My uncle a car guy who doesn t just let anyone touch his cars recommended I call Voglers when I had an oil leak. Todd and his team fixed my cracked oil pan and replaced it with a higher quality pan. He also found and fixed an annoying rattle in my steering column. I highly recommend Voglers, honest, knowledgeable, fair price and customer-service minded.

Todd is friendly and a great sense of professionalism. I had a coolant leakage problem with my car. I called to initially state my issue and he said I would be able to drop the car off that day or the next day. After dropping it off, the repair took around two days and the invoice was at a reasonable cost. I would return for future and any auto issues moving forward. 5/5

Todd and the team at Voglers were great!! On a frigid day in January, my car window broke and I had to drive home in freezing temperatures. I d never been to Voglers before but a friend recommended them and they took me right away! Told me to come straight in from work. They were kind, friendly, and fast! We ve already been back for oil changes and check engine lights. They re our go-to mechanic now. Highly recommend!

OMG these guys are fantastic!!! Mr. Todd is excellent!!!! As a business for 8 years myself it was very satisfying to see another owner operate with a high sense of courtesy!!! Phenomenal communication!! And most of all integrity from start to finish!!My family and I had the rear go out on our 2018 Dodge Ram!! About 4 miles from this shop!!! The next morning we asked a local who he thought we ought to use and with out hesitation he said Voglers!!! Not only am I super appreciative of the recommendation!! But I am also super happy with the price!! (I called back home in Texas just to see what I should be paying after I got the estimate and the price was significantly less than I would have paid back home!!!)Needless to say!! I d recommend Voglers to everyone I know!! Which is why I am submitting this five star review!!! By the way!! The over 1000 mile trip I made home assured me that my truck went to the right place!!! And on top of that the Owner Todd checked on me the next day!!! You talking about a good feeling!!! My family and I thank you Mr. Todd!!! You really really took care of us sir!!! Best mechanic ever! Todd spent over an hour under my hood and didn't charge me a single cent on my second visit, cars was throwing codes and everytime one got fixed another would pop up. Any other mechanic would have hit me $100+. Todd did make the correct call as it was the valves and not worth repairing on my 23 year old car. My very first visit he got me into his shop within 2 days of requesting an appointment, and once at the shop he gave a thorough check of my car and determined the repairs needed and not needed. Todd knows his mechanics and he doesn't take advantage of women or people who know nothing about cars. I will never go to another mechanic as long as I live!!!!Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Brought my car to Voglers seeking a good mechanic and a solution to my check engine light. The shop was large and clean and I was happy to have found them. After inspecting my car they suggested only an engine flush and said that the light would likely return and I would then be looking at thousands in repairs. I paid almost $300 for basically an oil change and the light came back on immediately. So I did some research on YouTube and found a video with the exact problem I was having, solved with a $25 quarter sized oil seal. I called around and found a mechanic who was very familiar with the issue and was able to repair it for just a little more that what Vogler charged for his oil change. It seems to me Vogler could have done a little more homework to earn my business. Sorry it didn't work out.

Over charge. Front light that cost 10, I was charged 57 for service fees, which brought the total price to 67. And also charge 57 for back light too plus 19 for the light. Which I thought was over price. So basically, oil changes plus two light changes, I was charged almost three hundred

I was pressed for time, had a big Florida trip and needed an alignment last minute. I couldn t find a shop that would be able to take me till I called this place.My car steers perfectly straight now! Todd has a new customer! Thanks!

We were driving from NYC to the Lehigh Valley when a landscaping truck dropped a bunch of empty mulch bags and one got stuck on our drive shaft. We rolled on over to Voglers and Todd and crew put our car right on the lift, laughed with us about the bag, and even reattached a loose flapping plastic panel under the car. In and out in 5 minutes. You can tell these guys love what they do and are kind and reasonable - they didn t want to charge us for such a quick fix. Wish we lived closer to make this our permanent garage. Thank you for the help!

My mom has been using Vogler s for 8 years and has always been incredibly well taken care of by their team. Todd goes above and beyond to ensure her car is in ship shape and does very honest work, never overcharges. He even gives her a ride to work after she drops her car off in the morning! I so appreciate their efforts to do honest, thorough work and keep her car running safely and smoothly.

I have been a loyal Voglers customer since 2016. Todd and his team always do a great job and know exactly what s needed, whether it s routine maintenance or an emergency fix. I trust Todd implicitly and am happy to know I can take auto maintenance and repair off my worry list. I always trust my Jeep here because it's convenient to work and usually it's fixed the same day I drop it off. My check engine light came on and I stopped in earlier in the week and Todd said he could take a look on Friday. I had the AutoZone print out of codes so I expected it to be what it was. I did not expect my reverse light to be changed but it was. I didn't take it in for that, I didn't mention it was out because I was aware of it and I had purchased the replacement bulbs when I had the codes diagnosed. They were on the front seat with the receipt because I've been moving things out of my storage unit all week and didn't have time. I did not want that done, it wasn't discussed, I didn't authorize it to happen because I can do those things myself. I change the bulbs together so they're the same because they usually blow out the same time. It definitely disappointed me to see a $25 charge on the bill for that and I didn't realize until after I had paid and Todd told me he did that. I was angry and just left because the work was already done so be aware. I was really mad that my stuff in the back was moved around to get to the access panel. He does good work, I've never had a problem until today but if you don't want something done, make sure you're clear that you don't want them to fix it. I didn't ask for an oil change or radiator flush and he didn't do those things so why he changed the bulb that I didn't ask to be done is still baffling me. I'm still changing both bulbs with the ones I bought so they are the same lot and same age but what he did for me was a waste of his time and my money and had he said something about it beforehand I would've told him to let it go but I didn't get that chance and I don't know why he didn't ask first.Also be aware if you are terrified of dogs that sometimes there are Doberman Pinchers in the garage. There is no sign about them and this is the 2nd time I've been there in recent months that there's a dog freely roaming and both times their bark stopped me in my tracks because I am traumatized from a dog attack. I'm not giving anything but 5 because he does good work, I just really wish today was a better experience.

Super friendly folks. Great service. I d definitely recommend them to anyone. My car had a bad cooling system sensor which was causing it to start up slowly/sluggish. From someone who was raised in, and has worked in, the automotive industry; my up-front, bottom line review is:There simply are not enough accolades to express my satisfaction with every step of my service experience at Vogler's. If you are looking for a service owner and team of mechanics that are attentive when you convey your concerns, will provide you with continued communication as needed, suggests and works out a plan for future care / repair of other smaller non-critical issues which can or should wait, (ie., a/c line repair in winter), has VERY fair prices, and assurance of the best possible repair or upkeep... Then Vogler's is the best choice around.Back story, first visit with Todd and conclusion:After 10 years having my van serviced by two other shops in the area, repairs done over the past two years / issues thought to be "repaired" had actually only been patch jobs... Therefore, it was past time to seek service elsewhere.After some investigation and a visit with Todd Vogler I chose to take my business to Todd and his team; they now have a lifetime customer!Todd listened very carefully about each topic of concern, my recent issues with previous two mechanics, and quality of parts and labor I expect. Todd was not only engaged and concerned, but he also assured me the repairs would absolutely be contrary to the experience I had with my last two mechanics. Todd and his team made good on that promise.My van is back to running the way it SHOULD.The only service team that will touch any of our family vehicles from now on will be Vogler's.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I recently had an issue with my Maxima where the original alternator had to be replaced. After looking at the positioning of it and what was involved, I realized I didn't have the time and some of the necessary tools I would need to safely do this job myself. I knew Todd from high school and hadn't been in contact with him in over 30 years, but always knew he had been a good mechanic. I remembered my brother had taken his vehicles to Voglers a few times and having recently moved to the area wanted to give the business to someone local and thought, who better than someone I already know. When I called up to make the appointment Todd answered and we immediately started reminiscing about the old days and the hot rods we've owned over the years and just catching up. Todd and his brother agreed it was the alternator and got me back on the road much quicker than I would've been able to do myself considering this wasn't an easy part to replace like on our old cars. They were very efficient, courteous and more than reasonable on their rates and have earned the rest of my future vehicle services. After talking about his services, unfortunately, I found that they also sell and install tires. I had just put a new set on my car, but will be going to you guys from now on for those too. It was a complete pleasure to see that they have built a successful business around doing what they love and excel at and also good just to catch up after so many years. I wish for your continued succes and take comfort knowing I have a fantastic local mechanic to bail me out when needed in the future.Service: Electrical

I was traveling from South Carolina to Connecticut and broke down. Was able to drive the car to their shop they took it in right away found the problem ordered the correct parts and fixed it. Absolutely great mechanics. Todd and his guys are top notch. I highly recommend Voglers for anyone in the area or if you happen to break down this is the place to go! Voglers Auto Repair has always been my go-to shop for automotive repairs. Their service is second to none when it comes to quality and professionalism. Their pricing is competitive and they always go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy and safe when leaving the shop after a repair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of auto-service. Plus, they're pretty funny, always laughing and having a good time in the garage. This can only mean that they enjoy what they do which leads to quality work and jobs done right in a timely manner.
