Joe, the manager is so friendly! He is always willing to help anybody with their car needs. He s very efficient at what he does. Fixes whatever you need and doesn t charge that much money.And he s also really cute He has black hair and he s tall.

Always great quick service! I can get a free oil change at the dealership but prefer to go to Jiffy Lube and pay because of the quick fast Great service. Time is money and when I go to the dealership I m there for four hours minimum Jiffy Lube 20 minutes.Thanks guys

Good service but a little pushy with offering additional services. The mechanics are efficient and friendly but you definitely need to double check the invoice before signing. They are also good about applying as many coupons as possible during checkout. Overall I recommend.

I've been to the Pine Brook location numerous times for service. Joe the GM who runs the operation like he is the owner is a great guy to deal with. You can tell his crew likes working with him also, because they are just as much of a pleasure and give great service. Although it's an older Jiffy Lube I highly recoment them not only for an oil change but for tires and other services as well. Thank you Joe and the crew that help me with my tires this time.

Took my 2020 MB S560 for B maintenance at Jiffy.... They surpassed my expectations.... 1/3 of the price of the dealership, and they were quick and provided good service

Yes I got their at 7:45am, and I knew that they didn t open until 8:00am. As soon as 8:00am reached, they were their asking how could they help me. And I was out of their by 8:20am. Very good service and customer service. Thanks to all that were involved.

They charged me $50 for wiper blades and I asked 3 times for them to put air in my tires and they never did. The manager even claims they did and I watched the whole time they did not.

I appreciate their quick professional service as a team. This place in Pine Brook is clean and meticulous and I trust them to do quality work for a great price. I always use the coupons available. It s worth driving out of my way to get there from where I live in Paterson even though there are many local shops that can service my vehicle. These guys are fantastic and I give them a Five Star rating!Service: Oil change

Joseph and his team do an awesome job. As soon as i pulled in they took care of me right away with professionalism and courtesy. He had his guy do my brakes and it was quick. I was in and out right away. They knew i didn't want to be stuck in a mechanic's shop on my Saturday morning. I overheard one of the other customers saying how "this was the only shop he trust and that he's been coming here for years". I don't think i can trust mechanics in any other shop. Didn t asked me what type of oil I wanted to put in my car he just put the most expensive one which was $100 so I wasn t appreciated on that. The service guy just assumed I wanted $100 oil by asking me questions about everything else

Had to return 3 times to replace 4 different filters that were damaged. The only reason giving 2 stars is because the manager went above and beyond to get me a dealer filter on last visit.

Edit: 9/20/23 A year ago, this was the best oil change spot in the state. It's run by different people now, and the same tech who did my oil change when he turned my car off while leaving it in Drive, and couldn't figure out how to open the door. I had to reach into my own vehicle to rescue him like a toddler in a runaway car. They also spill oil all over the car every time they change it. I wouldn't go here, anymore.The best place in the state. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else. I feel so safe with this team and I am so grateful for their amazing service. I am on my third car serviced by the same crew. The day after I bought my new car, I took it to them. They are the best!

Best of the best. Me and my wife have been coming here for years. Took our Armada for brakes today. Joe and Gunther are the best. Highly recommend. The knowledge, professionalism and the hospitality are unbeatable.

The gentleman at Jiffy Lube were professional and respectful. Went it at 12:30 for an oil change they had my car out with in 35 minutes. They were not pushy or aggressive when turning down other recommended services as some places can be. The waiting area was small and clean. Sent my 16 year old daughter with her 17 year old friend for an oil change Paul Zimmerman the assistant manager scammed 2 kids for oil an oil change. The district manager rich rutnik was absolutely no help my daughter said they where rude and scary I will never send my daughter to any jiffy lube!! I don t know why you say thank you for the positive review my daughters experience was horrible and now frightful to take her car anywhere alone

Place has gone way downhill my last two visits. Last visit after I said "just an oil change" they tried to not only upsell me on the normal stuff but that my rear brakes were bad. Took the car to my own mechanic who found no issues.Today I went back only because it close to my job. Even though I again said "just an oil change" I was upsold not only on wipers and an a filter (which doubled my bill) but the brakes again. I took the wipers and filter but told the tech my mechanic is the only one who works on my car, which he accepted. That's the only reason I'm giving even two stars. On top of all this, I was there waiting for an HOUR and had to text my boss I would be late coming back from lunch. Went here because I needed an oil change, and they were on the way. Manager was very respectful and pleasant and gave me a fair price. Next time, I went back to them, even though they were a little out of my way. They were still respectful and courteous, but this time they tried to upsell me on service I didn't need, and although I did agree to new wipers I was disappointed to learn they had quoted me a price for ONE wiper. Who quotes a price for one wiper? When I noticed this before paying they did give me an on the spot discount, but still a significant premium over doing it myself and for only a small convenience, so I felt like I was doing them a service rather than the other way around. They are efficient but not sure if I will visit them in the future: I don't like being upsold, though this seems to be a modus operandi for the Jiffy Lube franchise. Got me in and out quick, though--in a jiffy.

My service at Jiffy Lube was excellent, very fast service and very professional. Short staff and I still received fast service. The staff and Mike the service advisor work as a team to make it happen. Great team work and will continue to go back. Very close to my job.
