I'd definitely recommend CarStar Proline Auto Body, I am happy with the work they did on my Tesla car. The Proline Auto Body Shop completed the work on time and they kept me posted with the repair status. Moreover, they cleaned the car from inside/outside. That was great as nowadays barely anyone cleans the car from inside.Thank you CarStar Proline Auto Body of Pinebrook for the great service, I appreciate it.

My car was hit in the parking lot, while I was at work. I was so stressed out about the whole situation. They made my entire repairs experience a breeze. Not only were they courteous, professional, comforting, and informative during the whole process. They got the repairs done quickly, vacuumed out the inside and my car looks better now than when I first got it!!! Highly recommend!!

Proline was great! Brandon couldn t have been any more accommodating. He kept me posted while he was working on my car. He answered any silly questions that I had. I highly recommend Proline esp Brandon for any car service you may need! I give them 5 Stars!

Joe and the entire crew at ProLine in Fairfield do an outstanding job and are extremely dedicated to detail, communication, customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship. I can not say enough about their service. When I picked up my vehicle today it looked better than it did off the showroom floor. I highly recommend ProLine for and collision repairs.

I brought my car in for a small dent repair. While it took longer than anticipated, the body shop was quite busy and the owner had a reasonable explanation. He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. Ultimately, I'm thrilled with the quality of the repair, so I won't hold the longer completion time against them. However, I must say that the woman who called to inform me the car would be ready the following day was quite rude and inconsiderate. Despite her unprofessional behavior, I still want to express my appreciation to the owner and the skilled technicians for their excellent work.

I would highly recommend Proline auto body service at the Pinebrook location specifically to everyone. The service was exceptional, Joe and Karina were extremely accommodating and would update me almost every day on exactly what was going on with the repair process.

Highly recommend! Joe & the Team did an excellent job in the repair work, services and overall accommodation to requests made by me as part of my repair work - thank you! My only recommendation would be better service with answering phone calls (likely a product of the volume of calls and customers).

They did a very good, clean job even though they took almost 3 weeks, They were probably busy, the reason I gave 4 stars was because i pointed out that one thing needs to be fixed and they tried but still could be more better.

I scraped my fender on a brick wall and took it here to get fixed. They did a great job. The job was finished a couple days late, however I would not hesitate to go back. Proline Autobody is top-notch! I recently had the pleasure of entrusting them with two different repair jobs on my 2023 Kia Sportage, and they exceeded all my expectations.The first repair a few months ago was a significant one, and the results were nothing short of outstanding. Joe and the team at Proline Autobody went above and beyond to bring my vehicle back to its pristine condition.In addition to the major repair, I recently had a small dent that needed fixing. Brought my car in after getting t-boned at a low speed in a parking lot and they made my door look as good as new within a week even matching an uncommon paint color perfectly. No hassle and very easy to work with. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but definitely will be back if I need to.
