Highly recommended! Went above and beyond to help my mom get what she needed done on her car and even came out to help with her dead battery. I will definitely be a returning customer and have told family and friends about their work ethic and generosity. Thank you!

One of the best mechanics I ever been to. I have the best experience and they managed to work around my dynamic work schedule. I even missed my time frame for an appointment and they were still very accepting and still worked around there schedule to fit me in. I would not hesitate to come back and continue getting services that is provided.

This place is pretty good. Ive been here a few times for smaller stuff, recently for a repair on a 2013 jeep patriot i just couldnt figure out. I felt like we got an honest and fair deal. I did not feel pressured into an upsale, i feel like these guys have earned my trust and respect.

As a rule of thumb we all know Good work isn t cheap, and cheap work isn t Good if you want GOOD WORK done and more importantly done right R&R Auto is the place I found them to be very helpful, polite and accommodating. It s always hard to find a good auto mechanic. One that s fair, honest and good at the job. Look no further. They have done work on not just my car, but my elderly fathers and always jump to help him when needed. I won t go anywhere else! No dealership garage can compare. Dealerships have misdiagnosed my repairs and charged me a ton of money. Go to R and R. Small family owned. You can t go wrongServices: Tires, Auto brake replacement

Being new to this area, I turned to my neighbor to recommend a mechanic to work on my 2012 Sonata. I m so glad he recommended R & R Auto. Bobby and his team were true professionals. They answered all of my questions, completed the job expeditiously and at a fair price. I will certainly entrust my car to them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic.

I am so happy to have met the family crew at R&R Autogroup, Inc. I brought in my 2007 Honda Oddyssey van with a bad Harmonic Balancer Pulley Assembly. By an appointment, I was able to have them fix the issue at a very fair price. From now on, I will have all 4 of my family vehicles serviced here. Autozone couldnt replace my battery but was purchased at Autozone. R&R was able to fit me in right away. Come to find out autozone gave me the wrong size. Robert kept me up to date. Been a repeat customer since I brought my truck in for an alignment in October of 2022, since then I ve already brought back other vehicles I ve worked on to be aligned in 2023. I also recommend my friends to them, they treat your vehicle as if it s theirs and customer service has been amazing. I ve received texts several days after my truck left the shop asking how everything has been going. I highly recommend this shop. R&R did tire alignment for my wife s car at the end of September. Unfortunately, after the service the car did not drive straight from the start. My wife exchanged messages with the shop about it but did not follow until December, after she went to the dealership and they said that the car was out of alignment. We went back to R&R and I described the issue to the front service women. As I was leaving, I said "I assume that this will be free service". She responded "No promises." I was taken aback by that response so I said, "C'mon, it's been less than three month, my wife barely drives the car, and the alignment should last at least a year"... After that the service women became extremely aggressive. She started screaming at me about "How dare I speak to her that way that I would not do speak to her husband that way, and that I should leave immediately." I was very calm and I did not raise my voice for a second during the whole altercation. The women said that she will talk to my wife but not me. So after few more minutes for her screaming at me. I simply left.I always pay what I owe, and I have no issue whatsoever paying for anything that I am responsible for. I expect the same from the businesses that provide services to me. The alignment was not done correctly by R&R from the start. We never received a results of alignment. Most importantly, I do not appreciate being yell at by the R&R staff. That is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We have been customers at R&R for years. I believe this was the last time we ever came there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service, honest pricing, upfront about all costs, fast return. What more is there to say? There's a reason I keep going back! Overall probably the best experience I've had at an auto shop. After having an accident and damage I had my car towed to R & R on a Friday night. While ohter shops may not have taken my car, Bobby said it was no problem for me to take it there and he'd take a look at it on Monday. I got a call early Monday with some initial details of the repairs needed and another call later that day with estimates. Everything came in at a very fair price. They were extremely communicative over the next 2 days with any updates as they worked through the repairs needed. 10 out of 10 for service, communication, and pricing.

Bobby & his team are absolutely awesome! Came in with an issue with the passenger side front of my vehicle, damage was caused by a tow truck. Bobby was very thorough with the work, keeping in contact with me & very fairly priced! I used this shop because I know a mechanic who was working there. I went more than once because I trusted him specifically with my car. Unfortunately the business owner took advantage of that, and had me drop my car off at 8:30am to not be picked up until after 5:30pm, each time my car was there. The first time this happened the work was never even done on my car, and when I called the next day to reschedule (not even to complain, just to reschedule) the owner got very nasty with me over the phone and blamed the mechanic for not doing the work. Aside from lack of punctuality, they charged me more than double for parts on a tune up. I have exact part numbers showing a much higher price on the receipts compared to the price I could get them myself at any auto parts store. My mechanic has since left this shop and I would never recommend them; absolute ripoff.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Oil change
