Amazing. First time using WCC and I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else now. Cannot recommend their services enough. They made the process simple from day one and kept me updated throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with over the phone and in person was polite and professional. Not only did they repair the damage, but the truck was cleaned and detailed. I couldn t be happier with my experience. Thank you to everyone at WCC!

Mark was there every step of the way. I was provided with updates regularly about my Honda civic. They made my experience enjoyable even with the stress of having an accident. Highly recommended. They really have a great system going!!!

Awesome, fast, courteous and reliable. Also expert advice on cars. Appreciated the fast turnover on the repair of my vehicle and the vehicle looks brand new. They took top tier care of my car cleaning it and showing a love for what they do! Recommended highly.

I have used Warren County on numerous occasions over the last 20 years or so and have found them very professional and so friendly. Every repair they have done for me is top notch and undetectable. Great guys and a great job. They are my only choice in the area!

I had used WCCC before and was extremely satisfied with the work done on my previous car. I needed repairs on my new car and the obvious choice was WCCC. They are extremely professional and courteous. They take pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend WCCC. Tim was great. He doesn't over promise and under deliver.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! This company does not have your best interest at hand, after waiting two months for parts I come to find out they take advantage of billing insurance companies for repairs not needed. This place wanted an additional 46.5 hours of labor compared to 3 other estimates from other companies making them $4500 higher than all other estimates. Parts I didn t need and a Covid 19 Bio cleaning fee already on top of their other cleaning fee. I m sorry but if it s not required ( which it s not ) then don t bill your customers for a service that s not required, that should be requested by the customer. This is just a cash grab facility taking advantage of insurance companies and a fake pandemicThey wanted $8500 to repair this..

If you had an accident and you want your vehicle to look like it never happened and brand new when you pick it up then you need to have Warren County Collision do the work! I have to say I ve never been treated so rudely by a customer service person, both in person and on the phone. I went there through an accident claim, they said the car was totaled and the frame was bent. Needless to say, the frame was not bent when I went for a second opinion. They totaled it over $4800 to fix it. I got the job done for $1115 elsewhere. Don t bother with this place they are rude and they only want your money.

These guys are great . I brought my truck in from an accident that occurred. They did great work and got it done in a short amount of time . They also helped me through the insurance process . Very helpful. I highly recommend this business .Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They don't have your best interest. They want your money. I went through a insurance claim. They wanted more from the estimate. Understandable. But they weren't willing to make an invoice or anything to supplement the cost increase. I had a check that was sent to me by insurance and was turned away. And because of the lack support from the insurance company, this body shop refused to fix my car. This is not my fault i have done everything my power to communicate both insurance company and body shop. Mind you I had to make an appointment a month ahead just so it can be canceled a week before. "We don't work for $40 /hrand if we are going to get more money for this I won't do it"- mark K. Owner. Disgusting ! Don't waste your time let them lose business . So they don't have to work period !

This place is AMAZING!!! The customer serviceis stellar!!!Had an accident and took my vehicle here for an estimate. From the moment I walked in you can tell it s a quality shop. Clean, neat, tidy, very welcoming and the staff was present and answered all my questions.This is a PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SHOP- no BS... allemployees were dressed professionally and the repair area was tidy and clean. A reflection on their morals and type of work they do.Had them fix my vehicle and it was done in less than a week and ahead of schedule. They guarantee all labor etc. A nice touch.They are AAA Approved repair facility and that is a difficult approval to obtain.Mark was especially helpful with getting my estimate to the insurance company and helping facilitate the approval of additional items that were not initially visible during the inspection. Mark made sure to keep contact with me throughout the process and made the repair process easy and without any hassle.QUALITY WORK, FRIENDLY SERVICE, CLEAN SHOP and comfortable atmosphere. What more can a consumer want???USE THIS SHOP- you will NOT be disappointed.THANK YOU for a wonderful job!!! You guys rock!!!!!

Prompt, professional service. Not only were my repairs done 100% the communication throughout the process was exceptional, they even beat their estimate by 1 day. They coordinated everything with my insurance company and my car was returned good as new. After my encounter with a deer my 2003 looked like 2015 when Mark and his team we done. Thanks!

Wife hit a deer. Had them do an estimate. Basically we came up with to junk the car. The company is looking to take advantage of your insurance to cash in. Wife took car to H&k in Stewartsville. They said we can fix. 2400$ later car is perfect. Would recommend H&K over these guys. Wasted tripService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

As owner of an auto repair shop, I need a good body shop to outsource paintwork to and to recommend to my customers. I have recommended Warren county Collision to my customers and family in very good conscience for may years. Never have any come back to me with anything but good reviews and gratitude. My own experience with them has been great too.
