I would give zero stars but it won t let me. Came in for new tires. The tires are 150 per tire. With alignment came to over 1200 dollars. OK. They had the car over 5 hours and was told that the car is on the alignment rack. Called back an hour and a half later and was told. That the job hasn t been started because I needed new lugs. I get there and they tell that 3 tires were done. And wait to show me that they had completely destroyed one of my rims.

With a history of having had my car serviced by poor mechanics, I would highly recommend Mr. Tire. I have been going to Mr. Tire for years with them serving my previous classic car and my current new age car, and they have always done exceptional work. The workers are terrific and take the time to either show you personally or use samples to explain issues and how they intend to repair. If there happens to be an issue in which you need to return your car after service has been performed (few and far between), they go above and beyond to accommodate you in their busy schedules and make everything right. They seem to really value their customers and do their best to share coupons and work within budgets. C.J. and Danny (I think his name is) are great. Again, I would highly recommend Mr. Tire.

CJ helped me out with mounting and balancing a tire I brought in. I called around and they had the best price in the area. service was great. turn around time was exceptional, waited for a couple minutes in the parking lot. would recommend!!

Positive experience here! Brought my car in for breaks left it the night before and it was ready before lunch. Great customer service and communication from the service manager Ameer. Even explained to me the difference between the quality of the new rotors over the ones previously installed on my car. Will definitely be back for work in the future. Quick and convenient.

Had great experience at Mr Tire. The employees were friendly and Charlie was super helpful and knowledgeable. After a bad experience at another chain shop, I will definetly come back and recommend this shop to friends and family.

Popped my tire and brought the vehicle an hour before they closed. We were worried they would say no because they were closing shop soon.However, Brian and his team saw the urgency we had and swiftly got to work. They quoted a fair price and went above and beyond to provide comfort and hospitality as we waited. Bravo to Brian and his awesome crew. We started the day poorly, but they made it significantly better!Thank you!

POOR SKILLS AND POOR ATTITUDE Absolutely not recommending this place for any services. Went there to take off one threaded wheel lug, the guy at front desk first told me it is about half hour labor which cost $75. However, when I went to pick up the car, they expected to charge more than 200 dollars. I asked for the time they started working on my car and I was being asked are you serious right now . They were lack of experience and patience. And the guy at the front desk has a very bad attitude towards customers.

TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, had my wife go in for a tire change and prepaid using my veterans USAA tire service and boy did I make a mistake picking this place. First they had a hard time finding my appointment which is fine but realistically it just meant they didn t even try looking for it I m sure, then proceeded to tell my wife that it would be a surcharge to change out the locks since we didn t have the key ( we had the key) and I ve changed the tire myself manually when there was a flat so really it was just lack of effort and every tire shop I ve been to in the past can attest that indeed the tires come off without having to break it and charge me an extra 150 so overall just terrible service and would definitely not recommend if you want to get in and out with no extra charges for simple repairs, if you want to get up-charged then go to this place for sure!

I made a 9:30 appointment for a tire repair and an oil change. The man at the counter (Brian) was miserable, clearly didn t want to be there, and complained the entire time. Brian made it clear that he is not normally at this location, just filling in, and hasn t been in this location in a few weeks. He also made it clear that appointments don t matter. I was not in a huge hurry so I sat and waited. Brian talked to everyone, including other employees, like they are idiots. Whereas instead, he is, because he couldn t keep clients straight. He confused my car with another car. I had to remind Brian several times what I was there for. If it weren t for Antonio, I would have probably had to buy 2 new tires out of Brian s lack of organizational skill and effort. During my two hours in the waiting room, I learned Brian s life story. He wishes that he were on vacation and would never come back. To top off my visit, Brian was a misogynist. He complained about how the computer system was definitely made by a woman because of the order of wording in tires (passenger rear or rear passenger). He told me that if I needed him that he would be at the Edison location tomorrow, however most women with husbands don t need him. Brian then said he would stop and behave. While I was at the counter, Brian was being pulled away to the garage. He told me I ll be back sweetheart, and patted my hand. When my car was finally ready, I thanked Antonio for taking care of my car. Brian rang me up and top of my experience he told me my engagement and wedding rings were backwards. Another lady waiting in the shop told him to leave me alone.While I do not believe this location or company in general is bad. I do believe that Brian should not be employed. I cannot believe Mr. Tire would send this person to go and train other locations. In the better interest of the company, they should send Brian on a permanent vacation.

My mom had a nail in her tire and she stopped by Mr. Tire to see if they could fix it The staff was so helpful and welcoming and they were able to fix the tires fairly quickly. We highly recommend this tire service shop. Thank you to the team for helping my mom.

I was quickly loosing air in my tire and stopped by without an appointment. Brian was quick to help me out and get my tire patched without me being late to work. Great customer service and conversation while you wait!

We ve been bringing our cars to Mr.Tire for many years. They are always friendly and professional and they explain everything they do. We find them very honest and their work very good. When we leave their shop we know we re driving a safe car.

I must say Brian from the Edison branch was MORE than helpful. Extremely polite and detailed thoroughly... My size tire was was not available in the Edison location so he met me personally at the Piscataway location to get me back on the road in an amazing timely manner... I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND SEEING HIM for all your vehicle needsAND COMING TO MR TIRE IF YOU HAVE ANY TIRE ISSUES or anything else.

Edit: use to be a good location but now it's worst. I had oil change appointment at 8:30 and received the confirmation when I reached I was told nobody will be here until 9 so they reschedule me for 11:30 and then I was told it will take one and half hour after waiting half an hour. Later I was suggested to go-to Valvoline as this is not a Oil change shop :) because I inquired how much more time it will take as half an hour past and still my car was not taken in.So if you have plenty of time and nothing to do else in your life then this is the location.

wish i could leave zero stars. had to bring my car here as an in network place my claims company works with bc when i push my breaks my car shakes. that man at the front desk with the man bun looked me in my face and told me nothing was wrong and maybe my routers were a lil worn but nothing the claims company would fix. i had a gut feeling they were being lazy and didn t wanna deal with silver rock company( mind you this was my second day there so wasted time the first day in which i had to call them for an update an hour before they closed bc i didn t hear anything but i digress ). literally left there drove somewhere else and they said yea you need new breaks. got it approved by silver rock SAME DAY! i knew something was wrong. don t go here. they are lazy and will tell you anything to get you to leave so they don t have to work.

MR SCAM - Damaged my tire and later tried to make me buy a new one.I scheduled an appointment, and I left my car at 11:50 a.m. with a new tire (attached photo), and 50 minutes later, the front desk guy said, "you know Marcos, you will need a new tire, give me some minutes, and I can give you the cost for a new one," and I asked, "why? my tire was only flat," and he said, "let's see your tire" once there I noticed my tire was damaged (attached photo).He didn't know I had taken a photo of my tire before the appointment. So I immediately notice the difference.Of course, I was upset and asked why they damaged my tire to make me buy a new one; this guy became so aggressive, yelling at me that I wanted a free tire. which is funny because I just wanted to fix my flat tire and they damage my tire trying to get extra money.For now, I don't know what I'm going to do. However, people be aware of this place.Note 1. I read some reviews, and this situation is common in this place. I'm not the only customer who was tried to be scammed.

I had the worst experience ever here. Went there for brake replacement, they claimed the thing would finish in 1 hour, I got there and waited for 4 hours. Then guess what, they told me no parts. The person worked at store had big attitude on me for no reason. I felt extremely offended
