I had never bought tires from Costco but stopped in yesterday just to see what they offered. I was able to get a full set of 4 tires, mounted and balanced in the price range that I was looking for. The entire staff was very friendly and proffessional. Plus the tires came with a good warranty and additional benefits. The entire process took about an hour and a half. Not bad at all. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My experience with Costco Tire was extremely disappointing. First, I had an appointment to install four tires, but the installation took a frustrating 4 hours, causing me to miss my appointment. The staff's attitude was quite unpleasant throughout the process.Later, I had another issue with my car, which had two nail holes in one tire. Despite a repair attempt, I still felt the need for a new tire. I called the store and was informed that they had the tire in stock, and no appointment was needed. So, I drove my car to the North Plainfield store. However, my experience there was far from pleasant.The employee, an older gentleman, was unhelpful and impatient. He inquired about "pots" for the tire replacement, assuming I knew what that meant since I drove a Tesla. I was puzzled as to what he meant and, because of this, he refused to help me, stating that I should know about these "pots." It was frustrating, as all I needed was a tire replacement, and it seemed unreasonable to expect me to know about these "pots."When I asked if any nearby Costco stores had both the tire and the necessary "pots," he told me there was one two hours away that had them. I was barely able to reach their store, and I found it unreasonable to expect me to drive another two hours. The whole interaction left me feeling that the employee was unkind and unhelpful. My advice would be to stay away from this Costco Tire location, as the level of service does not match the standard of service I expected from Costco.

The Tire center is extremely disappointing , I went there to fix my flat tire, Mr. Omar said he can t do it without an appointment. I went to Union Costco and get it fixed.

Technician is rude. Scream at me: Is this your car? We do not like being stared at.... ..while I was waiting for my 4 tires balance and were standing across their shop. Quality of service dropped quick when no one cares about customer service. The only terrible experience with Costco after 11 years plus membership. NEVER visit North Plainfield Tire Center again!!!!!!!!!!

Good selection and excellent prices on tires. Did not try to upsell me. Even suggested that I could probably wait a few more months before I buy the tires, but I bought the set now to avoid problems down the road. Previously bought a car battery here, too. Only drawback is they don't do alignments.

I placed an order for tires in store and was told I would be notified when they arrived. Three weeks later I still hadn't been notified - no call, no voicemail, no email, nothing. They were quick to take the payment when I ordered but simply didn't care to follow up and actually deliver the product.

Great price on my new tires and Tiffany was great. She made sure we got the best deal with rebates and everything. It gets surprisingly busy there so arrive as soon as it opens.

Always great service, never damaged my car & usually gets done in an hour on the weekdays. I ve been going since this Costco opened and some of the techs have been there since day one.

I went to Costco to check my tire because low pressure light came on. After 30 mins waiting, the guy told me that I should have checked air pressure. I told him there might be nail in tire, but he said, it happens if I don't check my tire pressure every 30 days. He didn't even see it, and just said like that. On my way home, I just stopped bridgewater costco tire center, because my right front tire seemed very low pressure. And now I am waiting for tire replacement inside costco. I am very upset that I might face very dangerous situation. Even bridgewater tire center staffs are not kind, they checked my tire at least!

I've been to other Costco tire centers as a long time Costco member. This one seems to be the most efficient one that I've been to. I was in and out, and got my car at the promised time.

Rude and useless technicians. They made me come back all the way to get the tire nut from my glove box which was there in plain sight. Never coming back here again. Supervisor wasn't helpful either.

Only 3 brands of tires they sell but they do a great job installing and road hazard warranty is great for the price

BE WARE customer service and work is absolutely horrible I replaced my tires 3 days ago they messed up my brakes I had to replace them then the tires weren t balance properly I almost killed myself went back and told them my problem with the car and the brand new tires and the nasty guy at the front desk simply said sorry we not Mecanic how about I killed myself in the car you wold say that to my family ooh we not mechanics what a horrible experience now I spend over 1500 hundred dollars because of them never again Costco PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE AND GO TO AN EXPERT if I could give no stars I would ...
