In the past several months I have, unfortunately, required their services multiple times. Two of these experiences have been absolutely miserable with tow truck divers who are incredibly rude and frustrating to work with. When towing through AAA 5 miles are supposed to be free and they always charge for those 5 miles, then get aggressive and angry when you question them about it. One tow was after 5 pm, and the driver told me that I d have to pay him in cash or he would unload the vehicle right there. That s so shady to me. I wish there was someone else who serviced the area. It s not fair that they take advantage of and treat poorly desperate people who have no other options.

5 stars. Super friendly receptionist and mechanics. They towed and fixed my RV after it blew a hose. Despite them being busy as heck they got the work done for a fair price and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend. Thank you again for getting my rig back on the road!!!

Everyone needs to have a go-to local mechanic. GO HEREFast, cheap, thorough, honest, professional and organized (they document everything), personable, will answer all your questions, keep your car safe over night with a locked/fenced lot. Go here.I saved a few thousand dollars coming here. I even had John fix things that I was planning to ignore since the price he quoted me at was so affordable. These are the kindest, most caring, empathetic people I've come across in a very long time. Me and my wife and our toddler son broke down not too long after beginning a many-hour roadtrip. Luckily we were able to painfully limp our hobbled car to the door of Rossangles, because within 3 hours we were back on the road with everything fixed. As busy as they were, they took the time away from other jobs to fix our car. And they even went a step further: because I am very far from a rich man, and am in fact the extreme polar opposite, the cost of the repairs were greatly reduced to exactly what I was able to afford. I left there with a restored faith in humanity. These are wonderful people who are very professional and do great work. They deserve your business, and you couldn't pick a better bunch to do it with.

Really positive experience with John! He came out to tow my car thru AAA when it wouldn t turn on. He popped the hood and quick reconnected a wire that got disconnected and my car worked. He saved me so much time and trouble! Very happy with the quick and helpful service.

had a great experience with AAA and Rossnagles. Our tow truck driver, Robert, was great. He was there in minutes and was very knowledgable and professional. Would highly recommend Rossnagles and Robert!!!

I got a flat tire Monday on 78 West. I tried to change it myself, but the lugs were on there too tight so I had to call AAA and they sent out a fellow named George from Rossnagle's Service Center. He arrived in under an hour and got on my spare tire in like 3 minutes. Very happy with his service.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenanceServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I been a member of AAA for 4 years I am a premier member so they offer 1 free battery a year if needed. This is the second time AAA sends this company. 1st time they tell me they don't do this on the weekends so I call them today on a Monday and there excuse is he is short handed.Service: Auto battery replacementService: Auto battery replacement

We have been using Rossnagle's for years, but over the past year service has really gone down hill. Now when we drop off the car, it sits for days before someones responds back to you. When you contact them for a status, most of the time the person looking at your car "is out sick", "not available..call back later" or other reasons. We're going to be looking for a new place to bring our cars going forward.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

These guys are the true bosses!I got a great discount as a first time customer, and they drove me home once, and picked me up later to get my car. This courtesy to the customer is EXACTLY what defines the TRUE spirit of the kind of all-American mom-and-pop style businesses that just don't exist anymore. Their decades of experience lends to a reputation well earned. If you need work done, see these guys FIRST. Many more good years to you, dear sirs!

This company performed a AAA tow for me to their service center and repaired my spark plugs. They didn t call to quote price or ask permission to perform the repair until after they had completed it which I ve never had a shop do before. The job was performed for a price within the high end of reasonable ranges though and they adequately fixed the problem. I wouldn t return to this shop again because of their failure to quote a price before performing the repair.

Had a service call in to AAA and it was assigned to this tow company. After waiting 2 hrs for them, driver refused to tow to Flemington to our shop. Only wanted to take to there repair shop.So wrong!!

Matthew came to tow my dads Mini Cooper out of the mud about 300-400 feet down a hill from the street! They said up to an hour but was there in approx 20 min. Amazing customer service, amazing tow truck driver(Matthew) and reasonably priced. Definitely would use them again if needed!!! Everyone was extremely friendly! Thank you Matthew for coming to my dads rescue. You are fantastic!! Thank you to the wonderful dispatcher that sent Matthew out to rescue us!

I'm not sure who's telling the truth and who isn't, but I called AAA for a tow yesterday and they advised Rossnagles refused the call because I was parked at a COVID19 testing site. I moved the vehicle and called back as advised to by AAA agent. Call went to Rossnagles again, refused again. Wasted a total of 5.5 hours waiting for AAA and this was one of the facilities that denied me the tow. Thanks for nothin'. PS: Received call back denying service the first time after 120 minutes, and the second time after 45 minutes.

I called AAA and made arrangements for my 4X4 truck along with my hitch attached wheelchair carrier and electric wheelchair to be towed to Firestone on 248 in Nazareth, PA. When the driver arrived he had a regular tow truck, I asked how he could possibly tow my truck including the wheelchair? He told me I had to take it off and make other arrangements for the wheelchair and carrier. I explained to him that AAA already did that for me and it was in the tow job description documented. He explained that he was dispatched and didn't know anything until he arrived on location with me. I asked him to read the AAA dispatch or call his dispatcher and he said it was not his problem. He then started saying that I was lying about the call, he hopped back in the tow truck and took off without saying a word. AAA call center immediately dispatched another local provider, apologized for the poor actions of Rossnagle's, and ensured me that Management at AAA and Rossnagle's would be notified. The other tow company dropped what they were doing and came to assist me and my wheelchair. Never have I been treated so badly for being disabled as I was by the driver at Rossnagle's!!!

Did a repair on my car, it didn t fix the problem. Then when I asked for a quote for an additional service they quoted me more than $500 over what other garages have quoted. The tow guy was nice though much appreciated dude.

I had a problem that my normal mechanics at the dealership couldn't solve. Rossnagle's fixed it thoroughly, and with great care for price and expediency. They've got awards covering their waiting-room walls and now I see why. I'm grateful to have found them!

Great family owned business. Does NJ car inspections, just moved to NJ and was thinking I was going to have to go all the way to Flemington just to get car inspected. Very helpful! I believe in sticking with the small businesses!

This place tried to rip me off. I had to keep calling to find out whats going on with my car to the point they made me miss a day of work. I call again and the guy tells me whats wrong and will qoute me a price. Next day comes, no call until I reach out to them again. They repaired a 02 sensor without telling me how much it cost prior. They quoted me a price of over $800 for a problem with my ignition switch. I took my car to another place and only charged me $270 and also fixed my AC including in the price.

Is there half a star or zero star rating? Wheel flew off my car. A good friend drove almost 2 hours to pick me up. Shop owner said I couldn't pay that night, their credit card machines go down at 5pm, but they're open 24 hours...hhhmmm, ok. Called to have it towed to my house. AAA would get my baby home. Except payment could not be made over the phone. Not with a credit card, not with a debit card, not with paypal, not with a wire transfer. Payment can only be made in person between 9am and 5pm. How is this even possible in this day and age??? I was told, "it's not my problem". I called out of work, and am trying to find a ride there and back so another tow truck can take my baby home. Horrible experience!!! Don't use them under any circumstance!!!

Brought in my old (2002), high mileage (263,000) truck to diagnose cause of recent inspection failure. Pat found the cause and another problem, gave me an estimate, and fixed both. He had to do a little makeshift repair, which is typically necessary for an old, high-mileage truck, and now everything is great. Also performed the inspection, so I don't have to visit the NJMVC inspection station for 2 years.

6/15/19 - This is a AAA Approved Auto Repair Center that was supposed to be open until 5pm. I had my car towed there only to be told that there were no mechanics (they had left for the day). It was only 1:30 pm.

Hard to be upbeat about a towing service, but these folks are kind and do the right thing. Automobile was totalled, they we're flexible with some of their policies and just made the hellish experience more tolerable. Good people.

I had a blow out on rt 78 west at exit 13 im from tomsriver nj , working in Phillipsburg, I called ROSSNGLES they showed up quick, very professional, they towed it all the way to tomsriver , with professionalism, if I lived in the Phillipsburg eara, I would definitely use them

these guys are the best. needed help with getting a headlight bulb bracket that I dropped inside the housing of the light while changing the bulb. using a grabber they fished the bracket out, installed the new bulb. they did this shorthanded because they are a AAA responder and other employees were out on calls. they know what their doing. they are also licensed inspection station so I take my vicheles to them for inspection.

The service was of quality and honest. Informed of an isolated issue with AC that they also fixed The cost of service was a a bit pricey but I would definitely go again, for a peace of mind. And the people was very customer friendly, John and the lady at the desk, Thanks guys.

As the only one in the lobby, they ignored my presence for a good 10 minutes then handed me my keys without even questioning who I was. Took them a week to even look at my car and rudely interrupted me on a phone call when I was trying to ask them when they would get to it. I will never give this company money again.
