Horrible experience. Premier performed $2000 of unapproved work and held my car hostage for 2 weeks until I paid $1500 in cash to get it back. The original estimate of approximately $1411 ballooned to a final cost of $3518.Based on feedback from my insurance company, the unapproved work performed by Premier was completed without notifying the adjuster, was inflated, and unnecessary. When I got my vehicle home and gave it a close inspection, I found the screws holding in the rear wheelhouse liners were not screwed in and were missing the washers required to hold the liner in place. There was also polishing compound and tape residue on the car that that I needed to remove myself. Finally, when I called for the owner, the person I was trying to get around, intercepted my call and took it himself. That was very unprofessional. The attached picture shows the 2 thumb size dents that needed to be repaired and mirror cover that needed to be replace. (Mirror cover only). Notice the damage is on the front right, which raises red flags as to why there was work performed on the rear of the vehicle. The only bright side is that the front office of the Lopatcong facility was very responsive and professional.I am currently in the process of filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.*** Adding additional information to my original review ***After my original review, I decided to check all of the items on my Premier CC invoice marked as R&I and while looking in the trunk, I found a baggie containing 12 screws and one push clip (picture included) which were the correct screws for reinstalling many of the parts removed to repair my car. Included in the baggie were:6 rear wheelhouse liner screws.4 rear fender cover screws.2 splashguard screws.1 Trunk side trim push clip.Because having the rear bumper cover fall off while on the roadway is a safety issue, I installed the correct bumper cover screws right away.Regarding the splashguard screws, these two screws held the outer most corners of the valance to the splash guard and were not installed allowing the valance on both sides of the vehicle to fall out of place (Pictures Included). Additionally, the 4 torx screws holding in the top of the splash guard were loose. Finally, the Front Door Trim Panel was not re-installed, rather it was found broken, in the door storage cubby (Picture included).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff was amazing! Christiana and Natalia provided me with updates on the progress of my car throughout the process. At pick-up, the technology was not working to process my card - but one of Premier Collision s technicians went through many possible ways until we were able to pay and drive home that day. I very much appreciated the determination and care that went into fixing my car. Plus, they deep cleaned my interior which was fantastic since I have many dogs! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their car body fixed up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
