The staff helped me find the best option for my headlight and helped me replaced my busted one. He was indeed very friendly and courteous. He also recommended what washer works best during winter time. I appreciate the help and thank you for the recommendations. A job well done indeed!

Got a replacement headlight bulb. Manager helped me switch it in my car. Got it done in less than five minutes. They did an amazing job! I would recommend anybody come here.

Brian S. is amazing. I came in just looking for a replacement bulb and he went out of his way to assist me. He's extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. AutoZone has so many accessories. Went in for engine check and Mr.Myron assisted very well and diagnosed the car. Services are good and reasonable.

This store scam people offering rush delivery charging more but then wash their hands blaming FedEx because they don t get it when they promised, and they don t give you your money back, you should just order standard delivery or you ll get robed.

They almost always have what I need for my vehicles. My biggest gripe is that their OEM compatible gas caps always give check engine lights exercise. They never have provided whatever the vehicle is looking for. I still use them as they lock and oems from the dealer to not. Also every guest attendant has a hard time figuring out the key. Some of them don't even bother to let me know they have not locked it. That's a 50/50 the attendant was lazy verse hard to use.

Had great experience with the staff got my parts and Sebastian was so helpful. His fluffy beard and belly reminds me of Santa . Brian reached around him and helped get my bulbs. They worked together to get the bulbs put in my car . Great team work guys.

I went there last night for 1 item. They didn't have what I needed but something close so I decided to purchase it. The problem was that there were only 2 employees there. Neither of them cared about the 4 customers in line for over 10 min nor did they care about the 2 more that waited as well.They didn't acknowledge any of us and I'm pretty sure they were going slow on purpose.

Horrible...bad customer experience...the gave me the wrong parts TWICE then send me to the east Brunswick location. They did not apologize nor care for my time....not even a discount...I will go to NAPA next time

The counter employees are brain dead! Common sense is lacking with 99% of them. How you work in an auto parts store and know nothing about them is mind blowing.Go to the Front Street store in Plainfield they're 10x better or go up the street to Advanced Auto Parts. There staff is a lot more professional and knowledgeable in the auto parts business.

I went in to replace my lights for my car and the man that helped me was so helpful and nice. He took the time to check to make sure everything was working properly after helping me put them in. I forgot his name but he was the gentleman who only works two days a week and retired :)

Customer service was awesome! Came here late to get an emergency part and the staff were really helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is they don't have too many parts available but its no ones fault. Just be sure to check their website or call ahead.

Came here to get a new battery and was expecting to do it at home but instead their store manager Jonathan actually came out to my car and helped install it for me! I really appreciated their customer service.

Everyone here is super helpful and friendly. They will help you find the right parts if needed and even help you install them right in the parking lot. Andrew Y. helped me find the right windshield wipers for my car and put them on for me right after. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Was there for my son's driver's test. There are signs there stating, "No practice driving," but because there is no gate at the entrance, people practice parallel parking every weekend, all day long. He basically drove around the block, all 25 mph streets, so the test was really easy, almost nonsensical, really.

Decent size store, but I came for something that on the website said was in stock, but when I show up, it was all gone, web stock inventory do not update real-time or delayed by a couple hours. I'm thinking the update process will take more that a 1day for inventory on website to reflect what is in the store. Also price on some items dont reflect on the tags.

Auto Zone advertise that they will change your headlight bulb if needed, however after purchasing two bulbs the young man briefly looked under my hood and said sorry I won't be able to change the bulb I cant easily get to it. Very disappointing.

The staff was very helpful and i went kut of my way to write this review because the customer service was phenomenal! They asked me if i needed any help and they went out of their way to find out if I needed anything! Great people!

Minutes to closing, May and Hope came to the rescue. May accommodated my spark plug request and had us on the road in no time. She also signed us up for the AZ rewards knowing we'll be back. A job well done my ladies.

Came in for a battery replacement, Tafari was so genuinely sweet & kind going over my options and doing the replacement right in the parking lot. Highly recommended, will be back for future needs!!

Very unprofessional staff, I went to buy a radiator and antifreeze, they accidentally gave concentrate antifreeze. After waisting a whole bottle of antifreeze the manager was not helpful at all, telling me that it s ok to run concentrate coolant or to just add water which i can t because is not properly measured. They don t care about your vehicle or your pockets. After this bad experience I wouldn t be coming here ever again

Great place for auto parts/needs. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Wilson helped me find the best wipers for my car needs. He did not try to upsell me (which I appreciate!) but instead focused on what I wanted and what was best for my car. I didn't know how to change my wiper blades, so he went out to my car and changed them for me. To me that is exceptional service - above and beyond what many stores offer. Great service! Love the new wipers. Thanks Wilson and AutoZone!

I was having a horrible day due to my car not starting. However May turn it all around for me. May gave me the best service I have ever at auto zone. She recognize that my battery was not good right away . Look up my warranty and provide me the best solution. THANK YOU MAY AND KUMAR !! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !!!

I am compelled to write about May, a manager at Autozone, whom I had the pleasure of meeting today. I was greeted by May and told her what I was there for. Of course she did what her job entailed, making sure I found the parts I needed which is what you would expect. But she didn t stop there. She also made sure I had all I needed to complete the job, including things I had overlooked, as well as looking for coupons I could use and going out of her way to help me with a payment issue I was having!! May and Angel are both very personable and professional and I look forward to seeing them again as I plan on buying all my auto parts from them.

Super helpful people. Usually Autozone won t take out your battery if you needed a recharge, however Isaiah went far and beyond and agreed to take it out himself instead of insisting that I who have to do it like other Autozone stores and Advanced Auto stores I have been to.
