Went to this body shop to repair my car. Had my appointment at 10.15 but went early. The employeees were really helpful and completed the assessment with my request . Good location . Very close to Edison. They also specialize in teslas. .. parking outside is a bit tight . Always full. Tough to get a parking .The receptionist was very helpful and explained the whole process. Then someone else helped me with the overall assessment . I liked they keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle Service could be better especially for teslas . They have very restricted Tesla experts and if they go on vacation , it pushes our delivery dates. Luckily mine was transferred to another engineer. If not for this, Brannings is a superb place for repair works . Took 2 months overall for my Tesla to be delivered.

I had a great experience from Branning's South Plainfield Auto Body, they did a great job and makes my car looks brand-new again and you cannot even tell that there was damage before (see pictures attached). The quality and high standard of their service reflects on the outcome works. Superb customer-service company, a special thanks to Danie and to rest of the team, they never fail to to update me regarding the status of my car until the pick-up day. Danie also assisted me on my (pick-up and drop) rent-a-car, i would say this is a plus to Branning s company, a true customer-centric management. They will treat you as part of the family. More power!

Overall a very positive experience.The staff was friendly and helpful.I did need to bring the vehicle back for Spots that were missed in the initial repair, but these repairs were completed in a timely fashion.My four year old car looks like new after the superb work that they did!

Got rear ended. Was a pretty expensive fix ($6000) Brannings work with Geico and made the process very quick and easy. I was kept up to date every step of the process from when to take in the car, when are parts arriving, when are things being installed, even finished 2 days prior to the estimate date! Every time I call them they always have an answer!Replaced the whole lift gate as well as the fiberglass bumper. (Even did a quick rock chip paint touch up on my quarter panel which wasn t part of the accident) Paint job matches perfect, and no weird panel gaps. Even vacuumed my interior!10/10 would recommend anyone in the area to go here.

I had a great experience with Branning for an auto claim, after my car got sideswiped in a parking. The estimation process was totally painless. I was concerned with being without my car during repairs, which delayed me from scheduling the repair, but I didn't need to be, because it was super easy. I scheduled the rental car through my insurance company, and they dropped the car off right at Branning. I got the my vehicle back about 10 days later, and it looked great. There were no surprises and I paid my deductible, and I was good to go.As a plus, the facilities are spacious and spotless. Everyone was very personable and helpful.

I could not be happier with the recent service we received at Branning Auto! I had an accident, and my car needed some TLC, and my insurance recommended them. I spoke to Carlos, and he took care of everything; Branning took the vehicle in immediately to evaluate the situation and got my Civic up and running again. I highly recommend them!

AWFUL!!!! Unreliable, impossible to get in contact with anyone, do not return voice mails.When I finally got in contact with someone they (were incredibly rude) and told me my car was ready, but they were waiting on the wheel covers. They didn't do the alignment yet because they were waiting for them, but If I wanted they could do the alignment and I could come back to get the wheel covers put on when they come in, because they have no idea when they will get there. At no point did they tell me this until I called. Why would I continue to pay for a rental when my car is drivable?!? All they had to do was call to say that it was done and to just come back for the wheel covers but instead they just let it sit there for days while I pay for a rental. If your insurance suggests this place go literally anywhere else. I am assuming the fact that insurance companies send cars there is the only reason they are in business.Awful customer service, awful communication, awful experience.

Had to give this place 5 out of 5 because I can t give them a 6. From the staff being extremely helpful to the amazing and craftsmanship like work they were able to produce of my 2023 Acura Integra, I was immensely impressed. The car came out just as beautiful as I remember buying it. It was hit while parked by a distracted driver and now you can t even tell the car was even touched. It looks immaculate and all thanks to the Branning Collision team helping to take care of the car and me as a first and definitely not last customer. Thank you all at Branning Collision for helping me receive an unforgettable experience!

I have used Branning in South Plainfield twice now and have to say they are amazing!!!! Excellent customer service (Danielle is super) as well as auto repairs. Not only do they fix what s wrong but they made sure my car was returned to me spotless inside and out. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work.

I was rear-ended and the at-fault party's insurer arranged for me to get an estimate done here. I was given a date & time, however, Branning's called me to give me a date/time several days later.When I arrived, I was informed that the earlier appointment was correct and they didn't have a work order from the insurer for the time I'd come in even though they had the appointment in their system.After the insurer couldn't find an open appointment that day, the staff was unhelpful and rude. They told me to come back another day and they couldn't accommodate me even though it was entirely their fault, not mine or the insurer's.I can't speak to their work as I told the insurer to I wanted to take my car elsewhere.

Branning did an AMAZING job on my daughters car after a minor accident. They worked with myself and the other party to handle the paying out of pocket so smoothly. Dani, in the office was wonderful to deal with. The work that was done is beautiful as well and it looks good as new! Went to Branning's in South Plainfield to fix up my car after an accident. I thought the car repair process would take very long, especially through insurance, but it was so easy to make an appointment and then have the car fixed. Dani and the team were very friendly, helpful, and communicative with the repair process. My car came out great and I feel silly for waiting so long to fix it. I would be happy to use Branning's again in case of another repair job!Service: Body & Trim

I had a really bad experience.I had 2 different claims. The receptionist forgot to inform them about the other one. I called so many times regarding the other one and every time the receptionist said she would call me back but didn't. Then I finally spoke to the manager and he started the repair but because of the receptionist the repair was delayed 3 weeks.The fenders were also not repaired and the aftermarket headlight had condensation building up in it. The bumper they repaired was not aligned properly to the fender. I spoke to my insurance adjuster and then he ordered factory parts. But the adjuster was another issue because he told me he will replace the fenders and told Branning's that they were fine. And as a result it got delayed for weeks. Then the manager MANNY rudely said he's getting impatient and that my insurance hadn't paid him for the factory parts he ordered and that he's returning the parts and hangs up the phone on me. He has an attitude issue and I had no wrong doing in this. There is no reason for him to talk to me rudely when I was speaking nicely to him the whole time.I found out at another shop that the fender had to be repaired. MANNY was wrong. I don't recommend this shop!

Recently got into an accident and was in need of a repair. While looking through auto body repair shops in my town I found this one and decided to contact them through my insurance.From start to finish they were very helpful and communicative, responsive and informative on the status of my car until it was repaired. They made sure the job got done right and my vehicle was safe to drive with no issues. I appreciate the attention to detail.Thank you to Danie who was in contact with me throughout the whole process and the rest of the team for their work. I brought my 2005 VW Passat to the South Plainfield Center for a fender replacement. The work was exceptional! The mechanical work was perfect and the paint work was the best I have ever seen. Rich Corey and Danielle both have an excellent customer focus. I was treated to a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this place they did an amazing job on my car. You cant even tell I had work done. They even gave my car a nice wash it was a great feeling to see my car all shiny on pick up. They worked directly with my insurance and the rental car company making the process a breeze. Really great job Super satisfied customer.

I went here to get my car fixed and had such a great experience! Super fast turnaround time - I dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was ready to be picked up on Thursday morning. They were also very good at communicating with me regarding the progress of my car and the entire process from the estimate to making payments. Very professional crew who did an amazing job with my car! I d also like to add that Danie, who works at the front desk, is an absolute sunshine and so thorough and helpful with what is needed from me, the insurance company, and Brannings. I d definitely recommend Brannings if you re from around the area!

My mother's car was hit and we took it to Branning's for repair. Ronnie was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. The car was repaired very quickly, and it looks as if it was never involved in an accident. We were very pleased with their excellent customer service and would highly recommend them.An updated review, 8 years later...I would give them a hundred stars if I could!I was rear-ended a few weeks ago, and I brought my car to Branning's for repair. I'm so glad I did. Richard, Danielle and Manny clearly care about their customers. They are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. I did not have to make one call regarding the repair, as they explained the repair process clearly. The repair work done is stellar, and my car was spotless - it looks like it was never involved in an accident. It's obvious that everyone there takes pride in their work. The lovely people at Branning's made a stressful situation (the accident) much less stressful, and I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for service of the highest quality.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately I had damage done to my vehicle. My insurance company referred me to Brannings and I must admit from the time I walked in until completion of my vehicle s repair Danni and the other staff were excellent. I m so shocked and amazed with how my car came out when it was time to pick it up from this business when it was damaged on my entire left side right in my driveway at home while I was sick coming out of surgery. With the way this business repaired the damaged, they put their magic work as if it never got damaged<3 Due with being sick and dealing with this simultaneously along with unhelpful and rude rep from StateFarm that was through the person s insurance that made the accident, Danni of Branning s professionalism and hospitality while turning my emotion from worrying to fabulous is what I want others to experience as well when they go through an unexpected tragedy concerning their car. She was even nice enough to go out of her way to call and e-mail me right on the dot on everything that is going to be planned with reassuring confidence that everything will be fine before I know it. You don t see this amicableness at the front desk nor most businesses these day so I seriously had to give her a call back to express how much I truly appreciate her! I d love to drop by one day on my off days and give her a present like flowers^__^ The man that was there when I picked up my car was great as well where I also seen the car was cleaned up smelling fresh as if it came up new from a car dealership!I mandatorily recommend this place for anyone that wants their vehicle fixed, especially if it was nefariously keyed and/or damaged and speak to Danni <3<3<3

Horrible custom service. What a waste of time. Do not respond to voicemails. Finally got ahold of someone days later and made an appointment. After leaving a meeting and driving half an hour away, I am barely in the door when they at that point ask if I have USAA insurance since they are completely unwilling to work with USAA (you know, a company that supports those who have fought for our country). Ridiculous.

Do not use Brannings if your insurer recommends them to you for accident related repairs. They did not completely repair my vehicle and I had to ask them to repairs multiple items that were not working each time. The insurer will tell you to go to one of their contracted facilities so they can cut corners on repairs but you have the right to take your car to any facility in NJ. Comment here if you would like proof of the poor job Brannings has done on my vehicle.

I had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with multiple (non-life threatening) car accidents that required work on them. I've tried and gone to different body shops and well, this one is the best hands down.The place is clean, spacious. The people that talk to you in person or in the phone are friendly ans courteous and do their best to help you and answer all your questions. You are also able to rent a car from their place. And drop off the rental as well.They did an amazing job with my wife's car and even took care to clean it inside and out. No other body shop I went did this.The insurance took care of all the paperwork, but if I had the chance to go back for any type of work, I know the people of Brannning's at South Plainfield would be my first choice.

Branning is one of the places that you don t want to visit often but in the unfortunate event that you find yourself needing a car repaired, this is your spot to go. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and as stress free as possible. Danie, and the rest of the Branning team go above and beyond to keep an open line of communication and constantly provide updates throughout the process. When it comes to the actual repairs, my car is back to brand new. For what very well could have been a disaster situation filled with stress, Branning removed all of that and got the job done. 10/10.Service: Body & Trim

Branning's was very professional and their updates were fantastic. They kept communication flowing throughout the repair process. I also think from the time I dropped my vehicle off to the time I picked it up was less than 7 days which to me was very fast. Also the day I picked up my vehicle they confirmed I was 100% happy with the repairs. Being they were recommended from my insurance provider it was seamless dealing with them. Also was able to get a rental vehicle at the location with no issues. I 100% recommend anyone who needs body work to use Branning's

It's important to know a good auto body repair shop and Branning's is no exception. The service started immediately with the assistance of Maria at the front desk. She was helpful with any questions I had and the estimator on site went through the full details of my repair. Though, I experienced some issues with the claim, 100% of the issue was with the insurance, not Branning's. In the end, I was fully satisfied and would highly recommend their professional service. I, like many of you, don't want to experience another unfortunate scenario of damage to your vehicle but, if you do, go to Branning's.Service: Body & Trim
