally got our car back and they still had the nerve to ask us to "bring it back tomorrow to have it detailed" because it still wasn't ready. What a frustrating experience, we were told on four separate occasions that "the car would be ready this Friday". It got so bad that their shop manager, John even asked us to stop calling the shop. So we finally reached out to GEICO directly since they recommended this sorry excuse for a auto body shop. GEICO's on site insurance adjuster, Rui F. was even more useless and added to the confusion and frustration with telling us our car was ready when it wasn't. I can't believe they've been in business for over 50 years. The only thing this place was consistently good at was passing the buck on blame and empty promises. They should really revaluate their business plan and customer service or just shut down ASAP cuz this was B A D ! ! ! Believe me when I tell you that I'm trying my hardest to be nice in the review. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Enjoy the box of complementary candy on the way out, WHAT A JOKE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS AUTO BODY SHOP!!!I got into an accident that was not my fault. Geico recommended this shop as a fast way to get my car repaired. The "repairs" were done in a timely fashion and I was able to pick up my car quickly HOWEVER, when I picked up my vehicle, many things were terribly wrong!I have a brand new 2012 Toyota Higlander under 10000 miles and when I picked up my car there were pieces missing, in which the shop claimed were never on the car when it came to the shop (obviously lost in the accident), the bumpers were not properly attached, there was overspray throughout the outside and inside of my car and there are spots on the car where they should have painted the whole thing and decided to just use a little touch up paint. There were parts that needed to be fixed that were ignored such as a completely broken antenna AND A COMPLETELY SCRAPED front grill, and my sideview mirror literally fell off as i drove away. There was paint on the inside of my car and the car was filthy!I was forced to call Geico and have my car fixed at another shop in which they found another 2500 in repairs that Courry's did not complete or that completed in a very sloppy manner. The owner of the shop as well as the shop manager looked at my vehicle and actually thought that the work they did was good enough to send my car home. I would be ashamed to send a car home like that!My accident was on July 11th and my car is just now going into the second shop! I could have saved a lot of stress and time if I did not bring the car to Courry's.I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED IN THEIR WORK AND I HOPE NONE OF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THIS SHOP!!!

Would not recommend. Wife got into an accident and this was the place it was towed to and recommended by Geico. Repair work took a loooong time, well over a month. Even the Geico adjustor was "disappointed" in their inability to get the car done in a timely matter. Work seems good so far but way too long to get it done. Good thing we had another car to use.

Would suggest you take your car elsewhere, they have no accountability for any timelines. If they tell you 2 weeks prepare to have your car there for atleast double that due to how diaorganized they are. Extremely dissatisfied with this place, would rather push my car to the next closest shop then have to deal with them again.

Picked up my car today and noticed the windows were foggy. Figuring they would clear up once the AC was on I got in and drove away. Ten minutes later realized the foggy windows were a result of some kind of cleaner they used on the windows which left a film that they did not properly clean off. The front windshield had spots on the outside that do not come off after using the wipers several times. The inside was also greasy from some kind of cleaning product and smelled like pepto bismol. I called the office to ask what it was and what I could use to clean it off and the woman at the front desk hung up on me. When I called back a man answered and told me to clean it with windex. After being rearended and having to only have the bumper replaced on a ONE MONTH old car I can't understand why they cleaned the inside of the car and why I now have to spend money getting my car recleaned. Would absolutely not go back.

I've had a number of repairs done by Coury's. Very satisfied with every one. You could not tell the car was damaged after Coury's completed the repairs. They are artisans.

GEICO sent me here; I was the hitee. Coury's Auto Body was in GEICO's one stop repair including estimate, loaner (Enterprise) and body shop essentially all in one place. I'd rather not have been hit, but the entire process was seamless . If I ever need body work, I would come back to Coury's for their professionalism and efficiency.

Do not use this shop. Terrible service. The receptionist is a nasty woman. They did not do anything in a timely manner and when I got my car back there were oil stains on the seats!
