I had a roadside breakdown in route to my delivery in New Jersey. I called Big Dog Fleet Services and they came to me in less than an hour and had me up and running an hour after arrival! For big rig breakdowns that s unheard of! I greatly appreciate the time and clarity that came with my service order. The mechanic that came out to service my 2016 Freighter Cascadia, Mr Tom Lyons, was knowledgeable, courteous, and quick! This was by far the fastest, nonsense, no hassle repair I ve had done in all my 19 years of driving trucks! If you have them as an option for service please don t hesitate to call them!

These guys were great. I met the owner and he was very kind and professional. The mechanic was also kind, professional and funny. They got my truck running in no time. I appreciate the job the did.

Steven came, fixed my 2 blown tires and cracked rims on the trailer axles. He was a great sport. Very courteous, very kind and informative. He diagnosed the problem and displayed such patience when I asked questions. It's a privilege to have him as a mechanic

So my truck wasn't switching gears and I thought I was screwed. Everyone I called around was either busy or had really bad reviews. Then I see Big Dog 5.0 stars. I called and then I felt like I was driving at NASCAR. I litterally pulled up and someone started working on our truck. What can I say, John was super helpful and attentative. Faster than you can get a sandwich delivered by Jimmy Johns I am up and running. Thank You!!!

Air pressure Low (Air Brakes, went below 50). He was prompt and didn't wait long after the call. He came and diagnosed the problem quickly. Took his time to repair and made sure the leak was good. My Air pressure went back up and was able to drive home.Took a hour.He was professional and had the right tools and equipment to get the job done.Thanks

I Highly recommend this place. The only bad thing I can say about them is that they don t have a shop in CT. It s very hard to find a shop as trustworthy and friendly as this one.
