I came for free diagnostic of my car. I was given the device, explained how to plug it in which I did and got the report once went back into the store. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.Located right on RT-22 east bound .

Went there to buy oil for my SUV, and the salesperson put in my my oil filter for free. His picture is displayed with his name. Also, service was fast and effective, with no long lines. Thank you, auto zone.5 stars for a great car service.

I went in to get my battery recharged and it was a good experience. Jacob really helped me and informed me on what I should do and overall gave good customer service.

I broke down on my way from Tennessee to Connecticut 8pm Friday night in the pouring rain ( shredded belt in a diesel van, 2 bad idler pulleys), parked in their lot, bought some tools and parts, had to sleep in my truck, got other things in the morning and made my repairs after the rain let up, they were very accomadating and helpful, they even asked how my dog was doing. Great staff , great experience.

This store stocks a LOT of inventory. Good help, but sometimes a bit of a wait if a weekend because typical of most service businesses these days, they're understaffed. Those who are there are knowledgeable and competent.

Cool place, good location. The workers seem to know what they are generally talking about, when asked about my vehicle.. The staff were pleasant and also supportive. Good crew!

The store had a deal for the "Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner" Buy 1 Get 1 Free, And when I went to checkout the person behind the counter lied to me saying the deal is for the smaller bottle which is not true, he did reduce the price for me but lying to a customer is not right. And my receipt shows he voided the deal (See attached photo). I don't support liar's. And they do not belong to be employed and trusted as a cashier.

There was this guy Anthony who put in a new battery in my car the man was extremely helpful, gave me a heads up on some things I needed n im glad he did the only downside I had i had to fill up my gas tank after but hey money well spent just to get my car back on the road

I was in a battery bind at 7pm on 12/15/21. My truck left me sitting where I was at, so I needed a jump start. Unfortunately, my battery wouldn't take enough of a charge to shift my automatic gears, so I was literally stuck in 2nd gear only. 2nd gear on take off, and high rpms driving as it just wouldn't shift out of it because of not enough juice to run the computer system in the truck. Obviously my battery was done and I needed a new one in a hurry. I got myself home (luckily it wasn't far, I took back roads), and sat in my truck, still leaving it run, while I called Auto zone to see if they had a battery in stock for me. I gave the guy my truck info and battery number over the phone, and he said they had one there to fit it. Then I said, I'm still in my truck, running, because I'm afraid to turn it back off in fear of it not starting again, and that I would like to try and get a battery immediately. I asked if there was anyway if I came right then and there, if someone could change out my battery for me? He said sure thing. So of course I drove right over and Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful. He got me the battery and kit I needed, and came right out to my truck to switch it out for me ... all the while with a smile, good sense of humor, skill, and speed. He definitely made my "bad situation" (I'm a single mom with a small child, so I need my truck) back to good in a short quick hurry, and I was extremely appreciative of his efforts and kindness. The world needs more people like him in businesses. He gets my gold star of the season for sure! So, thank you Auto Zone for employing such kind and intelligent individuals like Jonathan ... not everything/everyone goes unnoticed!!!~Heather

I used to always go to this store because the people working there were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. While they are still pleasant, I think the level of help offered has gone drastically downward. Still the best parts store in the area, though.

I have always been a loyal customer of the Zone. I was put on hold and now instead of music a Spanish only commercial. Not for me, an american, I hung up. Perhaps NAPA needs a new customer who still speaks english.

Phillipsburg Autozone employee goes above and beyond.This past Friday a friend was having trouble starting his car. So he went to Autozone to have the battery checked and possibly replaced. The employee took his battery and charged it up. Unfortunately after about an hour it was not taking a charge. While waiting for the battery to charge. My friend realized he had misplaced his wallet with over $100 dollars in it. When the employee told him he needed a new battery. He explained he just realized he lost his wallet and was going to try to find a ride home to go look for it and come back. The employee told him he might have a used battery that might work for him, but it also needed a charge. So after he charged up the used battery he found, he installed it. It worked and he said he could have it free of charge.This employee spent two hours trying to help this young man and he nor the company made a penny.� I was so impressed I just had to share this story so everyone knows that good kind people still exist in this world. And at least one of them works at our Autozone. I will forever be a Phillipsburg Autozone shopper now. I hope that nameless employee sees this and knows how very much he is appreciated. Not only did he help a stranger. While expecting nothing in return for his time and trouble... He helped restore my belief that good caring people are still all around us. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you....

I waited in line with three workers just standing there. One was with a customer. Then when the guy weighed on me he said what do you want. Very poor customer service. Then when paying one of them was hovering over me like I was going to steal something. Not a fan of this place at all.

They usually have what you need or they can order it. Call in advance to see if they have what you need. save yourself the trip. plenty of parking outside. look for online discounts to save on your purchase. discount codes are not hard to find with a google search.

Very pleased with my visit to this Autozone. My car broke down and Jonathan was more than helpful and got us back on the road within an hour.

As a commercial customer . I have never been treated with such an attitude from a commercial parts agent . Horrible just horrible! My account should be able to come up at any autozone .. im going to advance next door where they look up my account and will have me on my way . Very disappointed and angry with the lack of customer service

The manager is so unprofessional, he argued with me when I tried to return a radiator. He didn't believe I bought from there, then wanted to know where I work so he can get me fired from my job! I wish I could give them a no star rating, a big fat zero!
