I m from out of town and had an urgent situation with my vehicle s braking system. Without an appointment, Justin took my vehicle in, had the issue quickly diagnosed and professionally repaired within the day so we could continue with our travels. I can recommend this shop based on my experience. Highly satisfied .!

Joe is the owner has been doing great work for 40 years. He is well networked and a sincere person who can get things done. He can also fix just about anything else. He did an amazing job on my body work. I would highly recommend him for your needs.

I am living in my car and about 3 weeks ago my window stopped going up it has been cold the past couple of days and I stopped at RAR automotive and asked if they can fix my window and that I don t have anything said don t worry about it they have good value I would recommend them

Have been living in pinebrook for 3 years but didn t know that there was auto repair shop right next door(hopefully they put up an eye catching board). Found the shop through Google search and came here because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. Went to couple of other franchise auto shops before this and got a quote from them which was almost double of what I got from RAR. Other shops tried to bake in other problems as part of their diagnostics and bloated up the estimate but RAR did the engine diagnostic and came up with the exact problem which was causing the check engine light to go up and fixed that problem. Super happy with the result and good to know that there is trust worthy repair shop right next door.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Such a great shop. My car has been a nightmare due to old age with replacing parts & repairing others for the past few months, and everyone here has been so nice & helpful. And PATIENT. Came in with a flat tire and just needed help getting the rusty tire bolts off, did it with a happy smile. But you can just tell. These guys are processional and super nice

Wonderful business and friendly, honest employees. They don't take advantage of you for lack of understanding or upsell you everything to make a few extra dollars.For one specific issue I had, they let me take my car, before paying, to make sure the problem was resolved. Not going to find that kind of service many places nowadays.Even after moving further away and having many other closer garages, I still make the drive because of their service and quality of work.

My overall experience was pleasant. They were flexible with my schedule. The pricing was fair. Excellent service! And as a young female normally I need my dad to come with me to ensure that I do not get charged an arm and leg or be told additional work needs to be done when it is truly not needed. So it was nice to deal with a genuine family owned shop not looking to nickel and dime its customers.

Was driving to The Poconos from Queens and busted my fender liner. They took me in, gave me a fair and honest fix, a fair price, and all within 20 minutes. Lovely people, lovely place. Highly recommend

I am the owner of a mini cooper and found Joe and his team ready to take care of whatever the car needs at a very reasonable price. They know what they are doing and can advise you of the present needs of the car and will let you know if there is something you should be concerned about for the future without ripping you off. I have been very happy with RAR..

Well equipped shop with professional ownership management. Father & son run the operation. Personal, friendly people. Full service shop with repairs and Body Shop services. I was referred to R&R by a former employee. When's the last time you heard that one ? My experience was one of total satisfaction. Fair prices and no surprises or high pressure up-sale on repairs. They even agreed to fairly correct a goof up of mine I had created when working on my car. I will be using them for future repair needs. Be careful, you can easily pass right by the business as it is set down on a steep decline from Changebridge Road. Support your local independent business's and you will be rewarded with the type of service you deserve.

I have used RAR since I have moved into Montville. They are the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone. They are fair and honest and do quality work

Came here to get my vehicle done. Was pleasantly greeted by the owner of the business. The work order was to do a tire install and oil change. The owner was kind enough to rush my car through the shop within a hour and half knowing there were many cars needing servicing. But as i left, they never did the oil change. Had to come back a second time to get my oil change done. Owner really needs a better workforce and better communication between mechanics so the work get's done properly.

My husband went to get his oil changed yesterday and when he came home all he could talk about was how he loves going to RAR. He has been going there for many many years. He goes on and on about how professional and friendly they are. The one thing he really appreciates above all is their honesty. He says they have never treated him unfairly and would not think of ever going anywhere else. Thanks RAR for making my husband happy.

I do not recommend them . They had my car for 2 full weeks. They took the motor apart looking for the problem. They then figured out it was not the motor, but the computer. I was so angry, I picked up the car. When I got home, the next day I noticed a large oil puddle under the car. At this point I took it to the dealer. They figured out in 2 hours that it was a computer issue. They also told me that whoever worked on this car threw it back together causing the oil leak... I would never go back there again, NEVER..

It is so hard to find a good, honest auto service, it is even harder than finding a good doctor, but I saw this auto service on the local tv channel by chance as I don't watch it and it happened that I was looking to find a solution for my car shaking in spite of new tires just installed. I was expecting to pay over $200 to find and fix the problem. 1 hour later problem was finally found and fixed and I paid a fraction of what I thaught it was going to be. I'm a perfectionist, unfortunately, and I worked for my family auto service when I was a teenager, but this auto service gained my trust and respect, which is very very hard. Don't take my word for it, but I highly recommend you give it a try yourself.

I would recommend these guys to everyone. They are dealer quality for much less. We tried them out for the first time not too long ago and were extremely pleased. One stop shop for all your vehicle needs!!

Just started using RAR about a year ago and they are great. Today I came in with a fender that fell off and Justin fixed it on the spot...no charge.....I'm sold

Worst place! Never get you car for auto body works. They just do fancy work!
