I have been a customer at this Valvoline since 2017. I have never had a problem here. The workers have a great attitude and make me feel like they want my car to be safe and running well. They check everything when you get an oil change, but even when I've come for just a battery change or coolant change, I'll ask them to fill the tires or check the other fluids, and they are always happy to do that. They never pressure you for anything. They make good recommendations and let you know when the last time you had something done so you can make your own decision. It's a very convenient location, and I would highly recommend this place.

Wagner was amazing! He was able to help my daughter with her car and provided a trusted mechanic recommendation! He was so helpful and kind, people like him make me remember that the world isn t all bad, thank your Wagner, you are appreciated.

Visited 3 rd time for oil change. Could not do it eaxh time . Even if it was the first car waiting - they had no courtesy to even come up and tell wait times . You have to wait , look towards your window and wait for them. I drove away for their unprofessionalism everytime

I always go here for the oil change. I like Wagner and Will. They are a funny duo. They always treat me well. I have no problems with my oil changes. It s pricier than other places but you pay for the convenience and time saved.

I visited this oil change place on a whim but it was actually a pleasant and fast experience. Walter and Dreck waited on me and they were friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about their job. They didn't try to get me to buy extras or swindle me. I definitely recommend coming here for an oil change and more.

I am a long time customer of Manager Wagner at Valvoline in Piscatway. I always appreciate the great service that Wagner and his team (Dustin, Omar and Will) provides. I trust their work and enjoy their excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.

They are so rude. They overcharged me. never reset my car & the guywas beyond rude to me. yelled at me for not driving the car in properly and claiming I was on my phone. yelled at me like I was a little kid. dont got here

Very disappointed I visit 3 times this place and never have a attention one time don't have oil second time the guy on lunch 3rd time the guy says busy with one car only is dissatisfied

Wagner was very nice to work with. He recommended a few things that I needed, but I couldn't get this time. He was very helpful in explaining what was a priority and what could wait a bit more. Wagner and the other rep (which I couldn't get the name) were very professional while helping me out. I'll definitely come back for the next service and for our other vehicle.

I went with a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. They told me that I had to wait 24 hours in order to use it which isn't true. I had the bar scan for th coupon and it was ready to be used. I went to the one in South Plainfield and they happily helped me and took my coupon. Same day. Workers in Piscataway were really rude. Go to the one in South Plainfield instead.

I went to Valvoline for an oil change. Omar and the other employees were super friendly and professional. There's always coupons available on the website and I never have to wait more than a minute to pull my car into the service bay. This was my second time at this location and I will definitely be back for future oil changes/car maintenance!Service: Oil change

i went to this location with groupon for oil change. The manager here checked first and then i was in queue for 45 + miins and when it was my turn manager said the groupon has to wait 24 hrs to use . It seems he didnt like use of groupon. I am going to check with groupon on what this manager at valvoline said. If anyone else had similar issue at this location, please mention here

I visited the Valvoline in Piscataway on 5/18 and had a wonderful experience. Wagner and Kristen? were helpful, friendly, and quick! I would definitely return to this location.

I ve been getting oil changes at this valvoline for a few years, and although there s different technicians there every time I go, I ve never had anything less than a great experience. They re always incredibly kind and helpful. I always leave here with a smile because of the absolutely amazing customer service by every single employee. I won t go anywhere else

Good if you're looking for extremely fast service for an oil change but as expected price is extremely high even with coupon.Dislike how they push engine cleanse on customers for $65.00 which nowadays is completely unnecessary which is why 3 stars.

Today was my second time visiting this location. Wagner, the manager, was there both times and is always very helpful. He explained to me exactly what my car needed, the cost, his suggestions, and did all of the work in less than 30 minutes. I bring both of my cars here for oil changes and always have a fast and great experience. Highly recommend if you care to save time and money.

This has been the best experience I've had getting my car serviced in my life. Lauren was an absolute gem who was knowledgeable, professional and down right awesome. She coxed me though the whole process (I was on the verge of a melt down because I had little to no oil in my car - _-) but she just made my whole day better. Then add the manager Mike in the mix and this is a duo that is honestly too good for this establishment. All in all my car got served my mood got fixed and I am a happy camper. So thank you Lauren and Mike for turning my day around Service: Oil change

I like and trust this shop to do oil changes and the basics. They are honest and don t get paid any commissions for extras like the other company shops in the district. Today I was told by an owner of a body shop who is also my friend. My car s oil pan was destroyed by this valvoline shop in 2019 July. Since then they have been changing my oil but the filter is never replaced because they can not pull the filter out. The label on the filter shows 7/14/2019. What is worse is that they never told me about the damage. The worst outcome is that I might have to change my engine. It might be damaged already. My friend s workers are working on it now and will figure out on Monday.This is the manifestation of the irresponsibility of this Valvoline shop. If they had told me earlier, the consequences can t be so bad now.They are the worst shop I can imagine. They make mistakes and hide them. They don t inform the customers of the truth.Avoid it!!!!!

I ve been going to this place for may be 20 years now. Best place for oil change.I use to live in the vicinity but now I live 20 miles away but still go there. I will miss Mike, I heard he retired.

Convenient and professional. They changed my oil without me getting out of my car. They were a bit pricey for bulk oil. They wanted $5.00 to top of my antifreeze. Did not top off my washer fluid, nor did they check tire pressure. No discount for my own filter. I think they are not competitively priced, but they got the job done quickly.

The staff in this establishment are very professional. They communicate what they're doing at the time your vehicle is being serviced. While examining your vehicle, they will suggest what service needs to be done right away and what could wait. Highly recommend them.

This place is awesome. Wagner and all the guys are awesome. We bring our work trucks here with our fleet program through valvoline and they always make sure everything is working top notch. They let us know when things need changing, without pressuring us into doing it. Their honesty with us allows us to plan out our services when they are financially smart for us.

The employees at this Valvoline are so professional & knowledgeable they really go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe and cared for properly. What nice guys !!I recommend going to the Piscataway location. Drove up and their bell wasn't working when you drive over it so I beeped my horn and the guy came out and gave me an attitude about beeping. We left and went to the other valvoline further down stelton.

Can't really complain, nice people, in and out in no time, didn't try to sell me any stuff unlike other oil change places. Honored a $15 dollar coupon as a first time customer, and they always have a $10 coupon on their website for returning customers.
