I came in for a routine service and was pleased to see they have a woman mechanic. She was very pleasant and informative on the service I was requesting. They performed the service and recommended one other item. The front office is very kind as well, I'd highly recommend.

Great work from Francisco and his team to put new brakes and tires on my BMW. He worked with me to get OEM parts from the factory. Highly recommend bringing your car here. Very honest and professional.

I've been to many different places in the past ...to get my car repaired but none of them compare to the amazing staff and outstanding customer service and repairs at New Age Automotive in Piscataway!The entire staff delivers world class customer service.. they help you understand what's wrong with your car and they never overcharge you for repairs..like the other places I've been to in the past have done.I've recommended them to my friends and family.. Every review of New Age Automotive is right on the money! Francisco and Dilcia are the most reliable, honest, hardworking, and diligent people you'll ever meet. Had my car towed there for an engine issue, Francisco got to work on it in no time and had it done in less than three hours and my baby Solara works like a charm! He showed me exactly what was wrong, explained things simply so I could understand them, and even gave me the parts that were still in good condition! I'll never go to any other mechanic. Wish I could give you guys a million stars or a million dollars. Pleasure doing business with you!! UPDATE: Want to thank New Age Automotive again for checking my brake booster and giving me an honest assessment that it was still in good condition rather than charge me to replace something that doesn't need to be fixed. Francisco and his family are God's greatest gifts to this Earth. No other mechanic I'll ever go to than NEW AGE AUTOMOTIVE!P.S. THE PRICES HERE ARE UNBEATABLE!!! Francisco and his wife have a great business and are very communicative when it comes to updates on repairs. Francisco has worked on a few of my cars ranging from brakes to A/C system repairs. They are honest and will never try to upsell you on work that they believe is not needed. Best and fastest service in the area! I took my SUV in because it was leaking antifreeze in the cabin. Anthony was able to replace the heater core in less than 48 hrs and now the heater and the AC works great! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a great mechanic and a fair price. Thank you!

I have 2 cars and I bring them both to New Age whenever I need some work done that I don't feel comfortable tackling myself. Francisco is very professional, offers fair pricing, and ensures the job is done correctly using quality parts. He can do everything from simple tire replacements and oil changes all the way up to engine and transmission swaps and he works on a wide variety of vehicles. I first went to Fransisco when my head gasket blew. He did a wonderful job and my engine is still running strong after 3 years. Been back multiple times after for various things. Best mechanic I had. Recommend Fransisco to my friends and no body has anything bad to say about him. His prices are more than fair and always goes above the call of duty. Treats you like family. Great honest mechanic. If you anything on your car fixed Fransisco can do it.

Francisco is a 5 star mechanic,he is the most polished and knowledgeable Mechanic. He takes pride in his work and the results of his work are proof of that. His prices are very reasonable and he does his work In a timely fashion suitable to your needs. Everything about Francisco is professional. I'm so glad hes my Mechanic. He was able to take an engine out of my pathfinder that was no good and install another one with no problems in a timely fashion at a very very good price. I'm so impressed with how good of a job he did putting that engine in that I could even say that the truck is running better than it did before without any problems. I want to thank Francisco and his crew for doing such a great job.

Best mechanic around!!Very honest and direct. Very professional and courteous. Saved me from doing a costly and unnecessary job that was recommended to me by another mechanic. I'll be bringing all my cars to Fransisco. He has extensive specialized tools and a lot of experience in various types of cars. Including Saabs!Labor rates are very reasonable and Fransisco is very thorough and detailed with his repairs.

I love Francisco! Such an honest person and very up front with what s wrong with my car, what needs to be done, and what can wait. For someone with an older car who is always on a budget, it is good to know there are honest people like Francisco who will not only makes sure the job is done, he makes sure it is done right and will not charge you the world. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I will not go to anyone else

I was referenced here by a colleague of mine who had nothing but great things to say about Francisco and his team at New Age Automotive. Visiting their shop on the very first day they got me in and out in under an hour when I wanted to really just schedule it for later as I had many errands to do but knowing my safety was very important opted to have it done immediately. I went for a quick bite to eat and when I arrived back to the shop they were literally finishing up and putting my tires back. Now that is service and till today my brakes have been functioning properly and most importantly safely than when I had first brought it in there. Needless to say my family and I thank you guys for keeping us safe on these NJ roads and at a very affordable price, we thank you wholeheartedly.

Francesco and his employees have been servicing my vehicles and keeping them like new well past the 100000 mile mark ever since I moved to NJ. His prices for both major work and minor work are phenomenal compared to any shop I have used in the past and he always manages to make his services available when I have a pressing issue. Francisco and team are the best. My whole family goes there for automotive service. His rates are much lower than anyone else, especially a dealer. They are friendly and detail oriented, even for simple tasks like oil changes. I definitely recommend.

I found Francisco thorough a dealership where I purchased a car. From the moment I walked in it was nothing but a great feeling of finally finding an honest mechanic. I was looking for a new mechanic a few years back and I'm glad I found Francisco.He always goes above and beyond the call of duty. I have found it hard in the past to leave my vehicle with someone I didn't know let alone trust. I have had only positive experiences at New Age and would not hesitate to use him again. His prices are also extremely competitive given the quality of work he consistantly provides.

I enjoy going to Francisco and his team. Everyone is very knowledgeable about cars. They work with you, and not against you. Ever since I start coming, I ve noticed I was being charged way more than what was required. Francisco and his team are fair to their customers. Stop by and get your ride fix by them.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Francisco is so very knowledgeable and is very fair and upfront about explaining things. He solved an electrical issue I was having that kept my car from starting. Additionally his other technicians and office staff are so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend New Age!!

2015 Audi A6 ballast and module blew! No headlight no led no turn signal! Reached out to Francisco my man of course he had the solution after hours of getting to the electrical issue. Not only was he quick and professional but honest and saved me over $600 dollars compared to dealer!! Must see! Cut out & stole the 3 catalytic converters in my mothers ford 500 & re-welded it back together with straight pipes. The car was so loud that we had to take it to another mechanic and get a second opinion and that s when we found out all 3 of the catalytic converters were missing. Cost my mother over $1000 to get the car properly fixed again. When she confronted this thief, he said the tow truck driver must ve done it ! Dude is a thief & obviously in the business of stealing catalytic converter s & needs 2 b in jail!! Don t be his next victim, stay away!!!!

My dealer uses New Age Automotive for their toughest cases, when their in house mechanic cannot "get it done", so this review comes from them, as well!The stubborn,engine light needed to be off for inspection on a 2000 Monte Carlo, and New Age Automotive Performance and Electrical got It done!- two year sticker! I mentioned to the master mechanic that I was in the process of adding performance enhancements for the Monte Carlo, and needed a modification of the wiring. He offered that he had both the wire and soldering necessary to get it done, right! That's two home runs in one day to me! And I will take him up on the wiring work! The place is tidy and clean,, too.
