I ended up here because my insurance recommended it , however the work and materials were second hand and the paint was extremely cheap even though insurance was billed extremely high. If I had paid out of pocket at another place the quality would have been better at 1/2 of what they charged the insurance company minus the hassle. If you must get the job done here ask the owner for proof of new parts and quality materials.

Mitch and Ruben were a pleasure to work with! They made the process of getting my car fixed easy and smooth. Their messages/app gave updates. There was a little hiccup in that they initially told me the car was ready as I was heading there but they forgot to fix a part. They were able to handle that quickly. They are cash only though now. They were reasonable in working something out with me.

I was in a car accident, and I thought my car would be totaled. My car wouldn't even turn on after the accident because the fuse box was smashed... BUT Reliable got my baby looking as good as new! I couldn't be happier. Thank you reliable!

I have been a customer of Reliable Auto Collision for several years. Mitch is incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He is my go to person for any repair work in both my cars. I strongly recommend him and his shop. His prices are very reasonable, specially with the superb quality of his work. Recently, I had issues with my battery and alternator and thought that they need to be replaced. After examining my car, Mitch said that they only needed some cleaning and he saved me a lot of money that I would have paid to replace them. I greatly appreciate him and all the other folks at Reliable Auto Collision.

Amazing experience. Delay was only due to my insurance company. The quality of work and customer service is A++++++. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for work on their vehicle. I went to two other shops who insisted I needed new parts, quoting thousands of $$ and repair taking 2-3 weeks. Instead Mitch and the team at Reliable Auto repaired the original parts in under a week, for less than 1/3 of the competition quotes. My car looks brand new. These guys do amazing work. I went to Reliable Auto Collision after my wife got into a car accident. I was looking for an honest mechanic with no time to spare because my wife was pregnant and we only have a Jeep. Mitch was great to work with, he is straight forward, professional, and gives an honest price. Our car had extensive damage in the front, Mitch was able to work with the insurance to make sure that every defective part was replaced. We got back our jeep in only a few weeks, and it looks great! Our experience at Reliable was all positive. We were treated so we'll and had everything explained to us about the repair to out car. The work was done in a very timely manner. When we picked up the car it looked like the day we purchased it. Not only was the damage from the accident fixed but even the inside was vacuumed and cleaned. We were so pleased with the way we were treated and the quality of the work. I highly recommend relreliable you will be totally satisfied.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely satisfied hopefully I don't have to get my car fixed again but if so I will definitely use and refer Reliable to others. My car was broken into they bust my lock and stole my airbag. Mitch made me very comfortable through the whole process. I dropped my car off on Monday evening and it was done by Thursday back to new and they detailed my car as well..

I started off getting several quotes to get some minor work done on my van. Mitch gave me a quote and time frame. I decided to go with Reliable and I was impressed by their work. He also had the vehicle ready as promised within the time frame. You can't even tell the vehicle was damaged. Excellent customer service and work. They also thoroughly detailed the van getting up all our dogs for. The manager Mitch knows how to deal with people and is very kind. Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about Reliable Auto Collision. Prior to coming here I did my research and I read every review on google and Yelp. I wanted to be sure I was getting a good deal and I wanted to make sure the job was going to be done RIGHT! I ended up picking Reliable Auto Collision based on my conversations with Mitch prior to bringing my car for the job. He promised to do a great job and said my car will be ready in 3 days. Mitch thank you so much for giving me your word and making my car look new again. Thank you for also detailing my car. You did an awesome job and if I ever need work on my car you will always have me as your customer!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Mitch is such a pleasant person to deal with and always is happy to see you walk in. Keep up the good job!!!

Had an accident a couple months back and the front passenger side was the part affected. After some research, decided to bring the car in for repair to Reliable and I have no complaints at all; they did a more than fantastic job, surprised how the car looks even better than new (I have attached a before and after picture in the gallery). Thank you Mitch and his team for the awesome job. Would highly recommend them and will continue to do business with you. Two thumbs up!

This shop is amazing! I've lived in this town for 19 years and I have to say out of all the auto mechanics I've visit in Amboy and out of town this shop by far is the best. Mitch really is an honorable guy and what separates him and this team compared to other auto shops I've encountered pure honesty.For instance, some shops I've encountered told me I had over more than one problem with my car after a single repair was completed, however I knew I only had one issue with my car because I keep it in great condition and maintained. in addition, some mechanics will say that "you got another issue with the car" just so you keep coming back and spending more money on parts that are unnecessarily in need of replacement. The Mechanics that I've encounter in the past told me i had a few issue with the car without at least showing me the evidence to support their claims, Mitch actually opened my eyes to that fact. He didn't want me to spend any money on parts I don't need unless the parts that ACTUALLY in need of repairs. My car was actually in great shape. What actually was damaged was a couple parts that was connected to my wheel. Mitch and his team pinpointed the issue and showed me the damaged parts after the job was finished so i know i can trust his word 100% and I'll know from the experience he does provides the evidence to back up the claims that way its saving the customer plenty of money and not fixing parts that are not damaged or showing systems of failure.Honestly, I want to continue doing business with Reliable Auto Collision because of their experience, professionalism, honesty, and extremely fair prices.The price I've gotten was fantastic this was a real big job and Mitch made the price of the repair very satisfactory. His team is very experienced professionals, and this shop has been in business for a very long time so these guys know their craft extremely well. I recommend going to this shop for all auto related needs and repairs.

My car was recently hit in a parking lot and had minor damage. I went to at least 3 other shops for estimates but they were ridiculously high for some minor paint and bumper damage. I found Reliable through Google and went in for an estimate. Mitch was extremely helpful and was able to make suggestions that would bring my total repair bill down. The work was completed very quickly and you can't tell anything happened. I will be going back if I ever need similar work done.

We shopped around before finding Mitch at Reliable Auto Collision. When we got to him he was knowledgeable, helpful, and quickly gave us a competitive estimate. He promised to complete the work in 2 days, but because it was close to the holidays their might be a delay....well Mitch and his professional team got it done, and my car looked brand new. He finished my car in one day. He is definitely Reliable. I would definitely come back to Mitch and recommend anyone to his shop.

I could not have chosen a better repair shop! Their work is flawless. Mitch was absolutely the best, he did everything in his power to help me out and keep me updated. 100% recommended if you want the job done right the first time. My car looks better now then when i got it !

Mitch is amazing very kind and takes great care of you. He made me feel comfortable with leaving my car in his hands. The work was amazing my car looks brand new and he even did an amazing job at cleaning my car in the inside which I wasn't expecting that was the best surprise I could get. After shopping around at different body shops i came accross Reliable on Yelp.Mitch was great. Did the work in less time for a good price.After the great customer service, experience and of course body work, i brought in my second car a week later.Once again Mitch does right by his customers and strives for satisfaction.Thanks again.Highly recommend.

I have used Reliable once before and have many family members that have went there. They do a fantastic job! I had a bad scratch on my rear passenger door and rear quarter panel. This review certainly is very much needed in that given I had only found this shop on google and saw the great reviews, the next day I was bringing my car in for a price quote. I would like to mention that I am a young female and given that I was already expecting to be seen as an easy target. After arriving I felt the complete opposite with Mitch. His mannerisms and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and as if I was in good hands with him. He was very patient with me and took the time to look at my badly wrecked vehicle and tell me exactly what his guys would do to fix my vehicle. Everything that he told me he needed to do was quoted in the price and I was shown on his computer screen while he actually input every piece that needed to be replaced or fixed and assured me that his products were CAPA certified. I felt Mitch was being completely transparent with me and had my best interest at heart without sacrificing the quality. I must say that this transparency continue to the time that I called to inform him that he may order the parts to start working on my car. Mitch informed me that whatever he quoted me would be the price that I would pay when I pick the car up and I quote "not a cent more". I must say that after picking my vehicle up and seeing how brand new it looked I was truly wow'd! I discovered that my right back break light bulb was out. Mitch repaired this for me on the spot at no extra charge this is what I call customer service/etiquette. If every dealership owner was like Mitch I believe nobody would ever be intimidated male or female to go in and get work done. I want to thank Mitch and his team very very much for making a nerve wracking tedious experience an otherwise pleasurable, easy experience. I absolutely recommend Mitch to anybody. I will certainly keep him in mind if I every have any other needs. Cannot thank you enough Mitch you are an amazing person with a great heart.

Mitch made my car like brand new again! I got in a random accident and was very upset because of the inconvenience this put on me, but Mitch took care of everything with my car, recommended what I should do with my insurance, and called me once everything was ready. He also got me all original parts. The service was fast and I can t tell anything had ever happened before. I can t thank him enough. I highly recommend you see Mitch if you need any help with tour car. He will make sure to get you taken care of and won t let anyone take advantage of you in these inconvenient circumstances.

Reliable Auto Collision does an excellent job, but, be aware, that Reliable Auto Collision will find any opportunity to get more money from your pockets, and claim additional repairs.
